TTC after loss part 6

Thanks! Interesting that the second was longer the second time. I was kinda hoping my body would react the same both times! More fool me!
I'll keep (semi)patiently waiting!

I'm 37 days post miscarriage and still no sign of my period. When I had my first loss my period returned at 4 weeks. I know 4-8 weeks is normal. Those that have had multiple losses did you period return at a similar time afterwards?

No pregnancy symptoms either yet, assuming a regular cycle for me I would be 10 days later and it was around now that the nausea and tender boobs started. I'm not sure what to do, I'm leaning towards living in denial and not testing until symptomatic so there's less time to fret about visibility and waiting for loss but I don't know.

AF is here for me. This one has hit me badly and I just feel so sad that I’ve not fallen pregnant again yet. Having a couple of days of feeling sad and eating chocolate by the bucketload before I get ready for the next window to try again

@TrulyMiss it's an anticoagulant injection. I have APS (sticky blood)

That sounds positive @Babydust99! Out of interest what does the Clexane do? I'm on progesterone from ovulation too so just wondering if it's something I should ask for. Adding aspirin from BFP this time hopefully to see if it helps

I've been prescribed progesterone and clexane from ovulation rather than from a bfp as he believes implantation is where our issue is. He also told me aspirin can affect ovulation just incase anyone else is taking aspirin. I've to take it from ovulation onwards instead of all the time

Heading to an appointment tomorrow with a private gynae who specialises in endo, fibroids, recurrent miscarriages etc to see if there's anything else we can try before starting IVF 🤞

Not really, I haven't tracked much though either. Last time I had some clear egg white discharge after 2 weeks and then my period 2 weeks later, with Christmas I wasn't paying much attention.

I'm not sure how I feel about the meds to be honest but I guess the only way out of the situation now is to keep going! It was day 40, but my cycles are a bit irregular due to PCOS. The last time it took 35 days to come back. This time I knew when I ovulated so I was able to count down. Have you had any sign of anything happening?

Finally got my first period after the miscarriage yesterday which thankfully has relieved the super severe PMS. Have a bit of energy back which is helpful! Back on clomid this evening - here we go again!

@Melusina123 I've had evap lines before on them and they'll more like really thin lines and sometimes only partially formed. I'll add a photo of one I had previously to show the difference. I think I think I'll start my injections tonight just incase

@Babydust99 looks like it could be positive to me! Especially if it was within 5 min? I find faint positives and evaporation lines hard to distinguish in photos of ClearBlue tests but there's definitely something there!

Does this look like a positive? I thought it was negative at first, then took a second look. I'm thinking I should maybe start my blood thinning injections tonight just incase

Thanks @Superscientist! I know in theory there's a chance at 12DPO but it's increasing my unlikely and I'd had a positive in all previous pregnancies by now. Have been down a google rabbit hole and apparently crazy PMS symptoms can happen after a miscarriage so maybe that's it!

@Fullofconfusion that must have blindsided you. Even before my losses I found that a difficult question as it took along time to recover from having my daughter and was in medication I couldn't conceive on. I felt so resentful against those who had less to consider about having their number 2s. It's such a difficult question for so many people especially those for whom what they want and what happens are polar opposites. Gentle hugs

I'm glad you had a relaxing time @TrulyMiss I'm sorry you have had a bump with returning to normal life. Dpo 12 is still early there's time for this cycle and if not hopefully next month.

I'm sorry you had a chemical pregnancy @nicolenorris it's a hard decision when to tell people. I have to tell work straight away and I've told a few colleagues as I struggle with hyperemesis in the 1st trimesters. They have been supportive in losses. I think the general rule of if they will be supportive whatever happens it's ok to tell if not stay quiet. I didn't tell my parents when I was pregnant with my daughter until 17 weeks! We didn't tell my in-laws until 13 weeks which was my partners choice. I would have been happy to tell them at 6 weeks when we rocked up at their house for Christmas with me off caffeine, alcohol and struggling to look at food but his folks his rules! Good luck for the next cycles.

I'm 4 weeks post miscarriage now which was when I got my period last time. I'm really trying not to overthink things!

Hi ladies, I'm currently CD9 after a chemical pregnancy last month.. I tested positive for a week, I got a positive digital test and we decided to tell close family and friends out of excitement. We already have one child and fortunately we had never experienced a loss before so we didn't think to hold off. But unfortunately a few days later my tests became very light and at 4 weeks & 2 days I tested negative and started bleeding. It was a very very tough time having to tell people it wasn't happening anymore, me and my partner were devastated. But here we are! Onto cycle #2 I'm impatiently waiting for peak but I'm feeling positive ✨

Just checking in now all the Christmas festivities and fun are over! We went to Spain for a break after Christmas and it was great to escape reality for a while! I'm fairly sure I ovulated on 26th December after my last miscarriage which was something. However, I stupidly allowed myself to hope that it might work so am quite disappointed to be testing negative at 12DPO. I'd even convinced myself I had some symptoms I'm definitely struggling with the feeling that I'm back to square one and the enormity of what's ahead of me now - more ovulation induction drugs, scans etc. and then even if it works I have zero faith it'll lead to an actual baby...
