willmouse - sorry I missed you out
I meant to say 11 stone's not that bad is it? And it's ok to try to lose a little while ttc I'm sure. Just by eating a lovely healthy diet and cutting out sweets, choc, crisps etc (basically all the rubbish that you don't need when ttc anyway!)you should be able to lose a fair bit. This is NOT A LECTURE believe me, as I would dearly love to lose a bit myself . Hope the Wii helps...sounds like more fun than going to the gym!

ChocolateEclair · 23/04/2008 17:09

I never heard anyone so happy to get AF!!! LOL As you say though, at least you can start this cycle now! very happy for you Angel

HC - according to FF my cycle has gone TRIPHASIC!!!! This is good is it?

Forgot to say welcome to eleveld

Angel2008 · 23/04/2008 16:58

Woo-hoo!!!!!! AF showed up - never thought I'd be so happy to see her! Now I can get on with my next cycle - phew, was so worried something was wrong!

CE - I am sure you must be pregnant - can't believe you have deserted me!

Sorry this is short and sweet, hope everyone has a lovely evening.

ChocolateEclair · 23/04/2008 16:31

soosy - really really sorry things didn't work out this month for you. ?Hoping next month is yours xx

As for your ds - do you think he might be picking up on yours and DH's stress due to the IVF/house selling etc? Not sure as I have no experience, but have a vague idea that children are very perceptive to their parents stress. Ignore me, I'm talking rubbish I think!

ceebee - I had no idea there was anyhting such as vivid pg dreams! How odd! Is it to do with the hormones then? If so, I will probably have horror nightmares about labour I think!

Angel - not sure what to think about your cycle. Suspect AF could have gone AWOL due to worry re:Australia??? Hope not though! Fingers crossed for you still

Juanitad - soooooooo exciting buying maternity clothes! It must be fab! (if tiring!)I saw some nice stuff in H&M the other day (by accident honest!)and Mothercare does a nice range. I will need maternity clothes soon LOL as I have put on over 1/2 stone since coming off pill! Must be my body telling me I was too thin (and not all the kitkats I have eaten!)

As for me, no sign of AF yet!!! And temp still really high! feeling really positive but still restraining. I will go by ceebee's method and wait til nearer CD38 if I can! I might test on Saturday if AF not here, that would be CD35.

to BB Good Luck!!!

Heartmum2Jamie · 23/04/2008 15:17

Soosy, I am sorry that this cycle hasn't worked out, I was just coming to pass on my dust. Will send it on to BB amd anyone else who wants some ***

Littlemissdaidy, welcome to the thread, sorry to hear your news though

Juanitad, I have to second H&M for maternity clothes. My best friend popped around today with a pair of H&M maternity trousers that she picked up from the second hand shop, they are brand new and soooooooo comfy! I had tried to cram myself into a pair of my old work trousers today, which was fine until I had something to eat/drink and tried to st down, lol! Only problem I have with mat clothes right now is that although they are comfy, I have to keep hitchin' them up as I don't really have a bump to speak of, just a thickening around the middle, lol!

littlemissdaisy · 23/04/2008 14:40

Hi Peeps, Well the Clinic finally called me back today, only took 24hrs, she went on to tell me that I am having an early miscarriage,I cold have told her that, she then spouted on about how nothing can be done blah de blah, they can't scan until you are six weeks etc, she also told me not to take my clomid until I have a proper period next month, as this is my third miscarriage she has said I need to go in for a follicle scan and reveiw on day 10 of my next clomid cycle. Helpful and reassuring, I think not

ceebee74 · 23/04/2008 14:16

Soosy - sorry things haven't worked out this cycle for you but fingers crossed for next month. No ideas about your DS as my DS is just approaching the 'terrible twos' and, boy, do I know it???

Eleveld - welcome to this thread As for my implantation bleed, it is difficult to say as (TMI alert!) it happened after me and DH had done the deed so it was mixed with other bodily fluids . But I can remember that it was definitely red, rather than brown, and not very much at all - but if you google implantation bleeds, I think they can vary in length/colour anyway. Hope that helps.

soosy · 23/04/2008 13:44

Hi guys thanks for all the Dust I am sending this to BB.

*. I hope it works !

