So... These are the tests I did this morning (second morning urine, not first). This photo was taken after a while so they've dried out. So could both be evap lines?

Objectively, I'd look at these and think positive but I'm really having a hard time believing them. Waiting 48hrs until Wednesday should hopefully give a more definitive answer? Right?

I feel like I should be excited but I can't let myself be hopeful yet.

Sorry @Fullofconfusion - weird that AF arrived so soon. I'll try and put a spin on it that perhaps it means you're not in limbo for Christmas (and can enjoy all the aforementioned wine and cheese!) but I know it's not what you would have wanted.

AF hasn't arrived yet. Got two faint positives on easy@home strips this morning but not enough to trigger a 'pregnant' on a digital yet and not strong enough for me to believe them... So still just waiting. But I'll take no further bleeding as a good sign and just try and hold out now until Wednesday morning.

Spent last night focused on sewing a cushion! Didn't know what to get my DP for Christmas, and we have colours associated with our pregnancy losses this year. First loss is orange, as we'd nicknamed it Pip and I'm sure at one point the app said it was the size of an orange pip. And then second loss is purple: birthstone colour for due date in February. I'm not sure where the idea came from, but we decided I'd make him a purple cushion and an orange cushion for Christmas.

The purple one is now made! It's not perfect, and I'm awaiting some new cushion inserts to put into it... but it was a very good distraction!

Thinking of you @LuckyDuck93 - hope the next week gives you some answers!

Fullofconfusion · 15/12/2025 11:27

@PearOpalI did wonder that yesterday as it totally caught me by surprise and it was quite brown blood but it’s definitely a proper flow now. Very odd. I’m going to contact my GP as I’ve been referred to the recurrent loss clinic but appointment not until June next year and she said I could chase it with them if anything changed in the meantime so it’s atleast worth flagging in case they can do some bloods or something before referral.

I’m feeling very low today. It’s so gloomy here, very rainy and grey so not helping the mood. Trying to look for the positives. Plenty of cheese and wine over Christmas and then fertile period probably over new year!

@LuckyDuck93the symptom spotting is so hard. You try not to but overthink everything! Everything crossed for you.

Fingers crossed for everyone still hoping for positives before Christmas.

LuckyDuck93 · 15/12/2025 09:29

@Taysonic I hope plenty of roasties cheered you up a bit!
You're entitled to a pity party though, you've really been through it this year!

I'm 7dpo today, had a really weird pinching pain on my lower right hand side last night, but now im getting in my head thinking I probably had that last month too, what a minefield

PearOpal · 15/12/2025 00:51

@Fullofconfusion is it as heavy as AF usually is? I know some people who get heavy implantation bleeding but msitake it for AF because it’s more then just a wipe like the majority report. Don’t want to give you false hope but thought I’d at least flag!

Allmywishcometrue · 14/12/2025 18:31

Oh no, @thehumgoesonforever, @Fullofconfusion, @Taysonic , I am so sorry. Splurge on yourselves for the next few days.

@Taysonic has AF arrived? If not, without getting your hope too high, don't fully give up either. I've read about people qho had the same symptoms whether they were pms-ing, pregnant or having a MC. I can't remember, have you seen someone? Maybe to see if getting progesterone pessaries could help?

thehumgoesonforever · 14/12/2025 17:34

I am out sadly, my period started today, rlly did get my hopes up this month, need to care less next time!

Fullofconfusion · 14/12/2025 17:27

Well I’ve just been totally blindsided. CD26 and what was 8dpo and AF has arrived. Very confused. My cycles are usually 30ish days

lepoissonM · 14/12/2025 16:42

Hands down the best thing about British cuisine @Taysonic Hope the roasties sort you out! I’m also having a roast tonight Grin

Taysonic · 14/12/2025 14:36

lepoissonM · 14/12/2025 14:04

I’m sorry @Taysonic I don’t have any wise words and I'm not sure anyone can say anything to make you feel better about the situation. Perhaps take some time to wallow and allow yourself to feel sorry for yourself for a moment before trying to pick yourself up again. Your feelings are valid.

Thanks @lepoissonM - having a bit of a self-indulgent pity party today, but also cooking a roast. Surely no one can be sad when eating roast potatoes?

lepoissonM · 14/12/2025 14:04

Taysonic · 14/12/2025 12:08

I think I'm out. It's been a confusing couple of days. Had some very faint positives but can't be sure they're positives and not evaps. Line was more obvious once the tests had been left over the time limit but initially convincing myself I could still see something in the time window. Now I'm not sure.

