I am not testing unless I am at least a week late in future. No sir e.

Hay BB glad to see you are back, was worried about you before I left... How are you? Has AF arrived??

lardylumps · 28/04/2008 17:37

oh good luck Tink.....

DP and I are going to doink everyday from today CD6 until CD25 (I had a 30 day cycle last month and 28 the month before). No falling asleep on the sofa this month...

If that doesn't get us a BFP then we are going to get one of the clear blue ov testing kits for next month.

NatalieJane · 28/04/2008 17:36

I only OV'ed yesterday, haven't worked out yet when will be good to test, am hoping I can forget about it for a while and then remember very helpfully when I am a week late!! Probably tomorrow knowing me!!!

Evening BB, good day?

Oh my god I forgot about Teuch. She had BFP with ebay cheap tests and was worried that it might not be true.

Yay teuch glad it was a REAL LINE, you must be due december then, lovely time to have a LO I think.

NJ when are you testing????

NatalieJane · 28/04/2008 17:23

Sorry x posts, was trying to think of what has happened, but I think that was it!

Glad you had a good weekend, and that your period didn't ruin it

NatalieJane · 28/04/2008 17:21

Hiya LL, do you know about Teuch's BFP? Can't remember when it was

Did you have a good weekend?

lardylumps · 28/04/2008 17:19

great. Dp and I both took last week off work and so we have been out and about all week and weekend doing things with dd.

I came on on the first day and really thought that the rest of the week would be a flop but it hasn't it has been great.

Done so much but spent so much money.

TheSlightestTeuch · 28/04/2008 17:18

London was brilliant thanks.

We went to see Phantom Of The Opera. It was brilliant. We went to the zoo which was really really good.

How has your weekend been?

lardylumps · 28/04/2008 17:01

So do we have any BFP yet or is anyone about to test?????? I am going to start ttc again this month tonight only CD6 but got to get back into the grove .

How was London Kay and how was Diege's trip?

kayzisexpecting · 28/04/2008 16:55

I hope they will be too Nat. Her mum is lovely.

I am weeing for Britain. I think that is the most interesting thing in my life ATM LL!

excitedtinkerbell · 28/04/2008 16:26

oh good

lardylumps · 28/04/2008 16:25

Hello everyone. Dont have time to catch up so can anyone give me a quick run down. What is the gossip? I have not been on since last wednesday so what have I missed????????

NatalieJane · 28/04/2008 16:25

I hope her family are happy with it Kay.

LMAO Diege, I can see the chat is going to get dirtier with you about!

Tink, I think getting through the first six weeks can be the hardest thing you will ever do, you did really well to get to 5 weeks if it wasn't going well. 5 weeks in a normal persons time is barely anything, but 5 weeks when you have a new baby, no sleep, and when you do generally feel a bit down is a looooooong ol' time!

kayzisexpecting · 28/04/2008 16:20

Here they have been sentanced. At least 18 years. I don't know if it is long enough personally but it is better than nothing.

Diege · 28/04/2008 16:18

The mind boggles!! Just popping in to say 'hi'!! Looking forward to catching up tonight - Not read through any yet, but Tinks last post has wetted my appetite

excitedtinkerbell · 28/04/2008 16:02

regarding bjs i find my mouth starts aching after a few mins by an hour it would have seized up

NatalieJane · 28/04/2008 15:26

sorry Moos (and LL - for blaming you!!!)

Hope DS is better after his nap Cal

GJ, do be careful if you choose to BF, it isn't a contraceptive at all, there are many many threads on MN alone that have gone on about this. It is true that most people do have a while before their periods return (Mine returned when he cut out the day time feeds at 10 months), but others will go straight back to their normal cycle, and the problem is you don't know when that first egg pops out (which is obviously before the first period, so it is no use waiting for your first post-birth period before you sort out contraception either, you could already be pregnant!)

Playingthewaitinggame · 28/04/2008 15:12

I'm here, but shouldn't realy be, so I might have to disappear soon. Sorry bout your DS.

calsworld · 28/04/2008 15:10

Is anyone still here?

I'm at home this afternoon - DS threw up overnight, not a lot, but enough to get him out of going to nursery today . He's had some diarrhoea today too so something clearly not right. I had to go to work this morning as had some Belgians flying in to see me, so DH stayed home with him. Now we've swapped so DH is at work and I'm in bed with a sleepy DS, quietly tip tapping away on the laptop.

He's been asleep 1hr 40 mins so far so probably not got much time left! Will pick up with you later as need to get as much work done as possible whilst he;s asleep!

CD16 today, no idea if I've OV'd or not, not much CM about at all...we've GOF'd CD 13, 14 and 15 though so doing quite well!

Uh oh - sleepy head is stirring....shhhhh

Playingthewaitinggame · 28/04/2008 15:06

Bye Geordie

Playingthewaitinggame · 28/04/2008 15:05

Hey Geordie, its not naive at all!! My colleague has a 3 year old, she adores him but has worked full time since he was 6 months old. She said she got completely fed up in mat leave and couldn't wait to get back to work, her only regret was that she didn't come back to work sooner! She obviously doesn't feel like she is missing out. Its just I want to do the things SAHM's do, I am looking forward to it, for me thats part of the reason I want kids. But as I said its all about me and there are loads of people out there that are not like me!
