I have a follicles tracking scan today. I normally get a good-ish follicle around day 40/45 but I took Letrozole. I am on day 10 today. Let's hope I have 2 good follicles 🙏.

I have a good feeling about it (which means I am a few hours away from either be really happy or completely crushed 😀)

Allmywishcometrue · 02/02/2026 11:21

@Taysonic it is so mentally and physically exhausting to ttc and go through loss. Maybe it would take a bit of pression of you if instead of deciding to stop ttc completely, you just took a 1, 2 or 3 months break just to enjoy life with DP then decide what to do.

I am crossing my fingers this month is your month though and progesterone helps 🤞💐

ttcnumerodos · 02/02/2026 10:38

Oh and tentative congratulations to you too @Blondepeach - you've been TTC for a while too haven't you? We can be tentative together 🥰

ttcnumerodos · 02/02/2026 10:35

Thank you @Taysonic@Allmywishcometrue@Blondepeach
Completely thought I was out yesterday - usual pre AF symptoms but x1000. We had DS's birthday party in the afternoon and I absolutely crashed out after it, SO grumpy, exhausted and cold so thought AF was imminent. Still feel crampy and just praying this one sticks xx

Blondepeach · 02/02/2026 10:07

@ChaE05 So so sorry for your losses, are your cycles/ovulation regular? How do you currently track? I’ve been using the BBT method and it’s taught me a lot about my cycles and actually that I was more irregular than I thought, so has been helpful but just adds another level of anxiety temp watching everyday. I’m sure it is not any easier even if you have your little one already, so sorry you’re finding it draining - I’m sure 11 months has felt like a lifetime especially when you had your early losses pretty early trying for baby no.2

@ttcnumerodos congratulations!! Could see your line straight away We are exact day cycle buddies, 10dpo for me and my line got a smidge darker this morning in comparison to yesterdays, but know it’s so so early so trying to protect myself x

Allmywishcometrue · 02/02/2026 09:06

@lepoissonM Look at that beautiful progression 😍

@ttcnumerodos there is definitely a line. Tentative congratulation 💐

Taysonic · 02/02/2026 08:52

ttcnumerodos · 02/02/2026 08:25

Morning all - please can I borrow your line eyes? 10dpo x

I can absolutely see lines on those. And especially the first image looks to have colour. Eeeeeeek.

So good to see more positive test results on here, and great progression too @lepoissonM - like others have said, that must be reassuring.

CD4 for me and can't wait to get going this cycle. Holding out a bit of hope that the promise of progesterone once I get pregnant will make a difference... But DP and I are both not sure if we'll continue to try if we have to go through another loss. We did say that last time... But... I didn't want to feel like we did exhaust our options.

@ChaE05 Those numbers sound really good! I don’t think I’ve heard of the DNA fragmentation test, but yours seems closer to 15% than 25% which is reassuring! Fingers crossed today’s test is what you’re hoping for🤞🏼 keep us updated
It’s an expensive and time consuming process with all the researching, I hate to think how much we’ve spent on supplements… Thankfully we’ve had all of our tests so far done via the nhs, have you gone private for yours?
That’s really good that your GP offered it! Mine is very good for non fertility things, but with fertility she very much wants to follow the lead of the fertility consultant… I think they must hate me as I’m always chasing up both sides and keeping them in the loop 😅
It’s the hardest thing to go through but it’ll be so worth it in the end!
Where are you at in your cycle currently?

ChaE05 · 01/02/2026 20:22

@lepoissonMlook at those beautiful lines!! Amazing, must feel very reassuring xx

@daisy2025his first SA all was in normal range. Morphology was 4%.
His next once 3 months later everything had shot up. Motility and sperm count excellent but morphology down to 2% but fertility clinic were not concerned at all by that. We did a DNA fragmentation test and it came back at 19%. Anything under 15% is good. When you get to 25-30% its bad! So his is in the middle and could be better. The fertility clinic wanted to do more tests on that (moreeee money) but we decided after a talk with chatgpt and endless scrolling on Google that we could improve it with frequent ejaculation (was only really happening around ovulation time!) And continuing with lots of good recommened supplements. We have already spent such alot, our gut was telling us this was just a case of doing these things. So we will see. And see how his next SA comes back.