CD27 today. 11dpo. Just had some spotting after sex. Partner and I both convinced AF is on its way. Just a waiting game now.

Feel very hopeless. Even if I do test positive in the next few days, spotting after sex and early pregnancy bleeding was just how my other two pregnancies went earlier this year. It feels like history repeating itself and I know how this story ends.

Sorry for the woe is me post... But I am very woeful. I don't know if I can keep putting myself through this.

Fullofconfusion · 13/12/2025 16:05

7DPO and I have back pain and feel heavy inside (best way to describe it). TMI but my nipples are so sore too 🙈 I feel like this is AF on the way but another 4/5 days before she’s due

thehumgoesonforever · 13/12/2025 12:53

@Plumchumm yeah I’m the same as you, normally mine are sore quite soon after ovulation and I’m now 11dpo and no soreness, they feel fuller if that makes sense

daisy2025 · 12/12/2025 20:34

@LuckyDuck93 @Allmywishcometrue
Thank you, my doctor has prescribed Cyclogest for me to try this cycle 🤞🏼

@ttcnumerodos sorry to hear that, it really is disheartening when AF comes so early each month 🥲 hopefully you can get some to try as I’ve heard it can help!

lepoissonM · 12/12/2025 16:47

@Taysonic I also need to keep busy during the TWW. Are there Christmas preparations you can do? I feel very disorganised this year!

Allmywishcometrue · 12/12/2025 14:23

@Taysonic and @Fullofconfusion I am the opposite. The only thing I can do when I wait is to curl up under a blanket and watch movies/series or deep clean/tidy up the house. I can't do anything else as I can't focus/start feeling too down or anxious.

I am crossing absolutely everything I have for you two (and anyone else in the dreaded 2ww)

Fullofconfusion · 12/12/2025 13:49

6DPO here for me. Feeling totally flat and drained at the moment. Not particularly hopeful for this month.

@TaysonicI think I need a distraction too! It’s worse when you’re trying to chill out but you can’t turn your brain off!

Taysonic · 12/12/2025 09:32

lepoissonM · 12/12/2025 07:43

My H isn’t following my cycle but I do wonder sometimes if my MIL is… she has offered to take our son for a sleepover on Saturday night so we can have a night to ourselves, which is quite good timing for us… Hmm

That sounds amazing! I'm sure it's probably just coincidental but hats off to your MIL.

9dpo today for me. Feel like I'm going insane. Symptom spotting like mad (one moment I convince myself one way, then a moment later, I'm convinced the other). My son is with his Dad (my ex) this weekend and we very rarely don't have any plans. Planning to try and rest and relax as much as possible but I've already warned my partner I'm going to be a bag of restless energy and may need to keep myself busy and distracted despite us telling ourselves what we need is a very chilled weekend!

Hi I hope you don’t mind me joining! I’ve had a few months off here, started a new job and been trying to put ttc to the back of our minds for a bit. We’re now starting cycle 15 ttc #1.

Last week I had a hycosy through the NHS which wasn’t as bad as I was expecting! Everything looked good which I’m so grateful for. I have a short luteal phase and spotting before my period so suspect progesterone drops early. The fertility consultant has written a letter to my GP which asks them to prescribe progesterone pessaries. Has anyone had these and know if the GP will actually give them to me? I have an appointment tomorrow but worried they won’t prescribe them

TIA!

I'm in the same boat @daisy2025 - af arrived today at 8dpo. Sometimes I get 10 days luteal phase if I'm lucky. Good luck for the appointment! I'm planning to call the fertility nurse to see if progesterone is an option x

Allmywishcometrue · 11/12/2025 12:52

@daisy2025 I just did 2 weeks of progesterone pessaries (not through my GP). I don't see why your GP would refuse, don't worry.

LuckyDuck93 · 11/12/2025 12:21

@Taysonic im wondering if thats a better idea, after work I might be less tired 😂
Could you maybe just agree to test but do it every other day? At least then you won't be squinting too much as 48hrs should make a bigger difference to what you can see? I know that doesn't stop the testing all together but maybe puts you more in control of it!

@daisy2025 I had a friend who had them issued no problem by their GP!

Plumchumm · 11/12/2025 11:40

Hiya does anyone else here not have their usual symptoms? I usually get sore boobs every cycle like clockwork but this time I’m 8dpo and still nothing. Pretty unheard of for me
