So i took another weeks digital this morning - i should be 5 weeks exactly and its still saying 1 - 2 weeks :( I am so upset. I dont know where to go from here - do i just wait it out? Surely in the next few weeks if it isnt progressing then i will start to bleed?

If you're sure of when you ovulated then I'd be worried about that too in your shoes. I'm really sorry 😔
You do hear stories of people who had this but everything was fine, but realistically there's a good chance it's not fine. I don't think there's anything you can do as such. They wouldn't confirm a miscarriage until they can see it on a scan and then rescan a week later to check it hasn't grown, but 5 weeks is often too early to see anything on a scan anyway, and can't imagine the NHS would scan you based on a pregnancy test giving a wrong result.
If it was me I would just wait another week or so, and if there's been no bleeding I'd call the midwife to book in like you normally would, but explain you're worried things aren't going as they should and what do they suggest.
I'm really hoping the test is wrong for you ❤️

My skin is also terrible!!! Also the tiredness has hit me BAD today 😩 other than I feel ok. Still getting the odd weird feeling/cramp in my lower abdomen but it’s getting less!

I remember being very tired in my pregnancy with DD. Out cold, dead to the world 😂 no sickness though which I know they say is typical if it's a girl.

I'm six weeks and still not a sniff of a symptom. Nausea is usually my first symptom around 6 weeks so anytime now, but it has got less and less severe with every pregnancy so if it doesn't come I won't know if that's a bad sign or if it's just got really mild this time iyswim.

I've been knackered with girls and not so tired with boys... Maybe you're having girls @VanessaShanessaJenkins99 and @SureLook !

@VanessaShanessaJenkins99 same! I'm nearly nodding off during the day but waking during the night and wide awake every morning before 6am 🥴 no problems falling asleep though but still 😂

Hey ☺️ - im 5 weeks tomorrow! Ive booked a reassurance scan for the end of June - i should be 9 weeks by then. Im so tired! I could nod off in the day but im waking up in the night and lay awake !

@Adca I'd be thinking along the same lines as @GrizzlyTheBear as random cycle I wouldn't be worried but watch out if it begins a pattern. I'd say just make a note of it.

@Adca yes, I've had a randomly light/short period on occasion. I assume it's fine unless it happens again next cycle and is a pattern. If it does start happening every month it's probably worth going to your GP and saying your periods have suddenly changed significantly - I guess they'd want to rule out things that could cause this. But as a one off I personally wouldn't bother. I am not a doctor though!

During my first pregnancy I didn't test again as I found it si nerve-wracking 🙈 I'd leave it another couple of days and test again. I'd think the test is maybe just a little out? Hoping all is well🤞🏼
