@Sa11yCinnamon yep, so BBT is good for seeing patterns. So from tracking the temp shift know I normally ovulate on Day 19/20, so plan around then. I also use OPKs and know that my temp usually rises on the day after my first positive OPK so that's the key date for me. So over time it will help you to predict your pattern and plan ahead!

I was going to make a separate post about this but thought I'd ask on here first - since I have no idea what's going on with my cycles I'm going to start testing for ovulation. I've ordered OPKs but am aware they might give false positives if I am perimenopausal, which I think is highly likely.

Those who monitor BBT, I'm reading that your temperature rises after ovulation so how do you use that to time DTD? Or are you literally just doing it to confirm you have ovulated? Not sure if I'm being a bit thick 😅

Hey @BurningOutt, im in a similar timeframe to you. We have a little girl who just turned 2, I had a chemical in June and nothing since but had surgery for endometriosis is August so this is cycle 6 post that, which I know isn't too long in the grand scheme but starting to feel like it will never happen, I just turned 38 so aware time is not on my side. These are my tests and dtd yesterday morning and this morning, might try again tomorrow just to be sure😅 hoping we all get there in the end x

Hi all just joining the thread, I’m ttc#3 (DCs are 7 and 5) after agonising about it for a long time. I had 2 mcs in 2024 and we decided to call it a day, but I can’t shake it so this is cycle 1 back in the saddle! I’ve just turned 39 so very aware my age will count against me.

I ovulated on Saturday and we dtd on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday morning so timing pretty perfect, and today is 3dpo. Obviously no possibility of any symptoms for a while yet but I’m just thinking about it constantly! I will probably test at 10dpo on 11 March. Is anyone else on similar timing?

I’m contacting my
doctors when they open, I’ve never been threw this before, the pain is bad tho, and the amount of blood doesn’t look good at all, I’ve taken another pregnancy test and its negative think
i may try one more time and that’s it I can’t keep doing this it’s heartbreaking thanks all for the support

Hi looking for some advise, I got a few positive pregnancy tests, but I’ve started to spot an thought I’d take a few more now there all negative, but the bleeding isn’t really bad just still spotting

Today is CD10 and for this cycle I only use OvuSense to measure daily core BBT so I can find out when I ovulate. I will not reply on LH strips. Baby dust to everyone here!

Your ttc journey for No.2 sounds really tough and I am sorry you experienced the loss and D&C. That must have been really hard for you mentally and physically. TTC for the second time could really be emotionally draining especially you have done it before. Having no or low expectations is the key to avoiding any disappointment for me.

Hi ladies, hoping I can join! I’m about 13 DPO and just feeling really weird and different to normal PMS. I got a BFN on Saturday morning so am too scared to test again now until AF is due in the next couple of days 😭 but been having lots of symptoms that aren’t usual for me - heavy firm boobs, crampy legs, cramps in my tummy, really dry lips and just a general weird feeling I can’t really describe!xx
