Hey! I think I've started my AF on cycle day 26? I'm never ever early!? Xx

I used it for contraception & it was great, I still have it now but also use the premom app for scanning my LH tests etc, they're both within 1 day of each other for predicted ovulation.
The bonus I find with NC is that if I wake up and take my temp, it saves it until I upload it later, so I can do my temp half asleep and if I doze back off and forget what the temp was it doesn't matter!

Morning ladies, after the spotting yesterday AF is definitely here this morning. I knew I was out so no further disappointment just glad a new cycle is here to try again.

Don’t worry not everyone gets this second peak!! You only tend to get a second peak or multiple peaks if you have PCOS or if you don’t naturally ovulate after your first peak, your LH will rise again and you will have 2nd stronger peak to try make ovulation happen. Chances are if your having a period 10-14 days after your LH peak you are ovulating from that first peak you’ve found xx

Hey! So I can defo recommend it, but I ended up stopping temping with the thermometer and now use my Apple Watch automatically. The problem I had was more me, I was forgetting, moving, not taking temp at same time ect ect but you can set your watch to do it auto at same time everyday and you do nothing. But what I will say is, you can download an app called fertility friend (FF) and that does what natural cycles does, for free.. so you don’t need to part with the £70. Don’t get me wrong the FF app looks almost prehistoric whereas NC is more updated in terms of looks, but they do the same.. infact FF has more tracking capabilities and you can let it us OPK data over temp if you think your not reliably testing which NC doesn’t allow. Had I known about FF before NC, I wouldn’t have paid for it.

Do any of you recommend natural cycles? Just want some real opinions before I go for it!

Hold on...the fact there's a 2nd lh peak to look out for just complicates things so much more 😫😫 Genuinly will be DTD for about 12 days straight at this point 😅 Husband will be loving life 🫣

Sorry to hear, but I bet you are low key relieved after saying the surgery would be risky if pregnant! Let’s hope the first cycle after your op is a lucky one for you!! Great news for you, that you can carry on ttc so quickly after your op! Xx

@Celine88 oh trust me as soon as I got In the door from work I was POAS 🤣🤣🤣🤣 nothing on IC. Possibly a faint on the FRER. but not holding my breath!! Xx

I would certainly try just incase! She found out she was pregnant 9 days after her period was due with a very faint BFP 😃😃 hopefully you’re already pregnant as the girls have said though!! Xx

@Lila34830 My apps are not accurate as some months I don't get a period BUT it's showing as 15th October - I think I'm gonna test over the next few days and see... most recent test is BFN but that was mid afternoon

@KT199 yeah BFN so far :( I'm not sure about the LH with Endo as i've been off the pill for 2 years and very irregular and have not been able to track ovulation properly until this months when I finally got that peak 11 days ago!

@Gemmaemilyx Oh wow - it might be! Maybe need to DTD to cover all bases?!

My friend thought she ovulated on CD 19 due to peak but after 2.5 years she realised it’s actually CD 27 when her second peak arrived and finally pregnant after all this time! Could this be ovulation do you think? X

Trying best to remain calm but had weird CM today and a google says it could be early pregnancy 👀 Have also been having horrific reflux, beyond the norm for me and not responding as usual to treatment. Give me strength to not test till Saturday when period is due 🙏🏻
Still feeling quite PMS'y so head's a bit all over!!
