Blondepeach · 17/12/2025 19:41

Congratulations @Taysonic 💕☺️ what a high to end the year on! Xx

lepoissonM · 17/12/2025 18:19

Oh brilliant news @Taysonic this is exciting! Good news is always welcome I think in these circles. I think I probably ovulated yesterday and if so managed to DTD 4, 2 and 1 days prior so I think we’ve done ok. Now for the TWW…!

Janey3090 · 17/12/2025 13:06

Congratulations @Taysonic , so happy for you!

I finally got my positive ovulation test yesterday, so was able to do my trigger shot (ovitrelle). Busy couple of days for me and DH then entering the TWW, praying for a positive before the end of the year x

Esssa · 17/12/2025 12:46

Hi ladies I know I've been on threads with a few of you in the past. I'm currently TTC #3. I've had a MC in March, a chemical in May and then another MC in November. This time after 2 good scans. I'm back to a negative HCG and am loosely tracking LH to see what is going on and when to expect my first af after the loss. Genetic testing came to nothing as they didn't have enough to test apparently. So basically it's a case of roll the dice again and see what happens. I'm 37 and dh is 45. I'm overweight but besides that and supplements there's not really anything I can change.

LuckyDuck93 · 17/12/2025 12:25

@Taysonic thats amazing! So thrilled for you ❤

Fullofconfusion · 17/12/2025 11:57

@TaysonicI’m over the moon for you.

This thread is so full of hope and I really hope everything goes well for you. It’s amazing to see a positive post.

Allmywishcometrue · 17/12/2025 11:54

@Taysonic so so happy for you! Hopefully the end of the year will keep your mind busy and next thing you know it's 3 weeks latrer!

@LuckyDuck93 it is such a hard time to wait. I'm crossing everything for you

Taysonic · 17/12/2025 09:47

Oh @LuckyDuck93 keeping all my fingers crossed. We've been in and out of these messages for such a long time now and I'd absolutely love to celebrate with you. This is the HARDEST bit in the TWW. Thinking of you.

As for me... well, definitely pregnant. Took two digitals last night and it's finally sinking in. Trying not to get ahead of myself but also feeling more reassured that we've found out in a 'normal' way this time and there's been no period-like bleeding so far.

HI @Stardust1204 I would probably go with the later of the two dates, there is definitely a much bigger temperature spike!
I know exactly what you mean about Christmas, it just seems to hit harder and there always seems to be lots more pregnancy announcements this time of year too.

Hope everyone is doing ok, i'm 9/10dpo today, naturally have gone from being convinced im pregnant to being convinced i'm out this month..for no actual reason at all! Hormones are a wild ride arent they. According to my apps af due Sun/Mon, which seems sooooo long away!

ttcnumerodos · 17/12/2025 07:05

Brilliant news - absolutely delighted for you after the year you've had@Taysonic- everything crossed for a happy, healthy pregnancy xx

Iris2024 · 16/12/2025 23:39

Oh @Taysonic lovely I can’t tell you how happy I am to come on and see your tests! You’re definitely pregnant and I hope and pray for good news in the morning. You said your testing tomorrow again? Sending so much love ❤️

Welcome @CatsMcGoo of course you can join. I know that feeling of being too scared to test as we can live in the hopeful bubble abit longer.

Hi @CatsMcGoo - welcome! Looks like we're the same DPO. I admire you holding off testing. I hope you get your answer either way soon so you can go into Christmas with answers. I think there definitely feels added pressure this time of the year. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

And welcome @Stardust1204 - I'm so sorry to hear its been a long and difficult journey for you. I'm not an expert at BBT charts at all (I only really did it consistently for one month back in February) but there are obviously quite a lot of variables that can affect body temp. Do you do any LH ovulation testing? I have found that a bit more reliable for myself but it can also be quite stressful. Hopefully someone else here can offer a little more useful insight.

Even with all the best data collection in the world, I think our bodies can still do weird things sometimes! And whilst tracking BBT and doing LH testing can help give you an idea of ovulation, it's still not an exact science. If only it was!

Sorry its been so tough lately. I very much hope you have your own good news to celebrate soon but in the mean time... Make sure you have some nice things planned on/around your period due date. If it is bad news, at least you've still got a nice treat to look forward to. Treat yo self.

