For those who want to look to the future and TTC again I would really like some support, advice etc.
I thought we needed a new thread with positive energy (yes have turned into chanting hippy) so that we feel we are moving forward rather than dwelling on what has already passed.
The only thing I can concentrate on at the moment is that next Wed is the day that me and DH can start trying again (this will be 2 weeks after ERPC).
Anyone else ready to try again?

ooooh bella, sounds scandalous! but, then again, maybe some sites do need 'donations' but then again AGAIN(!) none of us have had such an email....hmmmm.plot thickens!!
mishi -have you tried that www.conception store ovulation calendar yet? v good at helping you 'aim' for the right bd-ing days (nights?) and when to test etc etc. might help you too bella, with good info to put into dhs palm (that still makes me snigger..... )

mishi1977 · 18/02/2005 17:40

bella...not had anything here and it does sound odd i would contact MN

DQ its weird being a sahm as sometimes the smallest change feels like oyu have done loads...lol..each day is generally routine..

DH starts 2 weeks leave from work tonight so at least should hopefully be busy for the 2ww Just need to try and work out when AF will be due..then try to hold off the testing..lol

Bella23 · 18/02/2005 14:42

Yes got me right - DH has time marked in his palm so all set for next week, bring it on!
On another note - I received an e-mail from MM asking for money for being a member, to give what I though was the right amout. Seemed a bit suspicious to me - anybody else had one?

Bella23 · 18/02/2005 12:36

dramaqueen72 · 18/02/2005 12:16

oops!

dramaqueen72 · 18/02/2005 12:16

yes i feel a biarrze need to go out alot. i cant tho -many children!-but feel like i should be doing so. maybe its a hormonal thing? good excuse!!
as thers only something like a 5% of getting pg first cycle (before af) after op i think you have way better odds having had af. something like 20%. so to me your odds sound fabulous, but i guess 20% to you might sound little!!
just keeping telling myself that if we want a christmas/december baby, its next month i have to catch the eggie anyhow. but it still felt crap to watch only line appear. sigh.
have baked my heart out this morning.......its like therapy for me, baking, and kitchen is now awash with flapjacks, traybakes, and cup cakes!

oh - 4 weeks then, i guessed right.

excuse half-sentence in last post, was typing while on phone! multi-tasking....

romilly · 18/02/2005 12:06

i was wondering who would crack first dqueen - you or me! mind you, i think timing wise you are at least a week ahead of me? so i would have done the same . except of course i waited for AF first so didnt try first month. where are you in your cycle post erpc? you must be 28 days or so??? i am now

i am dealing with The Long Agonizing Wait by going out too much - not a good idea at all. anything to keep my mind off stuff tho.

bella - cheer up - nearly the weekend

dramaqueen72 · 18/02/2005 12:02

four on sunday

Bella23 · 18/02/2005 09:52

DQ - don't feel silly, we all do it.
How many weeks has it been since your ERPC?

OP posts:
dramaqueen72 · 18/02/2005 09:47

i tested today actually. far far far too early. and of course it was NEGATIVE. and i'm none the wiser......either i'm not pg at all, or i'm testing far too early anyhow. so that was a waste of a test silly silly me.

Bella23 · 18/02/2005 08:50

Oh alright DQ - maybe I'll have quads!
Morning Ladies. Still struggling with positivity this morning, not sure why all of a sudden. I think my BF's scan yesterday must have really pushed some buttons! Anyway determined to shake of these negative feelings somehow. AF nearly on her way out so next week is going to be full steam ahead
DQ - are you testing this w/kend?
Hope you ladies have something nice in store for the w/kend. Am going to make a concerted effort to take davina out of her box and throw myself round the lounge a bit with her - well at least watching it would be a start at this point!

OP posts:
dramaqueen72 · 17/02/2005 16:47

Bella23 · 17/02/2005 16:45

That was loud and clear DQ so they should have heard you! I am going to wait until I get in the car to go home and am going to tell mine

DQ - am laughing at your kids saying everything suggested is "soooo boring".......I think I was like that until I moved out at 20 ...ha ha!!!!!

dramaqueen72 · 17/02/2005 16:37

HEY OVARIES! BELLA SAYS GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!
have had word with ovaries, thanks B.
mine are v quiet. sigh. feel absolutely knackered for no real reason and feel cranky.
please tell me everyone WHY is the 'signs' of af so like the signs of pg???????? like how is that fair??? gggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
ahem....
i want to be pg. sorry, state obvious but its really sinking in now you know...that i'm not and entire world is. sigh. sounds like you ladies feel the same.
on a plus note (am trying here bella) nearly at end of half term.WooooooooHhooooo!!!!
(i tell you ladies, have many many lovely babies, but ship them all out of the house when they get to 10 or 13. book summer camp, tennis camp, whatever camp, cause NOTHING you suggest at that age is fun, or cool or anything other than 'soooo boring'). infact after eating entire larder contents in one sitting, and creating more washing than i have ever seen, i'm glad they are back to school next week. this does NOT make me a bad mummy, just a bloody knackered one!!LOL

romilly · 17/02/2005 16:22

so am i - great expectations!
