Speaking of gym, i always avoid hitting the gym in the tww, being silly thinking it would mess implantation or something haha! do you train like would normally ? Cardio? Or do you slow down a little?
As for me planning on being outside a lot, long walks, relaxing a bit..

any symptoms from anyone?

im around 5 DPO and have been having pinching pains and pulling and tugging from pelvic area which I had with my daughter so feeling hopeful. Only thing throwing me off is it’s so early in the DPO cycle.

@Lila34830 haha well at least you will have the weekend to rest 😜.
As for me i didnt track with opk since i had the chemical last cycle, i think my cycle might be different... but it's been 3 days since the ovulation pain so 🤞🏻

Thank you, I’m actually feeling okay and positive tbh. Very glad the TWW is over and I can finally switch off 🤣 it’s actually a relief even though not the outcome I wanted!! I think I get into the depth of my emotions 5-9 DPO with the hormones being so high at that point and finally come back to my normal self once those few days pass. Keeping my fingers crossed for a BFP before Xmas, and if not we have a lovely holiday planned in the new year ☺️

It's interesting what you said about ovulation cramps, i read somewhere that ovulation may happen before, after or during the cramps, so i guess dtd before/after/during the time u felt cramps might be beneficial. Fingers crossed for you 🤞🏻
I rarely feel ovulation cramps but i did this month, i think it s because of the hysco (hsg) i did earlier this cycle)!

To be fair I probably experienced the pain in the past but never linked it to this ! And it's the first time I experienced it since we started DTD 4 cycles ago. Fingers crossed it means proper ovulation for you and I !

Morning ladies.

11 DPO, did a FRER to check and definitely negative so looks like I’m out this cycle. AF due Sunday.

Good luck to everyone still in the TWW, hope we get another few BFPs!! 🪨

So pleased you found your peak @Lila34830. Hope the TWW flies by and you have a BFP at the end of it.

Im still gonna keep up as invested with other peoples outcomes, but may be a little quieter as I think I’m gonna take a few weeks to unplug and reset from this TTC craziness!

We DTD yesterday and the day before. Not sure we have it in us tonight as we also had DTD during my alleged fertility week last week when it wasn't 😂

ukh u hate AF spotting! Im sorry but at least you can relax mentally from the ‘the what if and the testing’ for a few days before the new cycle.

i have done some testing, blood work and hsg! Let me tell you girls hsg is no joke!

Cd24! You must have been stressed, i remember you said something about surgery, maybe that made your body ovulate late, hope it went well for u!
as for me i don’t know where to start, i thought i was out last month, then af was late, then i got a faint for 3 days then i miscarried… roller coaster of emotions.
