Hello NotSoNewAnymore I have added you on the list, so that I am not at the top anymore!! tee hee. Add in your temp/ LP (luteal phase = no of days from Ovulation to Period) and cycle no etc when you post your temp.
minix waves. I know what you mean about how long you have been trying. I use different values depending on who I am talking to!!! If is is medical staff then I say we've been trying for 2 years, but actually it will only be 2 years at end of August. My cycle changed shape drastically when I first started temping this time round last March (Mar07) which was when I joined this thread. Since then my 30 day cycle/ LP14 went AWOL and became this useless 24 - 27 day LP 7 - 9 . So in fact we have only been trying for 7 months then I started temping and then 5 months on clomid. the bit in the middle we couldn't get pregnant!! Yes I like your logic it is very comforting.
The clomid is going OK when I remember to take it properly (last 2 out of the 5 have been ropey). We are really going to make an effort this cycle to avoid ending up as lab rats, but equally it is our best course forward.
Lottie big hugs babe. Your time will come and when it does it will be worth this painful wait. Oh and NHS have to give you an appointment within I think 8 weeks of your GP referal. if that is any comfort.
ttfn back with a report from hospital later.
