I need to have a smidge of hope that I don't have to wait another 3 weeks before anything exciting happens north of the fanjo gap!

and I mean REALLY convinced you were due on, cramps, pms the lot.

Congrats to everyone! This is a super lucky thread! Can I park myself here for the next week!?!?!

MissingMyHeels · 06/05/2008 19:07

I was absolutley convinced I was going to come on my period as I didn't exactly plan DD - a very gorgeous surprise! I then did a pg test just to rule it out and got a faint positive, I took the pg test to the doctors I was SO convinced it was wrong!

So hang in there Squack. Fingers crossed for you Lissie and congrats to scared!

OracleInaCoracle · 06/05/2008 19:06

i didnt, at least i dont think so could you try again or fb me?

downbutnotout · 06/05/2008 18:59

for lissie!

Btw, did you get my CAT - have been away for a while.

OracleInaCoracle · 06/05/2008 18:59

thank you, dh is winding out the cotton wool as we speak. period hasnt arrived today either. if i can make it through tomorrow i will be more optimistic.

stripeywoollenhat · 06/05/2008 18:57

{whispers}implantation bleeding is surely an excellent sign, though... maybe you will be pregnant on thursday... i really hope it works out for you

OracleInaCoracle · 06/05/2008 18:47

thank you, my landlady is a mw and i told her when i did her reflexology treatment, told about spotting over the weekend and she just said "implantation, just the right time an sounds like a classic example"

thats reassured me a bit. im still not pg though. not yet!

stripeywoollenhat · 06/05/2008 18:37

well, i got a bfp on sunday afternoon even though i was convinced that there was no way on earth i could be pregnant, despite the bursting into tears every fifteen minutes or so all day on saturday, the outrageously sore boobs and the exhaustion i'd had since mid-week (i thought it was just terrible pms)... that was on day 11 of an 11 day lp (first response), and i still don't believe it. and am completely freaked out, had a miscarriage in january and am scared shitless it will happen again. i may join the knicker checkers if they'll have me, but not for a few days yet...

Lissie, i have my fingers crossed for you.

VictorianSqualor · 06/05/2008 17:40

Holy shit, I just read Lissies posts.
I really hope tis right and stays this time!

VictorianSqualor · 06/05/2008 17:38

With DS2 I was sure I wasn't pg, I had told dp to get me a test, was a day or two late, then called him up and said dont bother, I'm going to come on I've got period pains etc.
A few days later still not AF so we tested.
BFP.

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 06/05/2008 17:34

LOL Scared, it was after I reached for the fourth custard doughnut on Friday before 9.30 in the morning, that I tested BFP

Haven't had one since though! Which is a shame...

scared1976 · 06/05/2008 17:25

if im only about 4 days gone, is it too early to have cravings? and if so, how come ive just eaten 4 bags of salt and vinegar?
lissie it sounds like good news? hugs your way

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 06/05/2008 17:13

My DH is the same, he is very happy, but still very wary. I am the same. I suppose it is always the way after a MC, and I sure your's is 10 fold.

For something so natural as having a baby, it sure is bloody hard work!

Anyway, we have to stay positive, it will be fine, more than fine - perfect

OracleInaCoracle · 06/05/2008 17:10

lol, definately cme up straight away, dh is erring on the side of caution APU, will only accept it when the first few days have passed though.

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 06/05/2008 17:07

A line is a line (if it's not evaportation!)

VPP or BFP, it's all the same thing.

Have seriously got everything crossed very tightly for you

OracleInaCoracle · 06/05/2008 17:02

dont get too excited yet ladies, this is me remember, still if the spotting i had on on sat/sun was implantation then by thurs FMU i should have built up enough hcg. it is still vv faint, so not a bfp yet, more a VPP (very possible positive)

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 06/05/2008 16:53
