@ForGiddyDreamer I have had a few long cycles the past year tbh I done this morrisons test yesterday and there was nothing on it so i’m reluctant to keep testing now as it’s probably a waste:(

@amey44 is a 35 day cycle odd for you? I think you said before a 32 cycle had happened before. Maybe you ovulated later than you think? Might be worth testing with a sensitive test?

@rainycoldboo I likewise see a faint line on the bottom test!

EmPeEf · 04/08/2025 13:23

Definitely seeing a line on the bottom one 🤞🏻

rainycoldboo · 04/08/2025 12:21

Phone completely freaked out and banned me from Mumsnet for like a month! Finally back now - month 3 of TTC and I’m 9 dpo: tested this morning with an ovum one and a cheapy. I think I can see something on both?? Thoughts (AI thinks there’s a line) (top cheapy is water just to try to work out if I have line eyes)

CD 35 and still no af yet? Thought I was gonna come on yesterday but I didn’t so confusing!

ForGiddyDreamer · 04/08/2025 11:05

And you can see I've been wild with the strips 🙃😂 I know I need to chill or I'll send myself barmy...

ForGiddyDreamer · 04/08/2025 11:03

@EmPeEf that made me cackle but I know what you mean about that consistency 😂

@Kerrylf all best for this cycle ❤️

I can't get a FRER to compare tests from Saturday. I ended up hoking out the CB that I hate but I can see progression between them (Saturday 10/11dpo and Monday 12/13dpo). My period is due tomorrow or Wednesday so I'll likely do the FRER when it comes. I'm hoping the doctor will see me this week. Bank Holiday here today. I've mild cramping that has had me 🙃

@Kerrylfwishing you the best for this cycle! The months just seem forever don't they, all while everyone around getting pregnant. Great you've got your ultrasound soon, hopefully will all come back okay.
When I sent my partners semen analysis across to my GP she said that's great it's all come back normal, quite often it needs to be repeated. Which just shows, male factor plays a big part x

Kerrylf · 04/08/2025 08:53

Congratulations on all the BFP's I've seen posted. I really wish for the best for you ❤
I am currently CD11 and got ewcm. I haven't tested for ovulation this month and I'm going to TRY and not test for hcg until af is due, i think it was getting a bit unhealthy for me and making me feel worse.
Currently in cycle 6 of ttc after my loss in January and it was around 6 cycles prior to this before I got pregnant in Jan. I have my ultrasound in late August to see if there is anything else going on and next will be to get my husband tested also. He is 30 and I am 31 xx

EmPeEf · 04/08/2025 05:27

Congratulations to all these BFP! Hoping they all stick nice and tight.

I’m now on possible CD9, have been having super low LH tests, but yesterday had so much EWCM. The kind where you nearly slap yourself in the face when wiping 😂 will aim for every other day over the next week. Bought a plane ticket to make sure of it 😅

SureLook · 03/08/2025 22:46

@overwork it's probably just habit at this stage but it's good to have faith and stay positive!

@DoubleDandelion ah, amazing! Congratulations ❤️

@FarAwayBird there's no right or wrong when it comes to testing. Whatever makes you feel best x

FarAwayBird · 03/08/2025 22:20

Hahaha maybe @overwork 😆

And another one, wow! I’m so pleased for you all. @FarAwayBird thankyou, but I think if I’ve started believing in the possibility of immaculate conception, I’ve taken this TTC lark far too far Grin

FarAwayBird · 03/08/2025 20:55

Yes! Fingers crossed for a smooth pregnancy. Double twins would be… a lot! 😬

DoubleDandelion · 03/08/2025 20:49

@ChaE05 it was cycle 2 since I had my IUD out. Still breastfeeding my 3 years olds (albeit very infrequently, a couple of times a week) so thought it may take a little longer this time.

Based on LMP @FarAwayBird it’s 19th April, but I ovulated quite early, based on ovulation 16th April. But historically I’ve got a couple of weeks before pregnancy turns to hell. I had severe HG with the twins and then loads of placenta problems that meant I pretty much lived in hospital for my entire pregnancy which was only 6 months long…hoping for a singleton and a smoother journey this time around!

FarAwayBird · 03/08/2025 20:04

OMG @DoubleDandelion! Amazing news. Congratulations. Trying not to get ahead of myself but I think this means if we both have sticky ones, we’d have the same due date!

@ForGiddyDreamer oh that’s good to know about the clear blue ‘pregnant’ ones. I might get on for tomorrow. Slightly scared in case it says ‘not pregnant’ though!

@SureLook I know you’re right… and I should skip tomorrow and wait for Tuesday/12dpo but I won’t 🫣

@ChaE05 I think it’s normal to not have had anything different at 7dpo. I know it’s hard to keep positive, though.

@overwork I think it’s good to be hopeful… even against the odds 😅 Fingers crossed you feel GREAT for next ovulation!

Congratulations @DoubleDandelion 💕those twinges were something!

ChaE05 · 03/08/2025 19:35

@DoubleDandelionwowww another one! 😍 congratulations ☺️ remind me what cycle this was for you x

DoubleDandelion · 03/08/2025 19:24

I’ve got a lot of messages to catch up on, it’s been a busy weekend. Seeing @FarAwayBird ’s BFP was making me think I might be tempted into testing tomorrow morning seeing as we are the same 10 DPO. Then it was in my head and I just thought what the hell, why not now. Welllllllll

@ForGiddyDreamerit's so reassuring seeing the words pregnant isn't it! Honestly though those pregnancy tests are just terrible for me. I get so obsessed. My sister literally took one pregnancy test and that was it! She couldn't understand for the life of her why I would continue testing lol.

It's a horrible journey to be on isn't it. My partner keeps saying we have a plan in place everything is going In the right direction and he thinks it's just going to take us a little longer this time. Love him for his positivity and keeping me up x

ForGiddyDreamer · 03/08/2025 18:51

@ChaE05 that's sage advice. When I saw the "pregnant" on the digital I allowed myself a moment of happiness. I told my sister today too for the moral support, but she's sworn to secrecy.

I wish I could give you a hug because I know how you're feeling. TTC should be joyful but it's an emotional and unsettling time. I honestly thought I was out too because I've no real symptoms. I've been very weepy all week. On Thurs I cried while putting away the laundry & certain TV ads have had me going. It's good that you have your appointment next month, something to work towards xx

overwork · 03/08/2025 18:47

Oh wow congratulations on even more positive tests, this thread is doing so well for them it’s fabulous to see!
How is this for daft, I was ill this month so we 100% were not able to have sex at the right time and I am absolutely not pregnant. But I’m still hoping that my period doesn’t come - useless!

ChaE05 · 03/08/2025 18:36

@ForGiddyDreameri just know how anxious you must be feeling and can't imagine a successful pregnancy following your losses? I would feel exactly the same. It's only natural. Someone once said to be if it ends badly you will still feel the exact same pain and hurt whether you were constantly worried or happy and positive! Which is so true x
I'm 7dpo and I just feel out already, haven't had any symptoms at all. No CM, no twinges. Same as every other month I've had a negative. Super tearful day today, it's really got to me x

SureLook · 03/08/2025 18:33

@FarAwayBird I'm the same with saying "try not to keep testing" but we all do it. But maybe try for every second day to let your HCG rise.
No, you definitely didn't invent it 😂

ForGiddyDreamer · 03/08/2025 18:28

@ChaE05 where are you in your cycle? I remember you saying trying to find time between DPs night shifts last week
