Hi @Fullofconfusion - my OPK scores don't tend to go very high. I think this month I had a few that were 0.8+ but not over 1. I didn't test multiple times during that period though so it's likely I just missed whenever the actual peak was and caught either side of it. Try not to worry about it too much - it's probably more likely you've not caught the actual peak than it being a sign that LH levels aren't high enough to cause ovulation. Especially if you are seeing one major peak and then it tails off.

Keeping fingers crossed for you @Allmywishcometrue - hopefully you'll be out of limbo one way or another soon. I very much hope it's good news. But I know exactly what you mean about wanting to still have that chance of hope... My background on my phone is a picture I had ChatGPT create for me when I was TTC after my first MC earlier this year and it says Hold onto Hope.

Nice to see you @charlzz! I think I'll be in the same camp as you this month - going to try holding off on testing as long as I can. I know the date I test won't change the outcome in the longrun, but it's the emotional rollercoaster of it all that's so hard to handle.

I'm cycle 12 TTC my second (I have a little boy who is 22 months old). I have had 4 chemical pregnancies in that time so I'm just starting recurrent miscarriage investigations privately, nothing has shown up yet but lots more tests to do for me and my husband.

Currently MAYBE 2 or 3 dpo but I didn't use OPKs this month, just tried to DTD vaguely around when I usually ovulate. So not feeling hopeful, I'm just over the whole thing!! Will try not to test for pregnancy this month until AF is due to avoid the stress and heartache (which is very unlike me, I'm usually an 8dpo onwards tester!).

@Iris2024 I'm so sorry. That sucks. I agree with you @Taysonic , someone told me "nature is well made" and I had to laugh.. Is it? Is it???

I am arriving at the end of my 2ww (I can test from Wednesday). I thought I'd be more excited but I dresd it a bit. As long as I don't test, at least there is a chance that I am pregnant. I am getting quite anxious.

Oh @Iris2024I hope you’re ok. I’ve had cycles like that too where I feel totally hopeless. Be kind to yourself.

I think I’m 1dpo although I’ll admit I’m a bit unsure this month. I had a darker line on my LH strips on cd18 pm and cd19 am but only registering 0.7 so expected it to go up again on cd19 pm but it went right back down to 0.2 which appears to be my baseline level and 0.2 again this morning on cd20. Is that a big enough rise to have ovulated? I’ve had some EWCM and a bit of painful stomach so maybe ovulated yesterday. Who knows 🙈 it’s at times like this that I think I should be checking temperature too! 😅

So at the moment I’m going with 1dpo and we have dtd the past 2 days so hopefully we have hit the right window. Has anyone else had low LH levels? I think I’ve only ever caught it over 1 once or twice and I’m wondering if this is a concern or if I’m just useless with the strips!

And you too @Iris2024. <3 I think it's okay to allow ourselves that time to be upset and to grieve. It's hard, and bottling up those feelings aren't good for us. Do what you need to do. Feel what you need to feel. And then see how next cycle goes.

It feels kind of cruel that you only have one shot a month, doesn't it? What a weird system. Who designed this?

I'm 5dpo today. It is DRAGGING. I feel like I should at least be in the testing window now. Trying to keep myself busy and occupied - but it's that constant thought at the back of my mind all the time. I really do hate the two week window.

Really sorry @Iris2024 that feeling of it never happening is such an awful one! I said to my husband yesterday, I usually find xmas so exciting but this year I just can't get to that point. Its seeing all the "babys first christmas" posts that do it for me, especially when I remember saying last christmas "oo that might be us next year" its really rubbish isn't it. Give yourself time to feel that way though, it's totally valid ❤

I should be ovulating today I think, and we've timed dtd perfectly this month, which of course means in two weeks time i'll be even more gutted..and three days before christmas, how fun that will be 😆

I’m just waiting for my peak. My app says I should be ovulating today but I think it’s a day or 2 early. Will test again later.

AF arrived for me this morning. Going into cycle 10 since miscarriage but cycle 14 since ttc. Got my follow up fertility appointment Tues for .y results and hopelly having partners DNA frag results back x

hi ladies, hope it’s ok if I join. I ovulated a few days ago and am 2dpo today. Had a chemical last cycle and another in June. Really scared of it happening again.

we only managed to dtd once this month, 2 days before O. I hope there’s still a chance x

In all honesty, I'd just err on the side of caution and treat CD16 as ovulation day. Unless, there's anything riding on it (e.g. if you're doing any progesterone tests or anything). Reason I say this, is that I'd rather be a day behind dpo than a day in front for testing purposes as it reduces the risk of testing too early and being disappointed.

Hey ladies ! In need of a little help working out dpo. I got my LH peak of 1.74 on CD15 at 9:30am, by 6pm on CD 15 my ratio was back low at 0.59.

I felt ovulation cramps happen that evening (CD15) at around 10pm. According to pre mom it puts my ovulation on CD 16 but I feel I ovulated on the evening of CD 15 ! Today is CD19 so what dpo am I?

I’ve only just started using opks again after I last tried them 5 years ago so I’m a little rusty 😂

Hi, please could I join? I have been lurking for a little while and I decided that if AF came again I would join properly. I am TTC #2, and just starting month 5. I had an ectopic pregnancy before conceiving #1 but both pregnancies were conceived quickly, so I am mildly concerned that I’m getting a little old for it to happen easily this time! Trying to remain relaxed and just roughly track my cycle, but we will see how that goes…

No problem at all. My last positive was at the end of August, which was a chemical pregnancy as I actually then came on my period on the day it was due (I had tested around 10dpo) so if I hadn’t tested I actually would not have known.

I believe AF has arrived for me today 😞 so this month is not my month

@Blondepeach how long ago did you last get a positive if you don’t mind me asking? I’m on cycle 6 now without anything

Just did a negative early detection test, I know they're not the most reliable so I might try again next week but still feel a bit disappointed.
If it is negative I might dip out for dec/jan as want to enjoy the christmas and new year period without having TTC anxiety