Had scan this am, lining still a bit thin so decided to abandon this cycle and am going to go back in may, about 3½ weeks. DS is being quite emotional at the moment and very stroppy, crying etc esp when he doesn't get his own way. He didn't have terrible two's and I don't really understand what is going on so if anybody has any clues let me know he's 3. Plus the house thing is getting me down esp as the other side keep saying they are going to exchange and don't. I am hoping that all these details will be resolved by the time AF arrives and I may be a little bit more relaxed.

Sorry that was a really selfish post.

I hope everyone is well and I am keeping fingers crossed for Angel, CE and Bellie.

Have fun buying maternity clothes Juanitad.

Eleveld · 23/04/2008 13:33

Ceebee74 - sorry to hijack, I'm a newbie on this thread.

Can I ask what your implantation bleed was like? The last couple of days I have had what I can only describe as 'brown gunk' on a tampon (sorry for gross details . I thought it was start of AF but it appears to have completely stopped?

I'm on CD31 - last few cycles have been 34/35/26 days.

However, have just done a pg test and it is defo negative

Thanks

ceebee74 · 23/04/2008 12:49

Angel - I ovulated on about CD22 - I had my implantation bleed on CD 32. A BFP my have shown earlier but I don't think I tested between about CD34 and CD38 - the BFP I got on CD38 was quite strong.

Angel2008 · 23/04/2008 12:31

Ceebee what CD did you conceive?

ceebee74 · 23/04/2008 11:47

Hi everyone - this is just a quickie as I am at work - will catch up with everyone's news when I get a chance.

I just wanted to share my dream last night with HC (and any other Lost fans out there) - I think I can honestly say the weird erotic pg dreams have started. I dreamt last night that Sayid and Sawyer did a naked gay porn photo shoot - and I vividly remember looking at all the photos aswell!! I had forgotten just how vivid pg dreams were

MrsPuddleduck · 23/04/2008 10:38

HI all

ChocolateEclair - could it be that you ovulated late in your cycle? Sorry, I can't remember.

Juanitad - I always found H&M good for maternity clothes. They are quite trendy and not too expensive.

Soosy - hope all goes well for you today.

Angel - hope AF turns up. You could try the angus cactus suggestion next month (I never knew about taking that before).

I'm off for a long walk. Desparately need to lose weight before the summer. We have pre-ordered Wii fit so it is coming on Friday. It works out your BMI and then charts your weight loss etc so whilst I am happy for the incentive I don't really want to put 11 stone as my opening weight

Angel2008 · 23/04/2008 09:41

Morning all

CE - soooo excited for you! Sorry I am the worst at trying to contain my emotions or be sensible (always testing and getting over-excited!)! So just ignore me - but definietly have my flippers crossed for you.

Soosy here's some more e-dust for you (as well as baby dust for BB and CE and Bellie!)***

BB I love this time of year aswell - although what is going on with the weather? We've had snow, rain, wind and a heatwave all in the space of a couple of weeks??

Juanitad - very exciting buying maternity clothes! Although I have to agree and say (although the concept is exciting), I find it difficult enough to find normal clothes that I like so I'm not sure how much fun maternity shopping will actually turn out to be! Have you tried shopping on-line as I think you can usually return/exchange stuff for free. Hope you got an early night anyway.

AF still hasn't arrived for me. I'm getting a bit worried now and thinking about starting a thread to solicit MN opinions on what is going on?! I've had quite a stressful month but now on day 34, isn't that about the longest cycle you can get? Could I miss a period completely and if so does that mean that there is no point to BD until after the next one arrives?

xxx

juanitad · 22/04/2008 21:06

Hi all,

CE, really hope this is going to turn out like it did for ceebee, that would be so amazing!! Oh my god, would that mean you would have a Chrimbo baby? What a brill pressie!!! Anyway, will keep fingers crossed for you.

bb, here's some dust for you

Littlemissdaisy, welcome to the thread, hope you enjoy it, it's s nice place to be!

