Nope, gynae refused the referral. I’m carrying on with the aspirin I bought though. But those lines give me so much hope 🤞🤞 Will test again with the pink line week detector on Tuesday when I hope to reach over 1000miu, then Thursday when I hope I’ll get 3+ on CB.

Hahaha I think the waiting is why I've been putting off any disney...

Disneyland was amazing, thanks! We all had an amazing time, managed to pack in pretty much everything we wanted over the 2 days, the parades and fireworks were fantastic too. However, I’m very aware of the privilege of DD1 having a Priority Pass, which meant much much shorter queues! DD2 will have a sharp shock if she ever goes to a theme park without her sister 😂.

And I returned to these beauties. Pretty sure they’re darker than they ever got last time, so starting to allow myself to breathe a bit….4+6 today.

32c here today, took the girls to the lake and the pool, got sunburnt on my semi bump in the car like an ant under a magnifying glass and only got kicked twice in the belly while swimming 😅😅

It's all good so far. 13dpo and AF is no show and I have these two on the bottom for today.

@EMC2022, yep those symptoms will get you on bfn months too! But you're right, still very early so hopefully you've got it this month!

@LaTable so not doing the ovulation tests didn't stop me from testing early. I'm somewhere between 5 and 12 dpo (app says 9dpo).

I tested yesterday and it was a negative. Still plenty of time though so hopeful it might change! I had felt oddly hopeful this month but I am starting to realise symptoms mean nothing!

Oh gosh, is that why my flights to the uk are like astronomical all of a sudden that week?! We've had our last half term of the year, just on the long 8 week slog to the end of school start of July.

You'll have to keep us updated on the disney trip, sounds like lots of fun! I keep meaning to look into it to take my two as it's only a drive for us but I never do 😅

Gosh, you both on the countdown to the anatomy scan?! It's crazy how time flies. Well sometimes, anyway. I'm just super glad it's half term next week and we're off to Disneyland Paris, so hopefully I'll be 5 weeks in a blink of an eye. Then DD2's birthday the following weekend - history DARE not repeat itself on her birthday weekend....

All good with me and little one, I can feel it wiggling more and more lately, but still got 6 long weeks until my 20 (22) week scan.
Told the kids the other week and they are actually so thrilled about it which shocked me from my eldest!
Also, bloat has now gone fully and I'm starting to feel a slight swelling/start of a bump. I guess the 6 years between successful pregnancies reset my uterus in is expanding capacity because its like I'm expecting my 1st all over again. Haha

I feel blessed to have my little lad, I know some people don't get that chance so I'm fortunate. Would just love to give him a sibling!

Hubby has been liking things on Instagram from when we announced DSs pregnancy and gender, so I think he may be a little bothered, even though he wouldn't say it. But he's obviously gone back to find the posts.

I think as much as good as "saving heartache" is, there is so much more that benefits it.
Like @curliegirlie said, people are now perscribed medications that help get and keep pregnant that otherwise would have been told they couldn't have children all thanks to knowing they have had multiple mcs and not just late/irregular periods
There are also so many tests that are newer and more used these days for early detection of abnormalities that can be treated, given information for prep post birth or in the unfortunatecases of tfmr, there are treatments for those who suffer with issues within the first trimester and onwards (thinking hg, low iron ect)
So ye, as stressful and sad as it is knowing about chemicals and early mc that "could have been" I'd absolutely want to know for sure and not just wonder for the rest of my life "was that just an odd heavy period with a weird lump in it or was that actually my baby I passed and can mourn?"
Also to be honest, it just gives me more appreciation for my children who did make it.
Pregnancy is a freaking miracle and I wouldn't want to take away from that just because we only ever knew about the pregnancies that made it. I think that is half the reason why is so heartbreaking these days - because it was seen as easy and simple for those who didn't know any better

Aaannnyyyyway, yes @Chocolateeggsarebetterthannormalchocolate I totally understand where you're coming from qith the at least you're on to the next cycle. It's bitter sweet but like we said with @curliegirlie, perhaps it won't take long if you continue straight away to get a bfp?

Oh yes, I'd rather know! I'd missed my period, it should have arrived anywhere between Weds and Fri, and I tested Saturday with the positive. Well, it's a new cycle now. I'd rather it happen now, too, than further down the line. I hadn't told anyone, except shown my husband the faint lines!
