A few days into my two week wait now, period due around 2nd of March.

Trying not to get too excited as I'll soon be 40 and I know my chances are lower - nevertheless, I found myself downloading a pregnancy tracking app this morning and looking at all the visuals of what the baby would look like at various stages 🙃

Anyone else out there want to wait with me? Crossing fingers and toes for my November baby!!

Hi all 👋🏼 I’ve recently found this app and love seeing people in similar situations, I’m 41 and have been tic for a year now, we have 2 cycles to conceive naturally before moving across to have 1 try at ivf, I have 2 older children with a previous partner and thought it would be a quick process this time round but have quickly been proven wrong!
no one warns you for the struggle it can be later on and you just think your body will know what to do, there are some really great tips in here so love reading those, good luck everyone 🎉

10DPO here and I tested, negative.

I’ve had cramping for about 4-5 days now but no AF. Also due to ovulating later than usual currently on CD38. I guess I’m not out until AF is here but not feeling confident.

look after yourself @EmPeEfits a rough journey

Massive congratulations to the recent BFP. Wishing you both lots of sticky baby dust x

I’m currently CD21 and my partner and I have decided to put trying on hold now. Three losses in four months has hit me harder than I thought and I haven’t processed it. Also we’re about to put our house on the market.

So we’ll see what happens with this cycle (will be utter Sod’s Law if it worked and sticked!), and if BFN I’m going to go back on weight loss injections and we’ll get the house move over and done with. All the people interaction with it is giving me autistic burnout, so I think it’s the best decision despite turning 41 in January.

Checking in to say I hope everyone is well, congratulations to those of you that have got your bfp and sending love to those of you that are going through loss 🤍

im CD 10 right now… its looking very likely that im going to ovulate very soon. Its only month three for me but this will be very early so im not sure what to think!

@Alwaysroomforanotherdoghave you tested again? That one definitely looks positive to me!

I’ve had a bit of a rubbish day at work. One of my colleagues is pregnant and she was discussing scans and that you only get 2 on the NHS. She asked me how many scans I’d had and I just froze. My thoughts just went back to being told at the 20 week scan that baby had a heart problem and then having several scans with the consultant after that before getting the devastating news that we needed to make a decision regarding terminating. I managed to hold it together and talk about the scans I had with my first son and then had to excuse myself so that I could go and cry in the toilets.

Currently CD34 but I think I only ovulated on CD28 so too soon to test. I also have period type cramps so highly suspect AF is due very soon.

How is everyone else doing?

Hi yes I did, I did a first response and a clearblue. At my 20 week scan i was told my boy had no heartbeat so I know how scans make you feel xx sending love x

@Fullofconfusion thank you for sharing your experience and being so honest. We’ve been trying for 1 year and now had two losses. I am 43 so this is really the end of the road for me

i was literally like this beginning of the year. I was told at the private clinic that my chances of natural conception are 2%, the only way would be with donor eggs. But I have started acupuncture and drinking Chinese tea, cut back on coffee, etc. and literally month later I was pregnant. I have lost that one in 6 weeks unfortunately, but in an unexpected twist I got pregnant again in the first cycle after miscarriage.
Still long way to go, but I am now much more hopeful - 13 weeks in, first scan was ok. I turned 44 3 weeks ago.
I am keeping my fingers crossed for you and everyone in this chat.

Alwaysroomforanotherdog · 09/09/2025 23:36

11 dpo today and thought I’d do a test about 9:30pm and left it in the draw, I went into the bathroom just and looked at it and thought I’d left it too long, so I did another and after 3 minutes I have a faint line? Does this look like positive? Should it be darker at 11dpo? 😳

@Fullofconfusion I’m so sorry to hear your journey has been so painful. I wish the best for you and really hope you get your dream. We all deserve it xx

Fullofconfusion · 09/09/2025 13:21

@EmberRoh bless you. It’s definitely not an easy journey.

I’m 40 and we’ve been trying for nearly 2 years. I had a miscarriage earlier this year plus a chemical before than. Last year we fell pregnant with a little boy and found out at the 20 weeks scan that he had heart problems and we made the heartbreaking decision to have a TFMR at 22 weeks. We were devastated and nearly gave up then and there but it’s something that we both want so much. I’m not quite ready to stop yet.

sending you lots of love and luck

EmberR · 09/09/2025 12:51

Fullofconfusion · 09/09/2025 12:06

@EmberR it hurts so much to have a loss at any stage. You get your hopes up when you see the line. I had a chemical earlier this year and found it really difficult. I’d not even told my partner before I started to bleed as I wanted to make sure it was really happening so I felt very along dealing with it. I hope you have some good support and are looking after yourself.

I think we’ve all had those moments when you wonder whether to give up. How long have you been trying?

EmberR · 09/09/2025 10:13

I hope everyone is OK. I am feeling so sad today. I know it was only very early but seeing a pregnancy only for it to fade away so quickly is devastating. My heart goes out to everyone who is trying. I just don’t know when to just give up x

Fullofconfusion · 08/09/2025 19:41

@EmberRI’m so sorry, be kind to yourself

EmberR · 08/09/2025 18:44

@Fullofconfusion thanks for your kind words. It’s cramping and red blood. Definitely all over

Fullofconfusion · 08/09/2025 18:09

@EmberR so sorry to hear that. Is it just spotting or do you have cramping and heavier bleeding?

EmberR · 08/09/2025 16:00

I’ve just started to bleed. One week after my positive test… not good

Wingingitlife · 08/09/2025 12:44

@Fullofconfusionoh wow! Fingers crossed for you!

Fullofconfusion · 07/09/2025 19:53

I had a positive ovulation test so looks like I ovulated on CD28 which is very late even for me. I did used to have 31-33 day cycles so often ovulated late but never this late (at least not while I’ve been tracking). So I guess I’m in the 2ww now! And it’s going to be a long one

Fullofconfusion · 05/09/2025 12:22

Mega confused now. CD27. Waiting for my period to arrive but didn’t manage to catch ovulation so thinking it’s a cycle where I just didn’t ovulate. Stomach is bloated and crampy and I have back pain since yesterday. But today lots of EWCM. Like I’d expect when ovulating 🙈

will do an ovulation test when I’m home tonight after work but very odd cycle

Alwaysroomforanotherdog · 04/09/2025 13:48

Wingingitlife · 03/09/2025 15:31

Someone on another post told me about using ChatGPT to analyse their cycle. I use Premom too… so I screen shot my graph and put it into ChatGPT and it literally worked out when I ovulated etc! Worth a try!

Thank you

Wingingitlife · 03/09/2025 15:31

@Fullofconfusionthe second line is bbt 🤗
