Hi everyone

Oh god, I have no idea how to edit that typo! Please ignore!

babybrain23 · 15/02/2025 10:02

7 dpo and negative, OBVIOSULY 🫠

SaltedPotato · 15/02/2025 08:40

@RoseannesMamma I'm either 3 or 4dpo. I had a prolonged peak this month so didn't know which day to count from. When are you testing? I'd be itching to test already at 7dpo. Some hate early testing but I find that if I don't test it consumes me. If I test in the morning and it's negative I can forget about it til the next day.

RoseannesMamma · 14/02/2025 23:59

@SaltedPotato I’m 7dpo. Thanks for the tip! I’ve actually been using them all rectally as the first and last time I used it vaginally it was just messy!

Has anyone had any implantation symptoms before? I don’t think I ever have. But earlier today had sharp pricking/stabbing type pains very low down to the right slightly which lasted a few mins then went away. Not sure if it’s anything though.

I felt similar when I was pregnant with my daughter. I went through my Femometer app for my cycle that year, and on 6DPO I've written in the notes "ache in right ovary followed by stabbing pains right side lower abdomen". I knew I ovulated from my right ovary due to being monitored, and I've never felt the same feeling since whilst ttc, so I'm convinced it was implantation. Fingers crossed for you!!

SaltedPotato · 14/02/2025 20:48

@RoseannesMamma I've started with the cyclogest today for this cycle. I've found that if I use the morning one rectally and the night one vaginally the irritation is less. How many dpo are you?

RoseannesMamma · 14/02/2025 15:52

@Josephine2 I have easy at home and wondfo strip tests that I use. If there’s a hint of a line I’ll grab a Boots early detection to try. I have some CBs in the cupboard but in the past I’ve saved them for a few days till there’s a chance of getting a good line on it!

Started Cyclogest last night. Last three cycles I’ve had spotting throughout my luteal phase. It’s not happened this cycle but now I’m paranoid the progesterone is gonna make the bleeding start!

Josephine2 · 14/02/2025 14:42

I imagine it’s my mind playing tricks on me too and me symptom spotting! 🙈 Will soon know I guess in a few days!

@babybrain23 I know the feeling! Can you drive to make that your excuse? Everyone sees straight through antibiotics 😂

babybrain23 · 14/02/2025 08:35

Ya, I am rarely out now with a 1 year old apart from the odd glass of wine at home. I'm also so paranoid going places now and not drinking. I feel like everyone is always suspicious that I am pregnant 🫠🫠🫠 it's like I'm trying to prove to everyone I'm not!

jill5676 · 14/02/2025 07:59

After saying I'd wait until next week, I also caved and tried but stupidly didn't read the instructions properly and thought it was 5 seconds to hold in the urine not 15 so it didn't work anyway - probably a sign that I should have more patience 😂 think I'm also aiming for Sunday @Josephine2 as I'll be cycle day 28 and dpo 10 ish by then. I just have cheap Sainsbury's/boots ones just now. If I get a faint line, I might buy a digital one to try a few days later. @babybrain23 I would go on the night out but limit my drinks, but then I rarely drink anyway since having my first (can't handle alcohol plus sleep deprivation) so maybe that's easy for me to say! Depends how much the rest of the group will be drinking how easy that would be. But I agree with others you can't pause your life every month!

Josephine2 · 14/02/2025 07:51

My test was negative surprise surprise 😅 I stared at it for a good ten minutes like a crazy person. Going to hold off till Sunday! What tests are you guys using/will be using?

Hi everyone!!
sorry I’ve been quiet I’ve been unwell 😭 horrible cold and just felt crap! Not the best implantation scenario so not holding out hope tbh.
@babybrain23 tricky one! I’d agree with the others and say go out and take it easy. But you have to do what you want and what feels right for you! I think it’s tough holding off on normal life things and seeing friends etc every month for two weeks so I don’t see any harm in going.

I’m about to do a test too because I’m crazy and have no willpower and it’ll also be negative I bet 😂

I’ve not had any other symptoms at all other than feeling unwell but that’s because of a cold.

I'm in the middle east so a few hours ahead

babybrain23 · 14/02/2025 04:06

Tested this morning at 6 dpo (because I'm deluded) obviously negative!
Had a dream last night I had another baby girl so hoping it's a sign

RoseannesMamma · 13/02/2025 23:22

@Josephine2 yeah similar length of time to us. Getting fed up now!

@babybrain23 6dpo so no testing here yet. I’ve had so much more CM than normal this cycle but I’ve been actively trying to drink more water so that’s probably why! I can’t really help on the night out because I’ve not had a drink in over 10 years! I’m tempted to say you can’t not go on nights out for two whole weeks every month… maybe go but take it easy?

babybrain23 · 13/02/2025 18:24

Has anyone been testing? Any symptoms?

babybrain23 · 13/02/2025 18:23

Ya seems fair. Oh god ya of course I won't be able to hold off testing for that long!
Have discharge today that's not dry. Hoping that's a positive sign

I have just been invited on a night out next weekend. I'll be 10 dpo!!! What do you guys think?

Ah it's so tough. Are you an early tester or do you normally wait until missed period?

I tested positive at 10dpo with my daughter. But know some who tested negative and then positive at like 12 dpo so it's difficult to know what to do.

Me personally I would either drive. Or test and if negative have just the one maybe.

I have a night out planned and it falls on 13dpo, and if it's negative I'll have a couple as unlikely to turn positive the day after. Although I don't drink much anymore anyway since TTC, so would prob just be a couple.

JessieL19 · 12/02/2025 23:53

I have PCOS, and using ovulation induction (letrozole). This is my last month of my prescription :-( going to ask for a few more months worth I think though. I just don't feel mentally ready for going down the ivf route yet.

JessieL19 · 12/02/2025 23:52

Hi, currently 4dpo - can I join in? I told myself this cycle I would be more relaxed and just take each day as it comes.... 4 days in and I'm driving myself crazy. I have the flu so have convinced myself that's me out. Have barely eaten or drank anything in days and have had a temp - not ideal implantation scenario is it :-( so typical!

Nope you are all doing ok. It's all consuming isn't it.

Josephine2 · 12/02/2025 21:48

Been trying for about 9 months! So hard!!!!
