Right, not going to test until AF due, not going to obsess over sore boobs, not going to think about baby names, not going to give up alcohol. Anyone want to join me in pretending to not obsess about symptoms/lack of?

Well I am cd 22 and no spotting yet. Spotting is not normal for me but I had it for two days last month. I am guessing that as I have written this down I will get spotting when I go to the loo later

2bg - I hope he's ok. At least in Hospital they will be able to monitor him. And hope your Nan is ok too

littlemissdaisy · 09/05/2008 11:11

tousletop · 09/05/2008 11:10

Thanks Beanie
2BG - I'm really sorry, that sounds awful. It puts things into perspective doesn't it? Hopefully it's just an infection that's sent everything out of kilter for him, and he'll be back to his normal self very soon. Really hope it's all ok

2beautifulgirls · 09/05/2008 11:03

morning everyone. My morning has been eventful already... My grandad has just been taken to hospital as had a fall this morning and nan couldn't get him up then has been wetting himself for past 2 days with blood in urine. he also has diabetes and has blood sugars were 32. something! Sorry to go on just have no one else to talk to.
Hubby at work, friends all working or have there own problems.

beaniesteve · 09/05/2008 11:02

AW Tousletop, Hope you are ok - and Mr Tousletop.

I have heard so many people say that giving up trying can be relaxing enough for it to happen but I think you really have to give up rather than just say you're more chilled. I'm extremely stressed most of the time over one thing and another and I know it does me know good.

good luck.

tousletop · 09/05/2008 09:53

PS Feel like I'm almost shaking with the stress of it all this month, hasn't been so bad until now - don't know whether its because I feel like we're doing almost everything right (apart from DH maybe drinking a little more than ideal) and nothing's happening or whether its because of my best friend's pregnancy.
Yellow - I'm also being horrid to DH
I've tried, I really have, but anyone have any ideas to help relaxation?

tousletop · 09/05/2008 09:29

Fruity, I'm also confused by it all, but have never charted temp so am probably about as useless as it's possible to be....

Yellow - I'll try to do a summary - I think it may need some correcting though

Yellow - due 16-18/5
Fruity - to test on 25/5
Queenie - to test 18/5
Beanie and PrePG - due 12/5
2BG, Fym, Tousle and ? LMD - due 18/5
BabyIG ? due 21/5 - sorry not sure!

Have I left anyone out?

Exhausted this am, DD up from 4am, and had friends round last night. I'm sure this can't be good for my chances, as I don't think my body can cope!

FruitynNutty · 09/05/2008 07:17

Morning Fym Thanks for your response. Well I've been temping since 7th Feb and this is the first time I've ovulated according to FF. (Unless you count the time a month or two ago FF thought I had ov'd but it turned out I had fever )

I know it's hard to tell, and FF must be right but I just assumed it would go triphasic, I didnt expect it to change my ov day

fym · 09/05/2008 06:46

fruity is this your first cycle charting? If not I tend to go on my 'normal' ov temp to tell me (in degrees F mine is usually 98) if it is 1st cycle then ....Very hard to say - i suspect you my be 3dpo, but could also be triphasic (sorry not much help)

FruitynNutty · 09/05/2008 06:42

oh no, sorry, I originally ov'd on CD34 When I had EWCM and bad cramps either side of that day

FruitynNutty · 09/05/2008 06:36

Yellow sounds very good to me but I'm a cynic and dont believe in symptom spotting as symptoms can always be explained away. Fingers crossed though

FruitynNutty · 09/05/2008 06:34

what do you think? I originally ov'd on CD35. Surely the higher temp this morning should have made it triphasic? no?

Oh I forgot to add:

Yellowflowers - due anytime between 16th-18th May
Fruity - Due to test 25th (no idea when AF due because of PCOS)

FruitynNutty · 09/05/2008 06:30

Morning!

FFS!!! Bloody Fertility Friend has moved my ov day! Looks like I better keep up with the BDing just in case it moves it again Just when I thought we'd timed BDing perfectly too. It's still good cos we BD'ed on my new OV day but after that there's no more, i need to get cracking .
My temp went really high this morning which is why FF has moved my Ov day forward. I got excited when I looked at my temp and thought FF was gonna tell my it's triphasic! no such luck, bloody FF
So now I'm not to test until the 25th!! I thought the 20th was far away And I'm only 3DPO not 8dpo anymore

Hiya Ei!!! (Queeny) we're not dpo buddies anymore

yellowflowers · 09/05/2008 00:08

Shall we do a list so we can see who is where?

Yellowflowers - due anytime between 16th-18th May.

Thanks all - I am pleased for best friend, obviously, and have def hidden not beig so from her and been approproately delighted, but think it may be showing in other ways eg being horrid to dh.

Had lots of discharge today - left wet patch on my knickers. could this be a sign? or maybe hot weather made me sweaty (tmi!) Am also very thirsty. Though could also be hot weather!!!

PrePG · 08/05/2008 23:51

Beanie fingers crossed for you that it's that-which-we-do-not-name (hee, like Voldemort! ) And when I'm - um, testing - for &CCedil;M, I'm very deliberate with the toilet paper IYSWIM

Hi Queeny so sorry about your chemical, but welcome!

QueenyEisGotTheBall · 08/05/2008 22:17

xx ei xx

FruitynNutty · 08/05/2008 20:40

yes beanie lol

beaniesteve · 08/05/2008 20:39

Well - the pinkish blood has stopped and so now obviously I am getting my hopes up that it was implantation not a urine infection. BAH!

I think I am destined to be disappointed, though one question - your pee comes out of a different place doesn't it? To where spotting would come from?

FruitynNutty · 08/05/2008 19:36

I've just paid for another 90 days of Fertility Friend. Just helping bit of sod's law along
tousletop eating french runny cheese should help sod's law along too I'm not listening to your symptom spotting either

tousletop · 08/05/2008 19:30

Beanie - I think it probably is too much BD! I think peeing beforehand is supposed to help as well as after....
I know we're not supposed to be symptom spotting but odd things in nipples and breasts often seem to be a good sign!
(I'm also 7dpo and have my usual no breasts to speak of, no symptoms thing going on, so have just eaten a lot of illegal french runny cheese)

FruitynNutty · 08/05/2008 18:46

Fertility Friend

babyignoramus · 08/05/2008 18:40

fym · 08/05/2008 18:06
