@RRAEE oh goshhhh, what CD are you now? Have you taken another test?

@Daniki hope you didn't have a 3am wake up again this morning!

OP posts:
Daniki · 10/03/2025 19:19

@Marie1990x yes hopefully 🙏 god it was a nightmare trying to keep him awake this evening but he made it to 7pm so please god not another early start 🤣

RRAEE · 10/03/2025 18:40

@Marie1990x had cramps but still no AF

Marie1990x · 10/03/2025 17:34

@Daniki oh yes my daughter's exactly the same. At the time it's great getting them to bed early but regret it in the morning 😂.
Twinges are good though, think positive that it means baby is nestling away in there

OP posts:
Daniki · 10/03/2025 14:42

@Marie1990x i know! He fell asleep at half 6, so we just put him to bed but I knew in my heart we'd have an early start 🤣 typically he goes to bed round 7.30/8 it's mad how an hour can drastically change things 😆 no spotting today thankfully lots of little twinges I'm just trying to ignore 🤣

Marie1990x · 10/03/2025 12:32

@RRAEE @whatdoyouthink123456 how are you guys getting on?

OP posts:
Marie1990x · 10/03/2025 12:32

@Daniki ah amazing, glad there's not been any more spotting! Twinges are definitely normal, try not to worry!
Noooo omg why such an early start 😅 not surprised you're wrecked!!

OP posts:
Daniki · 10/03/2025 10:06

@Marie1990x grand this morning no spotting but having some twinges here and there 🙈 hopefully nothing to be concerned about! I have to remind myself that's normal in early pregnancy anyway and not everything is impending disaster! God my son was up at 3am and that was him up for the night I am wrecked now today 🤣 haha go with 1dpo give yourself that extra testing day 🤞🏻🤣

Marie1990x · 10/03/2025 08:35

@Daniki omg absolutely! I was saying to my husband the other day I was blissfully unaware of any complications etc when I was pregnant with our daughter, but if I was to ever get pregnant again I'd be on tenterhooks the whole time. With it taking so long and spending half my life on mumsnet, I'd be a wreck 😂.
Don't blame you, I had an early night too.

I'm officially 1dpo woop! Although I think from them twinges etc I might be 2, but I'll go with 1 so it gives me longer to stare at blank tests 😂. Still haven't ordered any yet surprisingly.

How are you this morning? Anymore spotting?

OP posts:
Daniki · 09/03/2025 20:57

@Marie1990x yes you did actually, I hope the same for me! Altho I don't remember but my husband said I was measuring behind with our son, when I went for 12 week scan I was a few days behind! But all was innocent in those days I hadn't a clue and had never had a loss etc so wouldn't even cross my mind to think anything be wrong! I'm exhausted now tho I'm going to go to bed 🤣🙈

Marie1990x · 09/03/2025 20:49

@Daniki ahh I just think in the early days there's so much difference isn't there, they always seem to catch up! I think I might have mentioned before that my daughter was measuring behind almost a week at our first 2 private scans (think they were 7 weeks and 9 weeks) but by the time 12w one came around she was spot on. Think positively 🥰

OP posts:
Daniki · 09/03/2025 20:25

@Marie1990x yep it's just a new type of worry at every stage 🤣 I am 7+4 today but I was measuring 2 days behind so not sure which I should go by 🤣

Marie1990x · 09/03/2025 20:20

@Daniki yeah don't blame you! What gestation are you now?
Hoping it's just old blood and just completely normal and nothing to worry about. The worrying just never stops does it! Think from tcc to pregnancy to birth to babies to toddlers and so on, just never ended worry 😅

OP posts:
Daniki · 09/03/2025 19:05

@Marie1990x no, will keep it quiet until after 12 weeks or so! Afraid of jinxing myself 🤣 that's it just keep an eye on it and hope I don't get any more 🙏

Marie1990x · 09/03/2025 19:00

@Daniki ah that's fair enough. Hopefully it's nothing to concern yourself about anyway; I guess just keep an eye on it? Have you started telling people yet?