I am feeling knackered today. I was on a course....which turned out to be even more tiring than a day in front of the kids!! However, it finished nice and early, at about 3, so I thought I would take advantage and go and buy some maternity clothes, as I'm getting to the stage where my trousers and feeling a bit uncomfortable. My skirts are fine, and I can still get away with most of my tops but I am in trouser crisis! I did not know that finding maternity stuff would be so hard! I went to a couple of out of town retail parks first, knowing there were Nexts there, but they didn't stock the maternity range, so then I had to head into Leeds, only to discover that hardly any shops there have anything either! Dorothy Perkins is currently closed as it is being renovated. I finally managed to find a pair of jeans in TopShop (haven't shopped there for years!) and a pair of work trousers in Gap (Gap have really nice maternity clothes by the way) By the time I got home, making my way through rush hour traffic to get there, I was worn out. I have been in bed since about 7........with MN and the telly for company of course!!

Anyway, that's it from me for now

Love to all

ooo I'm all excited again now (but with suitable restraint type emotion!)

I'm trying to work out dates n stuff and failing miserably. ov sticks had me ovulating about 8-10 days ago so could be possible!

bellie - good luck and hope af doesn't show her ugly face!

HC - brilliant weight loss! OMG! You can legitimately eat rubbish and drink wine now! Now go get some practice in before you start ttc! LOL. Practice?!?!? How long have you been married! he he he

majormoo - i'm loving the idea of being a 'slummy mummy' as you put it! I will play with the children as well you understand but trashy daytime tv would be indeed preferable to work for a while!

ceebee - your ds sounds cool trying to get you in your pj's. awww!

Fingers crossed for Angel still (and keep away from the tests!)

a bit more for Soosy for tomorrow *

soosy · 22/04/2008 20:12

Hmmm Bellie could you and CE be in a similar position?

Hi Littlemissdaisy, Sorry to hear about what has happened. As you can see we are all ttc in different ways.

Thank you for all the endometrium dust, will no tomorrow if it has been successful.

Love the name George Willmouse (DS was going to be George but he wasn't a chubby baby so he wasn't!)

Congrats HC on the weight loss, Tell Dh that he can do his apprenticeship on the job iyswim!

Ceebee, ds didn't want to go to school either, he has a cold and his teacher told me he was v tearful. I came out of school saying I just wanted you Mummy, I nearly cried!

Angel good thing you had the other bag! The only time I had matching bag and shoes was my going away outfit on my wedding day and that was 10½ years ago! I mainly wear jeans and converse nowadays and when I put skirt on people ask where I am going!

Have a good evening I am off to watch Holby City, got this think about hospitals.....

ceebee74 · 22/04/2008 19:40

CE - as the others have said, that is exactly what happened to me. Small amount of blood which I assumed was start of AF and then nothing - it was about a week later that I got a BFP so I guess you will just have to be patient - will keep everything crossed for you that it was an implantation bleed

Bellie · 22/04/2008 19:11

CE - didn't it happen to ceebee and look how pg she is now!! Fingers crossed for you xx

Good luck for tomorrow soosy xx

Wow HC - good position to be in with the weight! It must be nice knowing that you need to have that chocolate!!

Ceebee - poor you having to tear ds away!
My problem is getting dd to even say goodbye

Still a bit of brown discharge (tmi sorry) and lots of af type pains. Not really due until cd 30 at earliest and cd 28 today .

majormoo · 22/04/2008 18:37

ChocolateEclair-well that is what happened to Ceebee I seem to remember so fingers crossed

ChocolateEclair · 22/04/2008 17:04

oh and yes, Willmouse

I am Carolyn and Choclate Eclair....I just fancied being a little more anoymous! Sorry for the confusion

And Agnus Castus is a herbal remedy that regulates female hormones. It can help your cycle more regular and get you ov'ing at the right time. I am going to take it to try to lengthen my luteal phase!

ChocolateEclair · 22/04/2008 16:41

hello girls

here is some extra thick lining medicine for you soosy! xx

Littlemissdaisy - recognise you from another thread about the 2ww. very sorry to hear what has happened. You are in good company on here, and are most welcome.

Waves to everyone else

Well the strangest thing has happened! AF kind of started last night, 2 days early, then woke up this morning and it had stopped! I was fully expecting it to start up again today but NOTHING! I did a cheapie ebay pg test which was negative. What's going on?

Oh well, I'm guessing that AF will arrive tomorrow as expected, OR (Fingers crossed tightly) that last night was implantation???
Time will tell I guess

Littlemissdaisy - if you highlight and copy it from the last message it appears on and then paste it into the message box and add yourself (hope that makes sense).

Soosy - forgot to say, hope the uterine lining is thickening as we speak - will send you loads and loads of vibes.
