My first ever two week wait! Day one post ovulation, if I’ve done the maths correctly! Anyone else?

Im 1dpo now which is so strange with a late ovulation yesterday at cd19. Im wondering because ovuwas 5 days later than usual would AF also be later? Anyone know? I dont trust dr.google haha

@MummyOfTwoSNC Im at 8dpo, it’s such a long time to wait! I feel like AF is near, due on Friday according to the app.

Hey everyone. I'm currently 3dpo. Had to TFMR at 16w last year and had a blighted ovum in July of this year. First month ttc since because I had alot of complications from the miscarriage.
Anyone else 3po? I definitely didn't miss the tww!

Absolutely no harm in getting the ball rolling as it may take time to go down the hse route. I have a really good GP so hopefully she can get me for an ultrasound soon. This is only my second cycle since the loss we had so still early days for us. We have two kids already and we are so lucky to have them so weve said if it doesn't happen in the next year for us we will stop trying for no.3.

@ThatSnugSwan yes I remember you mentioning that so absolutely no harm to check it out, to put your mind at ease if nothing else. I was looking up the hse website the other day re the new initiative for ivf etc so I want to get a paper trail going as soon as possible so that there’s no delay if it’s needed. I know it’s only been two cycles so I’m probably in panic mode a bit early but my age keeps ringing in my head at the same time!

Fingers crossed they arent AF signs as they can both be very similar 🤞 Im actually seeing my GP in 2 weeks due to the left sided pain because I seem to be getting it on and off now all month for the last 3 months and its worrying me and making me think it was the cause of my miscarriage in August so I want an ultrasound done. Yeah Im just hoping with late ovulation that Ive dtd enough

@ThatSnugSwan that’s good, at least you have an idea of what’s going on. I have all the same symptoms that I had right before AF last cycle so I’d say I’m only a day or two away from it starting. There’ll be no poas for me this month either I think. I’m a little worried that my luteal phase is quite short but I’m only just off the pill
really so maybe things are still settling. I’ll ask for some tests after Christmas I think as with my age I feel like I should be a bit proactive and find out sooner rather than later if I need any help etc.

Im cd18 today and started getting strong pains so I bought a different brand of opks and its the strongest line Ive got this month but its not positive yet I'm guessing tomorrow it will be so looks like Im ovulating very late this cycle. I knew something wasnt right so I'm happy now I actually tested today

Im thinking its also possible I might just ovulate later this cycle. Ill get another box and just test for the next 5 days and see how it goes

I had loads of ewcm on Sunday but only a flashing opk and negative on pink. I had no ewcm on Monday but a static smiley. I think ewcm is something that happens prior to ovulation rather than during but I’m open to correction. Absolutely no harm in getting a new box of opks though.

Im going to try to wait until 10dpo also. Im not sure when to count 1dpo from. Tmi but I had some more ewcm alot of it just now, cant understand how Im not getting a positive lh test. My lower left side is cramping too. Im thinking I got a faulty box of opks. Im sure Im ovuating with the amount of ewcm

@ThatSnugSwan i wasn’t going to test last time until the 12th day but I didn’t make it that far. AF landed 9DPO. If I make it to 10 days this time I think I’ll test then.

@Clara202 Hopefully its your month and youll have good news soon for us. Will you fall into the obsession of testing early do you think? Im really gona try not to this time. I tested at 9dpo or 10dpo think it was last time then Af showed a few days later

I’m quite crampy on my left side but I was the exact same last cycle and we all know how that ended 😂 I don’t have the sore boobs that I had last month just yet anyway.

Not there yet @Clara202 How are you feeling at 3dpo? Today is cd14 and should be ovulation day according to my apps and it was cd14 last month but Im still not getting a positive on the lh strips. Been getting some ewcm on and off since cd8 and some again this morning. So I think its just a guessing game this month

As I’ve never used them I’m not sure how they should look but I’d be DTD every two days to cover your bases, you can’t be far off I’d imagine

The apps are the same for me on the 1st but Ive noticed ewcm on cd8 and again today on cd11 so Im wondering if ill ovulate a day or two early. Sorry tmi 🙈 but I only see the ewcm in the morning time and this morning it is very egg white looking. I told myself Id relax and won't use the opks this month but after getting cm on cd8 I was so confused but the line definitely isnt dark enough for ovulation but I think close. This is today's test.

@ThatSnugSwan they’re very easy to use but pretty expensive. I did mean go get the cheap ones for this cycle but the time flew by, I have some ordered but won’t be here until tomorrow.
The apps had me ovulating on the 1st so I thought I had more time but they were almost a week out. I wouldn’t have tested at all so early only for the ewcm giving me a bit of a heads up. The flashing smiley yesterday then just confirmed something was happening.

Thats great @Clara202 🙂 Do you find them easy to use? Im just using the cheap ovulation strips
I got a slightly darker line on my opk this morning so Im getting close I think, Im guessing Thursday or Friday.

Used an old expired pink CB ovulation stick last night as I ran out of the new purple ones. The pink one that shows two fertile days, as opposed to the purple that goes empty, flashing then static. So I got a flashing on my last purple yesterday, and an empty circle on pink. This morning used pink again and it’s static. I’m taking that to mean that I’m going to ovulate tomorrow and that Wednesday will be Day 1 of the TWW. Here we go again 😅