OP posts:
Daniki · 09/03/2025 16:31

@Marie1990x I can't really as iv booked Friday off work and have to start late on wed so would be afraid to ask for more time off as the hosp is 2 hrs away 🙈 disaster! Will have to try and remain calm unless I get more spotting or anything and then I won't care about asking 🙈 haha not at all we all love a wee wine to relax!

Marie1990x · 09/03/2025 16:28

@Daniki oh absolutely! I'm never one to stop drinking in the tww, but going to try this time (god I sound like a raging alcoholic 😂). I did dry January and felt so much healthier by doing it. So I'll do 2 weeks (unless I get stressed this time next week after not seeing a second line on a test 😂).

Could you call the EPU in the morning and mention you're concerned? It's so tough isn't it, like you say especially after your past and the beta results, but baby has come on so much since then so try hold onto that 🤍

OP posts:
Daniki · 09/03/2025 16:14

@Marie1990x 🤣🤣 have that wine surely! It's a fab day would love one myself actually 🤣 so I had a tiny speck of brown when I wiped there and had a small bit of red this morning and that's it so far. Could be nothing but I just keep thinking back to the beginning with the low beta etc. will just have to see! I'm cooking away here trying to occupy my mind to not think about it 🙈

Marie1990x · 09/03/2025 16:11

@Daniki ah that's great they're scanning you though and hopefully it's a quick week 🤞🏻. It's torturous not knowing what's going on our in own bodies isn't it! Completely understand the anxiety after your losses.
Has there been anymore spotting since?

Yeah I'm pretty sure I've ovulated, so just see if anything comes of it.
I was planning on giving up alcohol and being super good this tww, but this sunshine has made me pour a wine 😂. Wine has antioxidants in it though, right? 🤣🤣.
But after today I'm going to be reallllllly good and clean living.

Told husband I just need him tonight and tomorrow, then he can have a break from routine dtd until May 😅

Daniki · 09/03/2025 15:58

@Marie1990x all good signs 🙌🏻🙌🏻 oh please be the one 🤞🏻

I know that's it, and I know it's common but when you've had so many losses it's hard not to panic 🙈 iv another scan on Friday with the miscarriage clinic so be a long week 🤣🙈

Marie1990x · 09/03/2025 15:56

@Daniki easy for people not going through it to say not to panic isn't it 😂. When will your next scan be?

Tender boobs are now steadily creeping in after my panic this morning 😅

OP posts:
Daniki · 09/03/2025 15:18

@Marie1990x sounds like ovulation and defo DTD tonight to cover all bases. Aw I did but they just said normal and not to panic 🙈

Marie1990x · 09/03/2025 14:38

@Daniki this is what I thought I felt. I always get mild cramping but this time I deffos felt like a twinge/pop that lasted a minute if so then that was that. My OPK's are lowering now too so happy I've caught it and done what we can. Will tonight too of course. Last night was the most un-romantic dtd ever. Our daughter kept coming into our room 😂.

Oh no! Is it a lot or just a tiny bit? Did you mention your spotting at your last appointment? Try not to over think but obviously know it's easier said than done

OP posts:
Daniki · 09/03/2025 12:42

@Marie1990x I always found I had different Symptoms or none at all! When I done the trigger shot cycle that time I defo felt it it was a really sharp twinge in my side and I knew I was defo ovulating so it was interesting! Iv just had a small bit of spotting so trying not to spiral 🥺

Marie1990x · 09/03/2025 07:49

@Daniki hahaha it's scandalous isn't it!

Do anyones ovulation symptoms differ month to month?
I had a couple sharp twinges/pops yesterday in bed, definitely noticeable and a bit of a stitch since, all in the same place (lower left abdomen) so pretty sure it's ovulation. But I've not had sore boobs which I did the last couple of months so second guessing it! I didn't have sore boobs at all with my last pregnancy, but because I've had it from ovulation the last few times it's got my mind wondering
