Hope it’s not too early to start this! For anyone trying in May, and “out” for April.

By some miracle I did fall pregnant this month after over a year TTC but it ended in a chemical just before 5 weeks. I’d tried some new things last cycle (inc baby aspirin and L’arginine, using preseed and doing a daily morning walk!) so going to try all of that again this month and keep my fingers crossed 🤞🏻 don’t know when I’ll ovulate yet but I imagine it’ll be right at the end of April…

Hi everyone, following my chemical last month I’m back tracking ovulation and it seems to have risen yesterday and I felt awful like I usually do around ovulation but today has dipped a lot? Only on cd11 today and last month ovulated cd15 so seems early if it was yesterday? Did anyone else ovulate early after a chemical? (The previous 2 highs were around the chemical when hcg stillbin my system) x

@Katfluff21congratulations xx

SureLook · 10/05/2025 18:56

@jelliebean9 how are you today?

@Katfluff21 great news, congratulations ❤️

@ttcjourney20001 I'd link back in with your midwife about that.

@Mummysparrow welcome! And so sorry to hear about your loss x

Mummysparrow · 10/05/2025 18:38

Can I join in? I have been trying again since my loss in May last year and surgery in January to remove stage 4 endometriosis and repair my c section defect. This is my first cycle TTC since the surgery but I this is cycle 10 overall since starting TTC in December 2023 😬 (I think as honestly I have lost count). Currently 6dpo and itching to test 😂

Congratulations!! I too had implantation cramps and was like wait up this is way too early to be on my period. Next thing I knew I had a positive test, that was with a previous pregnancy though, unfortunately it didn’t end the way I wanted it to but still had those cramps!! Fingers crossed this is a sticky baby 🫶🏼

on a darker note, the tablets aren’t really working - the nausea is still there, been sick twice today already. Also trapped gas is back, need to go toilet but I can’t. In absolute agony. Now got to do a food shop at Tesco will literally be walking around like a zombie

@ttcjourney20001Thank you!

That's so frustrating the tablets aren't working. Can they give you anything else at all? X

Bas27 · 10/05/2025 17:47

@jelliebean9so sorry my lovely. I think I would rather know too as tough as it is at least you know it happened at all.

@Katfluff21congrats!

@ttcjourney20001 - go back to the doctors if it’s bad - there are other sorts of anti sickness they can try, either solo or in combination with what you have.
with my daughter I had cyclizine, Omeprazol, ondansetron and I also tried another one - although I can’t remember what it was - only that it didn’t work.

2Sugars2 · 10/05/2025 14:08

Congratulations @Katfluff21 ✨✨

Hi ladies!

So am update on the cramps I've been having, turns out they were absolutely implantation cramps! These were taken this morning.

I'm shocked and a little scared to be honest (this is our third), so just waiting for it to sink in!

Keeping fingers crossed for the rest of you this cycle xx

I’m so sorry @jelliebean9. I agree I’d rather know, and that it’s hopeful for the future, but it’s so personal. Fingers crossed for you next month.

Hey everyone. My AF started today, I expected it yesterday or today. I had always planned to test tomorrow and if I’d held off as planned- I’d never have known about the chemical pregnancy. Not sure if it’s nice to know I conceived or worse knowing I did and then lost it so quickly?! Anyway, we have one more month of trying before we take a break until end of the year, due to a massive family holiday and other booked things that I’d have wanted to be way way out of the first trimester for! So fingers crossed for the last month 🙏 good luck to all those still to test this month and I’m sorry to those joining me in the next thread for another month, when it appears 🩷🩷🩷

Oh no, so sorry @jelliebean9.
Personally, I do think it's better to know about the chemicals. It helps with any potential future tests etc but they do suck! Lets hope we have better luck this month. X

ttcjourney20001 · 09/05/2025 16:46

Hey everyone, got my tablets and took one about an hour ago, when I tell you I’ve never gone to Tesco so quick for food 🤣🙈 managed to wolf down a meal deal and it’s actually staying down, the nausea is gone. Never been more relieved to keep a chicken Caesar wrap down 🫣

Ec2808 · 09/05/2025 16:44

Sending my love, chemicals are the worst having been through one in January myself, the promise of a baby gets snatched away. Look after yourself especially right now. Sending you baby dust 💕💕

Ah, that's annoying @ttcjourney20001 hopefully they'll be ready ASAP!

ttcjourney20001 · 09/05/2025 14:08

Went to pick up my anti sickness medicine this morning only to discover they weren’t ready after being told to go this morning. Got back to my cat and cried my eyes out. Pregnancy hormones getting the best of me 🫣 hopefully they’ll be done soon I’m super nauseous at the moment

devma · 09/05/2025 06:52

11dpo today, negative test thismorning. Think i’m out again for another cycle🥴 how frustrating, I know i’m not technically out until AF comes (Sunday) but I just dont feel anything and the test was insultingly negative.

I’ll update if anything changes but best of luck to everyone still waiting, i’ll see you all again in a few weeks 🤦🏼‍♀️ x

Ec2808 · 09/05/2025 06:31

@YKM2829really hope this is a viable pregnancy if the line does get darker 😔

YKM2829 · 08/05/2025 23:18

Ec2808 · 08/05/2025 21:42

@Muddysocks1yes that is possible but still only 6dpo then .. 😔

My bfp in January was about 7dpo. But it ended up ectopic. But I saw that line very early.

YKM2829 · 08/05/2025 23:17

Ec2808 · 08/05/2025 17:49

Just took these now and i’m supposed to be only 5-6dpo…. Am I insane or is there a vvvvvfl on this one????🥹🥹🥹🥹

I also see it on every pic x

Hi everyone! Positive news, Midwife got me an immediate referral to the Dr for hyperemesis gravidarum, and it’s confirmed! Been given anti sickness medication for it, picking them up tomorrow morning 🫶🏼

I feel for you - I had HG and as a first time mum they wouldn’t listen. I was diagnosed in America and put on odansetron which nhs continued on my return. Ice cold things massively helped
