CD 4 - TTC - anyone else around the same time?

Hello I'm on cycle 3 of TTC. I'm only at CD4 AF was short again this month only 3 days. I've just tested positive for COVID after being poorly all week. So dunno if that's gonna mess up this cycle for me :( still going to give it a good go though. Hoping some ladies closer to my cycle dates join as every other group seems to be in the tww already

Just caught up with these! Congratulations @BlueberryPoppy123 ! That's so exciting!

I'm on cd21, I didn't track ovulation or anything this month as I was stressing too much over it all and we've been on holiday so I've just had a fairly relaxed attitude so will see what happens next week!

How are you all feeling?

Nope never picked up a peak at all the whole cycle highest was 0.4!

Doing temps was really good if never have had a clue when I ovulated otherwise and would still be waiting. Was only because I posted my temp chart in another chat someone was showed me when I ovulated based on that. Then I was like 9dpo meh I'll do a test. Only 11dpo now I think so long way until I feel safe but thankyou and best of luck to you too x

I think I'm due 2-3 of May based on when my temps and ovulation but by lmp some time in April.

I am also still waiting for AF to arrive although she isn't due until 17th because I ovulated so late too. I've done a pregnancy test or 4 😳 and they've all been negative. I have had awful cramps all evening and upset stomach which for me has been a pregnancy sign with all 3 previous pregnancies. I've also been so sleepy today I actually had to have a nap this afternoon. Amazing my 4 year old let me lol. However still testing negative and this happened with my mmc it took ages to get a positive and then by the time I went for my scan there was no heartbeat. So I'm just stressing myself about that now 🙈

Is your husband better now will you be back to trying next month? X

Update: AF finally arrived overnight! Ive never been so happy to see her arrive lol. Day 1 of new cycle. Hopefully this cycle is a bit more normal and ovulation happens on time.

i think I know why my ovulation was delayed last cycle now that I think about it. I had a very sudden emotional breakdown/shock due to family issues and I was constantly crying and anxious for 2-3 days all day and night. Apparently stress and emotional shocks can impact hormones and delay ovulation.

yes, my partner is recovering very well so this cycle we’ll definitely be able to get back to TTC.

And I cant be pregnant because as my partner was injured and had a surgery recently, he was in so much pain we were not able to DTD properly at all this cycle.

I have no idea why I ovulated so late, Im ready for the new cycle to start now but no signs of AF 😭

This is my graph from premom so I think I'm out. So they say your temp rises for ovulation and if it stays elevated you're probs pregnant but mine has dropped again combined with the never finding my peak I think I've failed again. I'm gutted

I know that feeling @BlueberryPoppy123, I feel like it's literally all that I think about, talk about and dream about! I've been testing the last few days (because I'm obsessed even though I knew it was too early). I'm roughly 12dpo today and negative so don't think this is the month for me.

Wondering about looking into monitoring my temperature next month to confirm ovulation maybe?

@pineapple03 I think even do as many a day as I did I've still missed my peak. Premom has given up on asking me to do opks and has decided I peaked on CD 18 so based on that it's telling me in 3dpo. Who knows. Not confident at all in this tww. Recommended to test hcg levels on the 8th so I'm going to do all I can to not test before and just pray I did enough. I don't know how to keep doing this though it's so draining. It just consumes me

Hi! All my ovulation tests have been negative as well, Im not sure if I missed my surge or if I simply didn’t ovulate. I havent really been consistent with tests and I only tested once a day. So I have no idea.

im terrible at being consistent with anything 🤣 (same with conception vitamins, I forget to take them so often. I missed 3 days in a row last week)

next cycle I’ll try to be more disciplined with it and test twice a day to make sure I don’t miss the surge.

Hi I'm not having a good cycle CD 20 still no signs of ovulation on either opks (been a bit obsessed doing up to 5 some days) 😫 so thinking I might not be ovulating this month. Bbt has been sitting at 35.9 for days so that's not showing signs of ovulation either.

How are you? Are you guys in the tww now?

@pineapple03 no 2nd. But 3rd cycle trying last month I had a peak on day 17 but it happens so fast could easily be missed too, whereas others have a whole day of peak I just caught it where I test a couple of times a day. Probs just winding myself up for nothing

Hi!

is this your first cycle using opks? If so, it could be that you ovulate later than you always thought. Apps like flo etc… and web articles make us all believe that we ovulate around CD14 as they assume everyone has a 14 day long Luteal phase, but it’s not true at all

Im CD15 today, im still testing negative too. But my CM is getting more watery and lighter in color so I feel I will ovulate in the next 2 days or so. I also started getting light cramps last night

CD 14 apparently I'm in my fertile window just waiting for the peak premom estimates ovulation for Friday but we shall see. Up to doing opks 2 times a day but still sitting around the 0.2-0.3 range. Still dtd at least every other day.

@pineapple03 I can't read the tests just by looking at them I have to scan them all in on premom to work it out it's much easier than guessing if it's positive or neg for me

@pineapple03 I'm still fairly new to ovulation tests but I think that's negative but you're getting close. That's what mine looked like a day or 2 before I got my positive x
