I live in Sweden so maybe I’m not the best one to answer 🥲 either we can do it private and pay for ourselves but skip queue, or we get it for free but you need to wait in queue. The queue is like 6 months ish where I live so we’ve signed up for that 😊 I have my fingers crossed so so so hard for you and everyone else in this thread! I've just googled beetroot juice @BerrieSweet, I had no idea! Going to add beetroot and pomegranate to my diet this month.

What other easy fertility improvements does everyone do?

Aw thanks @BerrieSweet are you doing your fertility investigation privately? If so who gave you gone with? Yes I must confess I have been guilty of fabricating how long I’ve been TTC - mostly down to denial. But this is the forum to keep positive. So my fingers are all crossed for everyone.
anyway, I’m starting here on day 3 of my AF. And due my ovulation pain on 3rd April 😊 cycle 6.

Morning all 😊 hopping over from the march thread. 10dpo but BFN test this morning and a drop in BBT.

I'm hoping AF doesn't arrive for a couple days as my luteal phases have been short and I've had a session of acupuncture. I have another on the 12th to see if we can balance my cycle out a bit 🤞

Aww, I get you! I’ve discussed that with my partner as well, and he’s totally on board to do it if we don’t get pregnant this month. We’re already in the queue for a fertility investigation to check us both. I really get that it feels like forever if you got pregnant on your first try with your first and the worry is totally normal, I get that as well even if I’m only on my 4th month trying. You see everyone else get pregnant except you, and not many are open about how long they tried for (which is totally reasonable).

we have a 4 yro and wanting to TTC this month so we have a 2nd child for our May 2026 wedding. I suffer from mittleshmerz and pregnancy first time around happened instantly. Now I’m 42 I’m and we have been TTC for 5 month, slightly getting more anxious. Also been trying to discuss my BD on getting fertility health check - anyone else in that discussion with theirs?

My temp went up today so my egg was released yesterday and I’m officially in the TWW and 1 DPO ☺️ Best feeling ever, I like that I can’t do anything more now, instead of forcing BD and wondering if you had your legs up in the air for a good amount of time. Going to join the beetroot-juice-club at 4 DPO✌🏼How’s everyone else doing? Fingers and toes crossed for us this month 🥹

I wish everyone on this thread good luck. Someone I know is also going through the ups and downs of what you are, it brings me back to when I was.

@MayaB I think you will be ok! You will probably ovulate in the next day or so, and dtd a day or two before ovulation is ideal!

I had my possitive ovulation test today (if I am reading it correctly). Not sure how long it has been positive for but hubby went for 3 days work trip very early this morning. I hope we have done enough, the last time we DTD was yesterday lunch. I am trying not to stress because there is nothing else I can do right now. 😞

Update from me 😊 Today 7am - Flashing Smiley ➡️ 11am - Solid Smiley, it goes so fast! DTD yesterday and will today, tomorrow and the day after that. Will start to test 1 April so if it’s BFN it’s just a joke 🤓

@MayaB me too, checking it in every lighting possible even when it's clearly blank 😂 fingers crossed for us all this cycle!

@Wednesdayonline Oh staring at a test wishing it had a 2nd line sounds so familiar 😞 Sometimes I walk to a different part of the house with the test, just to see if there maybe a very faint 2nd line if I stand next to a window. Praying for you to get your 2 lines very soon 🤞

Thank you for your lovely message. I was away and I hear jet lag can knock your cycle so trying to rationalise it with that. Oh goodness I know the feeling I did exactly this the other day. Praying you get that BFP ♥️ xxx

No advice just sympathy xx I suppose knowing that all early pregnancy symptoms can just as easily be PMS symptoms can help temper expectations. Not that it worked that well for me today staring at a blank test trying to wish a line into existence 🥲

@MayaBive gotten pregnant being sick, i very nearly rejected my husbands advances the night DS was conceived - had a terrible migraine coming but we missed each other as i had been at my parents to stay..he said he could cure my headache as a joke but we had a chemical the month before and hadnt been intimate since so i thought screw it- next day i woke up with the worst flu like symptoms for a week! i had to test myself for covid thinking i had it (turns out it was just the flu) never did imagined i would test positive for pregnancy instead!

@Thomsonetthompsonis wont hopefully its just your levels have to go to zero before your first cycle can start back up again, sounds like you are dtd reguarly enough so i really hope you catch this month 🌈

Hello, I feel so silly for writing this post. My husband and I trying to conceive for the first time this month and felt alll the symptoms and then AF came early. I feel disheartened (I promised myself I wouldn’t as only the first month!) any advice on how to push negative thoughts from my head regarding this?

I have finally peaked. My mc was 5 weeks ago so I'm hoping this isn't going to become my new normal cycle. We've only been DTD every 3 days so hopefully we managed to catch it. Going to DTD every night for the next 3 nights because that's what we did last time we conceived.

Everyone's cycles are different - mine stay high for about 3 days after my peak but my friend's peak literally for one afternoon then drop way back down. My peaks are always over 1.0 but my friend's peaks are always around 0.7. Especially after a miscarriage, it's so hard to get to know your new normal! I've been testing twice (or even 3 times 😳 a day since my miscarriage to try and understand what is going on).

No I lied. I also have fever now.

@MayaBsorry to hear you're feeling under the weather 😔 I hope you start to feel better soon! Never personally conceived with flu but I've had a couple of friends who have conceived accidentally whilst on the pill and were talking antibiotics, so they were fighting infection and still successful, always a chance ❤️