Stardust1204 · 16/12/2025 16:06

Hi ladies, I hope it’s okay for me to jump in on this thread. I’m just really needing a bit of support at the moment, as I’m feeling quite low.

I had a miscarriage in April 2024 and haven’t fallen pregnant since, apart from one chemical pregnancy. I’ve had blood tests, ultrasounds, a HyCoSy, and my husband’s sperm has been tested too, and everything has come back normal, which I know is reassuring, but emotionally it’s starting to feel like it’s taking such a long time.

I think I’ve been finding things particularly hard recently because everyone around me seems to be falling pregnant, and we’re now heading towards another Christmas, which has made everything feel a bit heavier.

I’m also feeling really confused about my cycle this month and worried that I completely missed my chance. I usually ovulate around cycle day 19, but this cycle looks much earlier. Natural Cycles is marking ovulation as cycle day 13, even though it excluded my temperature that day, which was 36.72.

What’s throwing me is that on cycle day 16 my temperature dropped to 36.44 and I also had lower back ache. Then on cycle day 17 I had a big temperature spike up to 37.15 and my temperatures have stayed higher since.

Another factor is that I’ve been sleeping with a hot water bottle. I slept with one on cycle day 13, but from cycle day 14 onwards I stopped using it to see how it affected my BBT, so I’m not sure if that’s confused the earlier readings.

If anyone is happy to share their thoughts on whether ovulation seems more likely around cycle day 16 rather than 13, I’d really appreciate it. I think I’m just feeling a bit lost and discouraged right now.

Thank you so much for reading.

I hope you don’t mind me joining!
I’m 13 dpo today but I just can’t bring myself to test and deal with seeing a negative. I symptom spotted so much last month and convinced myself I was pregnant. This month I’ve felt really deflated and I just know it’s not our month. We’re cycle 6 TTC number 2. I suppose I’m grateful I won’t be in the 2ww at Christmas, by then I’ll know either way!

Good luck to everyone waiting and to those with tentative positives 🤞🏻

Taysonic · 16/12/2025 11:53

Thank you all. It's starting to sink in a little bit more now and I'm reassured by the lack of bleeding so far... Keeping all fingers and toes crossed for a super sticky bean.

Going to try and not get obsessed with continual testing and checking progression but... That feels easier said than done. Tentatively hopeful.

Hoping for some more good news to celebrate before the month is done!

overwork · 16/12/2025 10:47

We’re all here to support through the negative times. But it’s the positive news that I love to see, because it gives me hope too!

daisy2025 · 15/12/2025 20:57

@Taysonic Amazing news! Keeping my fingers crossed for you 🤞🏼

Fullofconfusion · 15/12/2025 19:58

@Taysonicthat looks positive to me! Tentative congratulations and keeping everything crossed for you

lepoissonM · 15/12/2025 18:28

Oh @Taysonic tentatively keeping everything crossed for you ❤️

Allmywishcometrue · 15/12/2025 13:53

@Taysonic don't you apologize! I love seeing positive news, it does give me hope that it does happen!

I uunderstand the fear to believe though but it seems lile you can allow yourself to believe a little bit.

I'm really happy for you, what a roller coaster it has been for you!

LuckyDuck93 · 15/12/2025 13:51

@Taysonic I dont think there is anything greedy about it at all, you have every right to feel nervous & to want this time to be different!

Taysonic · 15/12/2025 13:48

Allmywishcometrue · 15/12/2025 13:26

@Taysonic Did you see the line during the recommended timeframe of the test? I don't think that those are evap lines at all. It looks like a positive. It's always good to be cautious at first but those lines are not even that faint.

The HCG doubles every 48 hours so if you can wait until Wednesday, you should be more able to see if it has darkened (although it is not a given so no panic if it is not that obvious).

I am crossing everything for you and will spend my Christmas wish on you. May that line keep on darkening.

Edited

Yep, just did another one to double check... line is showing up in under a minute, well under the time frame.

Oh ladies. I'm so sorry. I feel like this is the third time I've shared positive test news and it feels a bit insensitive and greedy but at the same time.. I can't believe it yet. I don't want to. I don't want to believe it if it's not going to end happily.

Shit. I just want it to work.

LuckyDuck93 · 15/12/2025 13:41

Ah @Taysonic i'm hoping this is the christmas miracle you so desperately deserve! Everything crossed for you!
