P.S. I'm so excited about TTC this month that I can't stop thinking about it today and have obviously cursed anything actually happening this month, as have just checked to see whether there is already an Antenatal due Jan 09 thread, as that's when my due date would be if I conceive this month (I'm on CD4 ffs)!! I have to do some work now - that's what I'm here for - if you see me on here again before 9pm tonight, tell me to bog off!

kayzisexpecting · 28/04/2008 13:56

Thanks Star. I just think MIL will make up anything to upset me.

Starshinetiger · 28/04/2008 13:55

Kay, meant to say. My Mum didn't BF me, but did exclusively BF my DB and my DS. With me, midwives told her she shouldn't bf me any more frequently than every 4 hours - no wonder BF didn't work. With my DB and DS she ignored them ! She even bf my DB despite his really bad reflux and I was only 17 months when he was born. Needless to say, I don't feel any after effects from this obvious "trauma", love my Mum very much (and am very close to my DB and DSis) and certainly never wanted to move out of living with her or disown her, or whatever else you MIL has threatened will happen with DS!

kayzisexpecting · 28/04/2008 13:51

I have decided I am going to inflate the air bed, run an extension cable to the bathroom and live in there. I am 7 weeks FGS I know I wasn't weeing this much this early with DS. I feel like I live in the bloody loo!!

Squackycake · 28/04/2008 13:39

Where di your hand go GJ?

Were you checking your cervical position shortly after ?

I'm not sure if that could result in pg or not tbh. Would the sperm survive long enough outside the body for that to be a viable alternative?

Although if some did accidently hit your cervix it can't be any different than him leaking a bit before withdrawing can it?

So maybe it is possible!

Hi all, How r u doing? I was on keeping tabs on you all over the weekend on my mobile - ooh, get me, all technological. Is quite cool actually being able to access mumsnet and facebook via my moby, but does take longer to access and I did try posting, but it timed out and I couldn't go through typing it all again.
Kay, glad you had a good time in Whitby.
Nat, for you at ebay seller - hope it gets sorted!
Thanks for you ladies who set me up as friends on Facebook - is quite strange to see you in RL as it were!
Moos - wasn't actually sure which direction Asda was in Taunton, but did wave generally in most directions while we were driving through Taunton down to Plymouth and back in again on Sat.
DS was an absolute star all weekend - he loves animals, but we were actually in a house with two dogs on Sat evening and he was a bit scared when they came up to say hello, bless him!
Friday was CD1 for me (finally figured out why my cycle has been chopping and changing over last couple of months - I'm now in sync with my work colleagues, so hopefully it will settle down)! So give it a couple more days and DH won't know what's hit him on the GOFing front!

NatalieJane · 28/04/2008 13:29

MIL's, I got out of seeing mine this weekend YIPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Right I am going to go and do lunch and then I have to ring my sister so won't be back for a bit.

See you all later xxx

kayzisexpecting · 28/04/2008 13:23

We got some Pull Ups but MIL kicked up a stink. So they are in his bedroom waiting until he is potty training. Anyway that is what she thinks

I cant stop watching those dancers.

NatalieJane · 28/04/2008 13:20

LOL Kay, DS2 went through a stage of that, he will still take sock and shoes off at first chance, but the trousers 9 times out of ten stay on.

It is the nappy coming off you have to watch out for!! (Pull ups, the bestest invention ever!)

kayzisexpecting · 28/04/2008 13:13

Is it too much to ask for DS to leave his trousers on?

He is asleep now but before he took his shoes, socks and trousers off. His trousers were then screwed up in a pile and he put his head on them and went to sleep. Its actually quite cute really.

NatalieJane · 28/04/2008 13:08

Though like I said I can understand why some people do it.

Is he still adament it isn't going to happen?

kayzisexpecting · 28/04/2008 13:08

Whitby was amazing thanks GJ. The bench ceremony for Sophie Lancaster was beautiful. I don't think anyone there had not shed a tear. They let go of a single black balloon.

Some of the costumes were amazing.

NatalieJane · 28/04/2008 12:57

OOooooooh GJ, what was going on??? You said you'd come and explain and you didn't

Good/quiet weekend, just the way I like 'em!! How about you?

kayzisexpecting · 28/04/2008 12:56

Hello GJ,

How are you?

Weekend was quite good. Went to Whitby for Goth Weekend.

Nat Eminem is now on a music channel. All this talking about him and now he is on.

NatalieJane · 28/04/2008 12:56

I don't know that one Teuch. How old are you?

Actually do recognise the chorus now, but I don't 'know' it.

I was only 1 when that song came out! Its quite good. I do love 80s music!! Hence the Duran Duran tattoo and I'm going to see them in July!!

NatalieJane · 28/04/2008 12:53

Don't think I do either Teuch, spill....

We liked the two blokes singing, but couldn't understand the whole thing about that little 9(??) year old that got the second chance, thought he was pretty annoying TBH.

TheSlightestTeuch · 28/04/2008 12:52

here you go!!

Ah, takes me back to my childhood

kayzisexpecting · 28/04/2008 12:52

They were so good. Not sure about Piers dancing though!

I love the kid at the end from last year. He is so good.

No Teuch I dont know it or I dont think I do anyway.

TheSlightestTeuch · 28/04/2008 12:50

That was brlliant Kay - I was pissing myself on Saturday . But I did make the same point as Simon re the 'surprise' element