Ive had my day 3 tests done via GP a couple of times now. They have been great. I just tell them what I want and they do it 🤣 i know some people have such struggles with their GPS but mine are great.
That's great you extended your luteal phase !

Honestly I feel so overwhelmed with TTC at the moment. It feels like my whole personality. Its draining isn't it xx

daisy2025 · 01/02/2026 20:09

@ChaE05 he had 4 last year, all different numbers but morphology has ranged from 0.5% - 1.5%, most recent 1%. Total count and concentration have been low, but motility has been above the reference limit but not by a great deal. We’ve been eating well, don’t drink, cut out caffeine and been taking all the right supplements (he’s also been keeping cool down there). This is what makes me think it must be the veins.. sounds awful but I’m hopeful that it is just so we might have a very small light at the end of the tunnel!
Fingers crossed for your husband tomorrow🤞🏼 how have his last two been?
My luteal phase was 8 days but I managed to extend it by using soy isoflavones for a few months to 10 days, but have spotting for 2/3 days before!
Don’t blame you for not taking it next cycle, the symptoms are just the worst. That’s really good that your progesterone and estrogen levels are both ok, did the nhs do your estrogen tests or are you with a fertility clinic? I think I need mine testing

@lepoissonM that’s great progression!☺️ Sorry for your previous loss. Hopefully they will get you a scan booked in to put your mind at ease! That’s good to know about the spotting, the clinic doesn’t seem to be concerned but I’ve convinced myself it’s not right haha. Good to hear it hasn’t caused issues for you!

lepoissonM · 01/02/2026 19:55

Thanks for the well wishes, feeling a little rough today so hopefully this is moving in the right direction 🤞🏻 nearly referred myself to the midwife team but am holding off. Not entirely sure why! I shouldn’t leave it too late because I can have a scan at 6 weeks thanks to my previous ectopic. I might do it tomorrow.

Just for those who have mentioned spotting. I have had spotting for 3-4 days each cycle before AF (except this cycle, where I only had 1 day at 8dpo). So maybe not too bad a symptom?

@Blondepeachi am 39 in May. We have a little boy that turned 2 in Nov. Concieved him on first try. Have now been trying for number 2 for 14 months. Had an early loss 3 months in,followed by a chemical immediately after. And now 11 months without a positive test. This is our first medicated round. Trying to stay positive but its so hard. Time isn't on my side.
I dread to think how you must feel trying for your 1st. Nothing can prepare you for the heartache. Let's hope this is it for you!! You really deserve it xx
@daisy2025have just re-read your post to me earlier! What were your husbands sperm analysis results? My partner is off for his 3rd semen analysis tomorrow! I hope this might be the reason for you! Always good to know there is something you can do as unexplained just means they haven't found the issue!

How long is your luteal phase?
Im not sure if I will take the progesterone next cycle. I'll see if it does anything for my spotting. My luteal phase is anout 13 days but spot two days before. My progesterone as been checked twice at 7dpo and its been very good at 54.
I have just read about estrogen dominance, I dont think that's me. I dont have the symptoms and my estrogen has been tested a few times and been okay x

Blondepeach · 01/02/2026 18:31

Thank you @daisy2025 and @Fullofconfusion 💕

@ChaE05 so so rubbish! No we don’t have any children yet, I turn 31 in may so started around my 29th birthday. What’s your story? X

daisy2025 · 01/02/2026 18:19

@Blondepeach congratulations! Fingers crossed for you and line progression🤞🏼 keep us updated

