Dropping my FF chart as my Apple Watch auto collects my resting heart rate and I thought you might be interested to see the rise just before I got my positive on 9DPO. It has since stayed slightly elevated, though some variations depending on what I've done each day. Both have dipped today, but I've had strong tests this morning and am now two days late for AF.

I will point out though, with my son's pregnancy, I got a HUGE temp dip and RHR dip all the way below cover line on both twice before 14DPO, and it didn't affect anything at all.

Oh wow. What are all the different colours meaning?

Looks a good sign!!

To spin that… anyone who has a positive can they make me feel better in that they don’t have an increase in resting heart rate!

Mama09876 · 12/01/2025 10:55

So the old Fitbit one was from the TWW from my first 3 years ago & Apple Watch is this TWW.
does seem a crazy jump! And it’s reminded me I was much fitter in 2021 😂

Yeah, mine was very similar except it got to 64 and now back to 61.

it was fun while it lasted!

I would be very surprised if the both of you weren’t pregnant after the rise in RHR

I really hope so 🤞🏻 it has been a massive jump today but could easily change by end of the day.

good luck 🍀

Qwerty93 · 12/01/2025 10:40

This is mine. So it’s not looking good… dislike the new Fitbit app layout

Hope you don’t mind me commenting about the RHR but it reminded me to check mine and it’s actually shot up today from 61 to 72! I’m about 9/10dpo.

this was only of my signs with my first as well, I tracked it and after about 10dpo it kept going up each day! It can certainly be a sign for pregnancy

Sorry to hear that. You seem to really know your body and what to look out for!

im curious what you said about resting heart rate. Is that a sign? Mine has been going up and up the last few days to a record high for me but I thought I was just dehydrated or something.

thank you. I’m devastated.

for me, it was a clear sign… it went up and up a few beats a day until it peaked around 69-70, but that was really high for me…. As I was like 58/59bpm usually.

The boobs were another sign, so even now if they feel a bit heavier. If I press them they squish. When I was pregnant just before testing, they didn’t squish soft.

Hey @Simplespell27 welcome to the thread! That is interesting that you ovulate later, hoping this is your month. However as I am sure you know (sorry not teaching you to suck eggs!!) sperm live for up to 5 days so as long as you've DTD during the window it should be ok. I have started taking evening primrose oil this month to try and lengthen my luteal phase - who knows if it works...but if you find you have a shorter luteal phase it's just something to consider. Wishing you luck.- I am only 1DPO following a chemical last month but not feeling positive for some reason x

That's interesting about the evening primrose oil, what's the benefit in having a longer luteal phase? Not heard of it before!

Hi all.

Well I’m out I think.

8dpo, and my cramping is continuing (heavy like), I only have one heavy boob (feels exact same as PMS), rather than a swollen sensation and my resting heart rate has dropped.

previous pregnancy…. I had swollen boobs with blue veins/tingly nips… and my heart rate went up from 58 to 71bpm.

my tell tale sign was heart rate and boobs last time!

@Fingerscrossed2025 I hope so! I see a faint line on the boots early today but my OH thinks I'm imagining it 😂

LimeStork · 11/01/2025 23:33

Hi all - hope I am ok to join this thread. Trying for #1 after a MMC back in October. Currently 2 DPO and first time user of premom to track which has been helpful. Feeling really nervous/anxious and everything in between after my MMC so if anyone has tips TTC after a loss, would be greatly appreciated. Sending you all lots of love on this TTC journey this month ❤

Hello and welcome, I am so sorry for your loss. It will be a pleasure to share my journey with you :)

Simplespell27 · 11/01/2025 20:06

Hi all, hoping I can join you.

Currently only 6dpo and the 2ww is getting to me this month.
Now 11 months of trying, got pregnant in the first month and had a loss at just 5 and half weeks, and the tests didn't turn positive until 4 days after missed period so I didn't know for very long and I guess my hcg was always lower than it should be and it was never going to work out.

This is the first month I've been tracking ovulation using the premom app and I actually ovulated a bit later than Flo predicted I do usually (CD16 on a 28-day cycle). Interesting as hubby and I can't always do the deed that frequently and I think if I thought I had ovulated on CD14, I would probably of not bothered to keep trying by CD16.... so maybe that's where I've been going wrong for the last 11 months? But also had a horrible chest infection over Xmas which may play havoc with my cycle who knows.

Anyway, feel a bit more upbeat about it this month and at least if still no joy, then will go to GP to start some investigations so will at least feel like we're doing something

I tried a digital just now and it's negative. I am sure I see faint faint lines on the strips though so I'm not going to believe the digital and will buy more 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

It maybe that there's not enough hcg for the digital yet keep fingers crossed the strips get darker
