NatalieJane · 30/04/2008 18:54

Awwwwwww, I forgot to say, when we were in town, we stopped for brekkie in a slightly poncey cafe, half way through eating DS2 decided he would sing at the top of his voice, so I put my finger to my mouth and said shushhhhh to him, and he looked at me, stopped singing, put his finger in his mouth and blew on it, obviously trying to do the 'shush' bit LOL I was so impressed I let him sing for a while longer

nobodyputsBBinthecorner · 30/04/2008 18:52

we're gonna need a new thread soon! !

G'night playing.

DS1 is dancing around the living room, with an imaginary partner, he has just bowed and thanked her for the "beautiful dance"

Think I might go and join in!!

Playingthewaitinggame · 30/04/2008 18:38

oh sorry BB, I took so long posting that (in between working) I didnt notice you were here as well. Hello and goodbye!

Playingthewaitinggame · 30/04/2008 18:38

Kay and GJ, I know what you mean about rental places. Some of them are dire. Our house is actually very nicely decorated in a neutral style with a white bathroom suite and a nice modern kitchen, so I can't complain, but we saw tons of crap places before we found this one. I must admit we actually are also allowed to decorate as well if we want (as long as they are fairly neutral ish colours) we have a very laid back landlord. Not that we will really bother much (we might re-paint the downstairs loo as its looks dirty now) but we have done quite a bit in the garden as I wanted to grow vegetable so we have built raised beds. I'm quite happy doing bits and pieces in a rented place, its your home after all and small changes can make a big difference, but I wouldn't want to make any big changes as it is not worth spending the money on.

Right I am off home ladies now as I have just realised it quarter to 7 and I am still at work! (more exclamation markes, just for NJ).

nobodyputsBBinthecorner · 30/04/2008 18:33

oh NJ he sounds nice! dp really isnt that helpful..... well he is but he has to be asked to do everythign!!

NatalieJane · 30/04/2008 18:27

Actually, he isn't going to be late, he is late already!

And he has been out since 5.30 this morning

NatalieJane · 30/04/2008 18:26

Don't really want to phone him, he is already stopping for kitchen rolls and baby wipes, he is going to be late as it is, seems unfair to ask him to stop for dinner.

We'll order chinese instead

nobodyputsBBinthecorner · 30/04/2008 18:22

lol sending them.... oh chips yum cant ya phone him NJ? x

NatalieJane · 30/04/2008 18:20

It is good to be positive, much better than wallowing IMO

nobodyputsBBinthecorner · 30/04/2008 18:15

NatalieJane · 30/04/2008 18:12

10 days should cover it LL

Have heard good things about it, I think it is most effective for people who have little EWCM.

NatalieJane · 30/04/2008 18:11

I'm here till DH get's home

Cute shoes Tink, am also a shoe lover here, the smaller the better!

lardylumps · 30/04/2008 18:10

NatalieJane · 30/04/2008 17:08

Always the way isn't it? When they are here you want them to sod off, when they're gone you want them home.

Think it's called being in love It's not all bad, he does bring me tea every morning and even runs my bath for me, it could be worse!

lardylumps · 30/04/2008 17:05

At least it wont stain NJ.

I do love dp more than ever but he is pissing me off today.... He is more demanding that dd, and everything has to be done now and his way.

Also dd is all over him and I am . I miss it being just dd am me during the day but i know that when he does go back I will miss him like mad.

There is just no pleasing some people is there

NatalieJane · 30/04/2008 16:59

LL you are not, well, not all the time.... No, seriously, I do know what you mean, DH has got the whole of next week off (so that is two weekends and the week) think a divorce might be on the cards before he goes back! Love him to bits.... when he's at work

Geez, you know those new cushions I got? DS2 has just poured his water all over them, serves me right for moaning about my prefectly good DH doesn't it?!!

lardylumps · 30/04/2008 16:53

I can not wait until dp goes back to work on Tuesday he is driving me mad.... Also I am really missing MY time with dd...

I am such a bitch

lardylumps · 30/04/2008 16:49

Is you GP really that bad Teuch. Poor you I dont expect there is much choice where you live either is there??

TheSlightestTeuch · 30/04/2008 16:40

I just spoke to lovely HV/MW and, although, we couldn't discuss as she wasn't alone, she says I don't have to go anywhere near psycho GP . For now anyway...

Hurrah!!

Oh, and I told mum & sis so then instantly felt like I had jinxed things . Rather hormonal today though (nearly crying at radio!) and almost sick this morning!!!