@ChaE05 sorry to hear you’re feeling rubbish, I’m experiencing similar… apparently they’re common symptoms 🥲 what makes it worse is we go through all of this and still don’t get the result we want! I also spot before my period but I usually have a short luteal phase… at least the progesterone is holding af off a bit (even though I spot for like 5-6 days). Do you think it could be estrogen dominance? I think I read you can have normal progesterone levels on tests but more estrogen to progesterone ratio and that can cause unstable lining.. I’m going to ask the fertility consultant about it

Fullofconfusion · 01/02/2026 18:11

just nipped back to see how everyone is doing and it’s amazing to see some more early positives. Tentative congratulations @lepoissonMand @Blondepeach

ChaE05 · 01/02/2026 17:14

Oh @Blondepeachits just heartbreaking isn't it 😪😪 the toughtest journey ever x brilliant recurrent mc clinic have prescribed those things! Did they say anything else? I really pray this is it for you! Have you any children? Xx

Blondepeach · 01/02/2026 10:55

@ChaE05 Thank you so much. It’s a bit more visible now it’s dried, now just hoping for progression 😅

We’ve been trying for 19 months, but since then I’ve had:

x3 Chemical pregnancies - June & Oct 2024 and then Sept 2025
Ectopic pregnancy - January 2025

I had my first appointment with the recurrent miscarriage clinic on the 2nd Jan, so sort of in the process of getting some investigations. I do feel I have PCOS, my bloods don’t indicate it (apparently) but whenever I get a pelvic scan I’m always told my right ovary looks ‘slightly polycystic’ so I’m not sure currently. I’ve been prescribed progesterone (to take after a positive test) and been taking 75mg of baby aspirin since 3dpo x

ChaE05 · 01/02/2026 10:14

@Blondepeachcongratulations! 9dpo is still very early so that's a great line. Didn't need to squint! Everything crossed for you x can I ask your story? How long have you been trying xx

Blondepeach · 01/02/2026 08:33

Morning everyone, 9dpo for me and I have a very very very faint line 🥲 (not sure if it will be visible via the image) each time it reminds me of how anxious this makes me, I am pretty much shaking. DH is away with work but back later this evening. Why does previous loss just take the joy out of this, I feel sick! I have also just urgently started my progresterone, please please stick x

ChaE05 · 01/02/2026 06:22

Hi @daisy2025have just come on myself to have a bit of a moan about progesterone! I am taking 400mg utrogestan orally during luteal phase and I am currently 8dpo. I am extremely bloated feel like I have gained weight/water retention. Im also very constipated ! I cant do this every month. I feel so uncomfortable. Anyone else have this experience? Would vaginal progesterone be any better?
My progesterone has been tested twice and has been very good at 54 on 7dpo. I do have spotting for a couple of days before period though. X

daisy2025 · 31/01/2026 18:38

6DPO for me today and day 4 on progesterone. It’s my second month taking the progesterone and I’ve really noticed a difference in my mental wellbeing.. not sure I’m going to continue next cycle, especially as DH had a testicular ultrasound this week and they found a clump of veins which after googling (of course) could be the reason for low numbers on his sperm analysis.. we have a call with the fertility consultant in feb so hopefully will be able to get the ball rolling with next steps for him🤞🏼 never did I think this would be our journey and 16 cycles later we would have nothing to show for it, but I’ve thrown myself a little pity party and have been sat planning a holiday, every cloud and all 😅

daisy2025 · 31/01/2026 18:29

@lepoissonM congratulations! 🥰 keeping everything crossed for you

Blondepeach · 31/01/2026 09:00

@lepoissonM lovely bit of progression for you, keeping fingers crossed!

stark white test at 8dpo for me today, I do have a very very light almost cramping feeling today. It’s not painful, just a funny feeling down there. Hoping it’s not AF on its way as I’m only cycle day 23 today, so the last thing I need is short cycles instead of long. But we will see x

lepoissonM · 31/01/2026 07:57

Some progression this morning, AF should be due today. 11DPO. Keep everything crossed for me…
