Thanks for suggesting that I start this thread - its a real honour. Won't be leaving it yet as am only on cd24, despite getting bfps from the 3 tests I have done today (paranoid or what?!).
Lots and lots of babydust to everyone. If this pg is successful, I will have conceived in the midst of an awful cold so that should give everyone some hope. Lots and lots of hugs.....

Kiwicath · 12/01/2005 07:02

Yep, still bfing X4/day and cycle all over the place!!! AND so far have absolutely no preg symptoms infact convinced AF was just around the corner - still worried it might be too as have loads of cramps and back pain.

Yep, right at the very moment I'm all knocked up . With our 1st we were telling everyone the minute we found out but hanging back this time. Sorry ... (but not really) that my stay was so short but simply can't tell you how much all your support and genuine love has meant to me, not only on TTC but all the other topics of MN. Never thought I'd be discussing the state of my knickers with ANYONE let alone people I've never met . Thanx all so much. All the very best for all of you XXX

Morning girls,

RudyDudy yes iam in Melbourne but the weather is beautiful atm.

Runtus not sure how shopping prices compare to yours.

Good luck testing kiwicath.

Off to visit my friend from antinatal today she had her 2nd baby on nye. See how i go. Feel i can cope better now that i know i could be pg very soon with ivf there is light at the end of the tunnel so to speak.

Good night girls will chat tonight hopfully.

Hulababy · 11/01/2005 21:18

Thanks Miranda

Good luck with the testing kiwicath

Welcome to TTC pickledonion. Good luck!

CD14, and had 3 consective -ve results with the OPKs so far. CM is not favourable either, and temps still down.

Hulababy · 11/01/2005 21:12

Cockenzie - course you can CAT me. About anything in particular? Not had time to catch up with thread yet.

Kiwicath · 11/01/2005 20:38

Fastasleep, hoping AF hasn't arrived. I caved and got a test today. Will try tomorrow morning. Thought I'd wait a few more days but cd37 is getting a bit silly - even for me! Still feel totally unpregnant though . Today have been doing totally crazy and self destructive things like finding out my imaginary due date. How on earth do you work it out if your cycles are never constant and you've been bd'ing all thru the month. Hope they settle down soon though as not sure if I can carry on these month-long bd'ing sessions - hubby, bless him, thinks all his Xmas's have come at once

triceratops · 11/01/2005 19:42

So sorry to hear about your baby Bella.

jeddah · 11/01/2005 19:18

Not had chance to catch up yet......running out!

Bella I am so sorry honey, it is so nice to have you back, but wish it was in better circunstances!

Rudy thanks for your thoughts....great to hear about appointment.

Marinda I have been with my dh for 5 years and got married last year, if I had known all this I would have tried much sooner!

sorry girls got to go!

RudyDudy · 11/01/2005 19:07

what a miserable post - sorry about that! Munnzie - got any jokes to cheer up a grumpy old bird???

RudyDudy · 11/01/2005 19:06

hello all - anyone there? I've had a near useless day . Meant to be revising (have exams next week) but had v. disturbed night with teething DS and felt too knackered to properly function at all. Hate feeling I've 'wasted' a day but there you go.

Nothing exciting going on here ttc wise - just hoping I can muster the energy to bd later . I know it shouldn't be like that but I don't want to feel like I've wasted that as well! Not that I know it's the right time but you never know...

cockenzie · 11/01/2005 17:38

can i CAT u Hula?

Bella23 · 11/01/2005 17:05

Am also off home - ooh chips sounds a fab idea!
Will bore you all tomorrow with what happens at the clinic tomorrow....oh the joy!
Been a while since I have said it so here goes.....babydust to you all !!!!! .·´ ¸.·´¨) ¸.·*¨)

munnzieb · 11/01/2005 17:01

lol, well unfortunatly I don't keep one of those things I did try but kept forgetting to do it so it's a bit of a waste of time for me, besides i've allways been regular as it were. If u post ur chart on here, then maybe Hula will have alook at it for you - she's good at that one I think.

Hester - good luck hon, I know u don't feel PG, but that's what happened last time remember, so it ain't over yet! (promise will mail u tomorrow - and spend less timetalking on mn!) - yeah right!

anyhow am off now as it's past 5, so off to the chippy for my last treat b4 DH comes home and stops me from going there!

ooh and the picledonions sarnies were lush!

cockenzie · 11/01/2005 16:47

well munzieb, apparently i had a random test done and not the particular ov one.I AM JUST TOTALLY CONFUSED but i love ur expression.would u mind terribly emailing me ur temp chart pls?so i can take a look at it and understand.thx

hester · 11/01/2005 16:42

Then go for it, Bella, and see how you get on. If it feels tougher than expected you can always pause again till you feel ready to carry on. And we're all here to give you support

munnzieb · 11/01/2005 16:42

lol, that it is hon, the only thing is tryin so soon, (not that I ahd the prob after my M/C) but if you focus all your energys into getting PG again so soon u don't really grieve for the baby you lost properly so when it does finally hit you etc.. the extent is normally worse cos it's been put off, if that makes sence. It will be hard hon, but you'll get there. (look at young hester - yeah, we can c u... eatin that choc bar on ur own at ur desk! lol) she's gettin there slowly. It will never be ok, and u'll never replace the one you've lost, but on the plus side (cos u've always gotta find a plus side) at least u know ur fertile.

Bella23 · 11/01/2005 16:36

Thanks Munnzieb and Hester. It really does help having your support. My story is that I had been TTC for 6 months and am 32. Now I know this doesn't exactly put me in last chance saloon and that I could actually wait before trying again. It is more the way I deal with things emotionally, waiting around for things just makes me dwell and I get very upset. I prefer to just get things sorted and then carry on as before. Perhaps this is not exactly sensible but seems the only way for me. Will definately take advice though.
Lord being a grown up is tough sometimes!
