Thank you ladies 🩷 I don’t think it’s sunk in! I wanted to come and tell you immediately when I did the FRER one last Saturday but I know these things aren’t always guaranteed and have to manage my expectations!

So this month if you remember I didn’t track at all because I wanted a month off / we were on holiday on the week before Flo thought I would be ovulating (which I thought was always a bit late). I only did the CB Smiley tracking the month before and was much earlier! We (very unusually!) DTD every day - OH is convinced it was this extra effort.

In short, don’t know how many dpo. I was 3 days before I was due on AF… so about 12? Maybe you should try tomorrow? ✨✨✨✨✨✨ really want this for you!

@Lila34830 yeah im hoping that by seeing the EPU they will see this kinda thing all the time and maybe not be to brash! I actually cried when he told me the test was negative, I didn’t understand how it could be and obviously thought in that moment everything was over and the spotting was about to change to normal flow😢

@Gemmaemilyx thank you that story is actually reassuring as I wondered what would happen when chances are my scan won’t show anything as I’ll only be 5+1 on scan day from ovu and 5+5 based on LMP.

@KT199 and I feel your pain with the comment. My GP asked me to ring her when I had another positive test so I did and she asked why I was ringing… because you told me to 🤣🤣 I went on to say my tests are getting darker and this didn’t happen with my CPs so I’m optimistic. Her reply was ‘yes but remember it’s still reeeeeallly early’ 🙄

sorry just seen your comment before of no more bleeding! That’s amazing news!! My friend had brown spotting about 5/6weeks and she’s now 14 weeks and all good!! Xx

@KT199 oh no what an idiot! I had a scan for my daughter due to blood & cramping. I was 5w 2 days from LMP but actually only 4 weeks 5 days from ovulation. Went for my scan and deemed it as pregnancy with unknown location. They sent me for bloods and said to come back in a week for another scan.

the bloods came back with hcg and progesterone and they told me my hcg fits with the scan and it was only early days and my progesterone levels showed my progesterone was supporting the pregnancy well. I then went back 2 days later for repeats to ensure a double in hcg and then back for a scan where they saw a little baby.

So from my experience don’t panic if they don’t see anything I’m sure they will suggest bloods and get you to come back and the bloods really helped me relax 🥰🥰 good luck I hope all goes well!! Has the bleeding stopped? Xxx

My darling dinos I’m so sorry….you have been so amazingly supportive and I just disappeared! Battling internal trauma and cannot believe it itis 😂😂😂

So I was in my TWW
then I was going out last Saturday so I thought I’d do a FRER as just felt a bit different….Got one of my tests below, told my gorgeous hubby straight away (but he was like you can’t tell anyone! So I didn’t 😂 — not sure he understands Dino club anyway) then I really freaked out and ended up going for 30 mins

then I went and bought 3 more tests
I’ve done 2 more
AF was due on Tuesday so it’s still early days
just done another one this morning
trying to wait 7 days late to do the clear blue weeks one

also been offered a new job (in my company!) so I was sat there in meetings all week worrying about that as it’s all a bit conflicted! I can see my boss texting me whilst writing this! So that’s my only thing but I’m 37, always prioritised my career and I can’t put it off any longer. We really want a family and this is so special!

I’am still a bit nervous that it might go away as it’s AF due week! So I’m going to lurk here for a bit longer whilst I process it! It is very much wanted and I am beyond excited just conflicted and also always worry things go wrong.

@Lila34830 @Gemmaemilyx thanks ladies, I haven’t had anymore but rang my GP and expected him to just be like “it’s normal stop worrying” instead I had to go in and he has referred me to EPU for a scan to check the location (even though I’ve tried to explain I’m too early for a scan) and he also gave me a mild heart attack as he made me do a pregnancy test and said it was negative. Brought it over to me and I was like I can see a line coming through, so he blamed the lighting when he just hadn’t left it long enough. I was looking for some reassurance and all he could say to me was “misscarriage is really common this early on” so my head is a little fried but what will be will be and only time will tell!

Girl the universe is conspiring against you haha. Or maybe telling you to wait a little bit longer 😇

@KT199 oh dear, you would think that the bfp is the end of the roller coaster, sadly it's not, i know from experience the anxiety doenst leave, but as terrifying as it is, there s absolutely nothing you can do about it. Stressing will only make it worse, only time will tell. I know for sure that brown spotting isn't always a bad sign, many women have healthy pregnancies after spotting, as long as it s not red, dont worry. Listen to your body and seek help maybe a scan will reassure you. Wishing it all works out for you.

@Lila34830 first LH tests and now hcg test trolling u 😆 im exited for you really, you are obviously still early on ur dpo, hopefully u get you bfp soon so u can go and creat the dino mum club already 🥰

I’ve had brown spotting today when wiping urgh 😔 trying to keep calm but easier said than done. I’ve had a little cramping too but nothing really painful. Feeling so anxious even though it could be normal and regardless it’s completely out of my control x

Yes, Clear Blues do seem to be rubbish, especially for early testing. They just seem to rely on brand recognition to keep them going I reckon. I'd stick to red dye tests...Good luck, what DPO are you now?
