@Notsure31 aww, I'm sorry you're feeling down. I know it's hard not to compare to previous pregnancies but try not to. You're still so early and there is time x

I’m feeling really down this morning. I’m 5 or 6 dpo which I know is early but I really just feel it hasn’t happened this cycle. I’ve always conceived first cycle but always had a loss. The last two times I conceived I had symptoms on 6dpo including spotting, bloating and an implantation dip in bbt and I’ve not had any of that this time.

Ooooooo @SureLook fingers crossed this is it for you lovely!

Im currently 7DPO, bit gassy and some twinges , I’m just at a point where I just can’t imagine being so lucky again and feel hopeless 😢

To be honest my cycle is absolutely all over the place as I have PCOS. Taking metformin to hopefully stabilise it a little x

I’m on it too. Good luck x

SureLook · 20/08/2025 20:16

@PeonyPatch sorry to hear it sounds like AF is on her way x

@MyPeppyLimeBear sorry, yes, you mentioned that previously. Will you keep testing or wait for AF?

I am in dreaded two week wait currently. AF is due. Craving chocolate quite bad and feeling a drop in mood this week so I’m not feeling very optimistic this cycle.

Best of luck @Muddysocks1

Thank you, you too 🤞🏻

@MyPeppyLimeBear 9dpo is still so early! Do you normally only have around a 9/10 day luteal phase?

@MyPeppyLimeBear sorry, your original photo came up now. I think I can possibly see the start of something in the black and white photo. These tests never photograph well! I know AF is due tomorrow but how many DPO are you?

I didn’t take any ovulation tests this month but according to Flo’s prediction I should be around 9DPO. Thanks for looking xx

@MyPeppyLimeBear there's no picture of your test if you wanna post it again for us to have a look?
Thanks for your encouragement. I'll keep testing 🤞🏻

Sorry it’s here. I’m convinced it’s completely clear to be honest. I do have every usual symptom that AF is about to start too

I'm having a predicament myself. After I tested negative on Sunday I got my period later on that day. So I popped in a tampon and got on with it. But the "period" tapered off to nothing after a few hours. Like a psycho, I took the test out of the bin and saw the faintest of lines. I've tested every morning since. While there has been progression, the lines are extremely faint. Much fainter than I would like. I also tested with LH strips just for comparison.
So I'm guarding my heart and leaning towards a chemical. I've ordered some FRERs which are coming today so I'll test with them tomorrow. My head is fried!

They are getting darker!! Looking good. Keeping my fingers crossed for you xx

MyPeppyLimeBear · 20/08/2025 18:42

Ai does seem to think there’s a slight shadow on this test but I can’t see anything at all, I think it’s clear. AF due tomorrow and I have cramps so I think I’m out this month. still feeling hopeful that the metformin may make a difference in the coming months xx

@ForGiddyDreamer thanks for looking. I think I've had late implantation which I also had with DD. I didn't track ovulation then but I got implantation bleeding on CD31. Although, later implantation is associated with higher risk of miscarriage. Let's wait and see!

ForGiddyDreamer · 20/08/2025 12:41

Fingers crossed for you @SureLook You may have implanted later if vfl at 12po. Your hcg levels may also be starting off low after your previous loss. There is definitely visible progression there and the lh tests are picking it up too. Hopefully you can see better lines on the FRER!

@Muddysocks1 thanks for having a look. I'm hoping for the best but prepared for the worst 🤞🏻

They are getting darker and they say compare every 2 days rather than 1, and there is progress there 🤞🏻

🤞🏻 fingers crossed they keep developing.
they do look quite similar to my lines when I had a chemical, which got slowly darker but never got dark, then started tapering off after 15dpo. However at that time I read that some people do just have slow rising hcg so it could well be that 🤞🏻

SureLook · 20/08/2025 12:07

@Andrasa thanks. I've never had faint lines like this before. This is my fourth pregnancy. All I can do is wait and see now.

Fingers crossed for you! Good sign they’re getting noticeably darker every day. Funny how everyone seems to be getting faint lines quite late on
