I’m 3dpo, 4th month of trying for no2. im sat here with cramping and needing to wee more frequently than usual.
with my first I had symptoms from 2DPO and got a BFP at 9dpo.

anyone else in the long wait and want to join?

@loudandclear it's very faint, so tentative at the mo! But thank you 💞

Loudandclear · 26/08/2024 08:55

Aah congratulations @Dullblue1234!

Wishing you all a huge amount of luck! The two week wait is so life consuming.

I was emptying our bathroom bin today and the early test I took yesterday morning was there with a very dull second faint line on it (there was absolutely nothing to see even an hour after I tested as I had checked before throwing it). I've just bought a clear blue early digital which has come back as pregnant (8 or 9 dpo today). We have a long way to go before a baby is here with us but we are so lucky, wishing you all the same baby dust and giving you hope that firstly you can conceive when dtd only one time in your cycle (it was 2 days before peak lh so probably 2 or 3 days before ov), and secondly that not all digitals need you to wait until a missed period!

Ahhhhhh this is exciting! Congratulations 💞 I've tested this morning at 9dpo and think I can see a glimmer of a line. Might see if I can get an early digital for a few days time x

Hi all hope you don’t mind me joining in! Currently 3dpo trying for my second baby and symptom spotting already!😂 I forgot how bad the two week wait was! Hoping for positive outcomes for you all🥰🥰

Hey. I have been symptom spotting too which is what has led me to think it could be a happy accident this month. Havent been actively trying yet. I know they say its too early for symptoms but something is just telling me I am. It always feels like such a long wait, I forgot how torturous it is since my first was a while ago now.

I'm going to wait until Monday now as I only have standard sensitivity ones left and I know they wouldn't pick anything up tomorrow but perhaps I'd have a chance at 10dpo. How about you? I got a bfp on a frer and clearblue ultra early digital with my second DC at 9dpo so tomorrow is possible but only with the right tests and luck I think! Fingers crossed for us both!

Samthenanny · 24/08/2024 19:55

@Loudandclear its so hard isn’t it. same here I felt a bit deflated.
exactly we are not out yet by any means.
with my little boy I remember testing at 8dpo and got a bfn then at 10dpo got a bfp.
when I you test next?

Hi everyone. Just joined and my first ever time posting. Im accidently in the middle of a 2WW after suspecting I MIGHT be pregnant. Have a 5 yr old and it would be lovely even if not planned. I havent been on any birth control for a long time and we have been using the withdrawel method successfully but something about the last week has made me suspicious and I have a feeling. Could be wildly wrong! I have always tracked my periods as a form of contraception but we got carried away twice around what I suspect was ovulation (although still used withdrawel method) so might be around 7dpo. Waiting to test to see if my gut feeling is correct and it has been driving me mad for days! Sorry for the essay and hi!

Loudandclear · 24/08/2024 19:13

@Samthenanny I feel you! I couldn't help myself and took an early response this morning. I am likely about 8dpo or maybe eveness and it was stark white. I wish I hadn't taken it as it was so disheartening but we are still so early a negative doesn't mean we are out.

Samthenanny · 24/08/2024 18:50

I caved and took a cheapie this afternoon knowing it’d be a BFN at 8dpo and being 5pm wee but I couldn’t help myself.
I’ve felt sick all day, have tingly nipples and have been having day naps and falling asleep around 8pm

@Saramirez ah definitely look to maybe get one of the clearblue ultra early digitals. It's so reassuring to to see the word 'pregnant' and it worked at 10dpo for my last dc! But that line is pretty strong so I think a normal digital would likely work too.
@WhoOfWhoville it sounds so perfect for you to get a bfp this cycle, I have all my fingers crossed for you tomorrow morning!

WhoOfWhoville · 23/08/2024 17:21

I did easyathome tests on 9dpo and 10dpo - both starkly negative. Just been and bought a two back of CB ultra early and will do one with tomorrows FMU which would be 12dpo as I’m going to a gig tomorrow night so would like to know if okay to have a drink or not.

I’ve been feeling very warm intermittently for the last few days, almost like hot flushes, needed to take my jacket off and tie it around my waist, and I went out for some food earlier and felt a bit nauseated afterwards. I’m symptom spotting of course, it’s hard not to!

My DP is away for 18 days next month climbing a big mountain (the very big one) and we won’t be able to try because of that, so it would be lovely for him to go knowing what joy he has to come home to, and I know my excitement if I was pregnant would ease some of the struggle of missing him.

Dullblue1234 · 23/08/2024 16:26

@singleflower I am literally the same.
I'm either 7po or 5po depending on which app I look at.... Obviously I tested this morn to a stark white, honestly I don't know why I did it 😂🙈
I've got lots of symptoms early of PMS this month, but trying to not get ahead of myself.

singleflower · 23/08/2024 15:27

@Saramirez ah thats looks positive! Congrats!!!

I'm on 13dpo and 8 months ttc so not keen on testing and getting another bfn. But here I am symptom spotting and lurking on threads again 😆

Can I join in too please! I'm getting closer to being able to test now so it's getting harder and harder to distract myself and forget about TTC.
Fifth month of trying, and now about 6 or 7dpo but we only managed to DTD once in our fertile window about 2 or 3 days before ovulation so I'm guessing our chances are low.
Hoping by some miracle it could be our month....

Let us know how it goes!! Hoping this is your month

@1441x ah yes, waiting and not javin any at home helps a lot! Since mines arrived on 10dpo I was freaking out so that same evening I have been testing...

Today is 12dpo for me, and last night the line was clearly visible, I've attached last night and this morning MFU... Not sure if I should try a digital test already? I'm afraid to see a negative, my period is due on Sunday, I think!

@ljb23 it takes 48 hours for hormone levels to double so you would essentially be getting the same test reading for about 3 days in a row before seeing lines getting darker

I hope you're right! I've ordered FRER to check, my last pregnancy ended in mmc. So I'm anxious

Joining in, 2DPO, I used up all my tests last month and refusing to buy any until 12dpo...we'll see how long that lasts

Morning.

Unfortunately I think this maybe a chemical pregnancy for me. Doesn't seem to be getting darker at all 🤦🏼‍♀️

I don't know what to think, but defo I will keep testing until I see a negative or AF shows up 😁
