Hi girls, 10 dpo & started to feel really nauseous exactly how I felt in first pregnancy, hard to explain but a “deep” queasiness- not an upset stomach. Wondering if this is too early to be connected? Last time it started at 4.5 weeks & I guess I’d be 3.5 weeks now.
too nervous to test…

Ohhh. How exciting! A fair amount of people get vvfl at 10dpo. You can test with a FRER as those are really sensitive

@Pollyanna123456 i found the clearblue ones good (used them to get pregnant twice) but so expensive so I switched to the wee cheapies from Amazon. I did find I’d get peak on cheapies and wouldn’t get the solid face until the following day, dunno if that affects things but just an observation.

@HopefulLeopard sorry for ur loss, hope u are healing well ❤️

i just got 2.14 on an opk this evening, I didn’t even know that was possible, I got peak this morning but it has continued to rise even higher throughout the day. Has anyone had that before? I knew hormone levels were higher than normal but this seems a bit mental

@HopefulLeopard - I'm so sorry for your loss. 💛

I just have one - a little boy who turned two recently.

That is so helpful to know thank you - I've recently been diagnosed with lichen scloris - which means I've got to be quite organised with the old baby dance - so will need to be quite organised to make sure I hit the key days! My cycle has also changed length recently and natural cycles seems to be a bit slow in adjusting the algorithm (!) so yes thinking the tests will help me hit those key days but geeeez they are expensive!

Jumping on hope that's ok! OH gave the thumbs up for trying for another (he was on the fence a long time!) a few days ok so going to start trying this cycle. Just brought some of those clear blue advanced ovulation sticks because first time I could never get a proper reading on the other ones - has anyone had a good experience with those??

Hiya welcome 🙂 the digital ones? I used them in my first pregnancy and from what I remember found them ok. If they’re the ones I’m thinking of I had to test more than once a day after getting the flashing smiley face to make sure I caught the solid one. It was easy to miss from memory and just get flashing ones for a few days. How many children do you have already? And will this be a big age gap for you then? We’ve got a 3 year and are really hoping to conceive a sibling to bring home after a later loss last year. Such a clumsy sentence but I’m still not sure how to phrase it!

These symptoms seem hopeful! It's just they are similar to PMS.

I am on 5/6dpo and not a peep. It's so eerily quiet apart from a few hours of breastpain day after ovulation. I think the progesterone I am releasing this month is quite high.

Yeah, I’m thinking PMS too tbh. You def have more willpower than me not to test as often 🫶

I'm also 5dpo today. I plan testing at 10dpo on Friday.

Good luck in holding out till then! I'm going to try to as well, but not sure I'll have the willpower!

MumOf3amazingkids · 31/03/2026 21:27

I thought I wouldn't cave before 11dpo but I did a test today after a 5 hours hold and I thought I saw a shadow. Probably line eyes. Eh. It's too early to test anyway.

Right! So!

symptom spotting is in full swing.
here’s what I have so far at 7dpo (apologies in advance if any of these are TMI!):

frequently needing to poop (softer than usual)
twinges and fluttering like cramps left side
really sensitive nips (like cannot touch them!)
High opk readings still
Tender breasts (more the left than the right)
creamy/sticky cm
high, medium, closed cervix

anyone else?!

Edited

@LucyCL I’m cycle day 9 and ovulation seems so far away

ShivWesker · 31/03/2026 18:28

LucyCL · 31/03/2026 17:27

Today is CD 11 and I am due to ovulate in 9 days. Currently I am taking the advantage of not being pregnant to eat a lot of unpasteurized cheese and cured meat. Happy Tuesday! 😀

I cheered myself up by getting an energy drink 😂😂 At least we can have these for now, hey? 😂🫶

Neg. Defo two false positives. The odds are ridiculous and incredibly gutting. Not going to do my last two until at least 11-12dpo now.

Wow, this batch sucks!😔 I am sorry that it happened to you.

Lillybobs86 · 31/03/2026 15:47

Hi @Chelloooim also nearly 40 and panicking 🫣😢
lost our daughter in January at 20 weeks.
so sorry for your loss ❤️

Chellooo · 31/03/2026 15:40

Hi ladies can I join please?
8th month of trying after losing my son at 17 weeks last march. I'm 40 so definitely feeling the panic trying to give my 2 year old a sibling.
Currently 3dpo so holding my breath and trying to get to day 10 🙈 but also terrified as if this is our month It'll be my 4th pregnancy so I will be a bag of nerves the entire time

Hey guys how is everyone holding up? I haven’t even ovulated yet but thing seems to going so slow I wish I had more patience my LH strips are so negative at the minute showing around 0.18 hoping to start seeing a rise soon fingers crossed for everyone

@hollyhocks2 I’m around 8dpo today. In the past I’d have definitely done a test this morning and probably yesterday too but I’m trying to hold off until Friday if I can.

@ShivWesker was the negative test the same brand? Do you have a different brand you can try? Because those are incredibly cruel evap lines if that’s what they are! Really thinking of you.

Can’t afford anymore until next week unfortunately. At least I’ll know by then, I guess aha 🫶

Does it have color in person?

Both false ones did but clear blues have been stark white. I even got my partner to do one last night, an easy@home one, and his was white too. I don’t get it, honestly. Such a head f :(

Another false positive. 7dpo. This is a terrible batch of the essy@home tests.

I think I'm 5 DPO today, felt nauseous after eating my normal breakfast. Trying not to read into every little thing. First cycle trying for first baby so nothing to compare to. Thankfully, I don't have any tests in the house!

I'm also 5dpo today. I plan testing at 10dpo on Friday.
