Good luck! My OH went away 3 days before my ovulation this cycle but I got my BFP yesterday and he’s away for 1 more week.
we used preseed which I do think helped keep the sperm alive so I’d suggest using that.
BBT chart attached to see BD dates etc. Didn’t test before ovulation because temp soared as I had Covid.

That’s all we could this cycle as I had Covid and OH went away for 3 weeks with work but got my BFP yesterday (11dpo). We used preseed which I don’t know if helped.
I had IB and cramping at 6dpo plus very sore, fuller boobs 3dpo onwards. Good luck!

@HRHXO no other children, this is first time trying to conceive! I'm 34 as well, so REALLY want twins 😂I'm just the type with a "plan", and plan was to have 2 children before 35, which sadly got delayed with the pandemic and other circumstances. Twins would steer it all back on track ha ha!

@Chypre omg I used to want twins so bad, do you have any other children? I've got a son and I'm almost 34 so I don't think I could handle twins now but if I was trying for my first I'd be keen lol.

Currently starting my TWW. This ovulation was weird though. Very sudden surge (from low fertility to peak overnight) and the usual stabby pain was just something else. Woke me up at 3 am! I've recognised the sensation, but it then started echoing in my back as well. Previous 2 were left side, this was on the right. Hyping myself up for double egg release and twins (I have twins in the family).

Hi ladies, joining the July bus now although I'm currently 9dpo and tested this morning with fmu and it was stark white negative. I'll keep testing until af arrives but I don't have high hopes so gearing to to try again in July. This will be cycle 2 ttc baby no2, ds is 22 months old now.

Anyone else a certified poas addict??

@Splishsplashsplosh93 hi, we are in a similar boat! This is my 6th cycle ttc first baby. I've a 25/26 day cycle too. I'm currently cd7 and usually ovulate cd12/13, my luteal phase is always 12 days long. I tract bbt using natural cycles app and it always confirms ovulation. I also had a 21 day blood test done to check progesterone 2 cycles ago which was confirmed. Taking loads of vitamins, pregnacare preconceptions, omega 3, magnesium, CoQ10 and trying maca root capsules this month. Hubby is also taking the wellman vitamin and maca root. Never seen two lines on a pregnancy test and want it so bad so trying to be hopeful this cycle.

According to Flo my fertile window started today, predicted ovulation on Sunday. Will just try to DTD as many days as possible over the next 10 days/2 weeks I think.

I would like to join, my period just started so onto a new cycle. Well a proper cycle since the last was after the mini pill. I completely missed the window in the last cycle so I think I will try and track this cycle to at least have a chance. My cycles pre ds were 32ish days so I have a while to go now.

ah thank you, I really hope so for you too! I have a 25 day cycle so am D15 now, just a waiting game isn’t it!

Do you track your temperatures and LH so you know when you ovulate?

Hey, hoping to just try and catch my fertile window before SO heads off back to work for 6 weeks. So far predictions show ovulation day 19 and he leaves on cycle day 16, here's hoping ovulation comes a bit sooner so we can try this cycle! This will be our third cycle trying and then need to wait till August to try again

Ah same as me! CP in May and my cycle was impaaaacted big time (ended up being 46 days). Now CD2 with my first proper period so hoping my body has sorted itself out and ovulate as normal!

This will be month 1 TTC for us. Fingers crossed for everyone xx

TTC since April this year, conceived last month but sadly it was a chemical pregnancy ending at 5 weeks. Had a normal period so trying again this month though don't know if things might be derailed by the chemical.

@DaisyEM oh wow they were very long cycles!! Bet that was so frustrating for you. If you're like me I would have been frustrated because I'm so impatient 😆
Yeah I'm hoping mine will settle quickly🤞🏼I took vitamin b6 and pregnacare conception last time and that seemed to do the trick for that cycle. Didn't start the b6 until after ovulation this time though because I couldn't get hold of any so not holding out much hope that this cycle will be successful. I also had thrush that I treated with a pessary. No idea if it affects conceiving but it had to be done so yeah I feel like this isn't my month

@Splishsplashsplosh93 it took us 8 cycles to TTC our first, so don’t worry too much just yet ☺️ I read some stats the other day that gave you a percentage chance of how likely you are to conceive on each day in the run up to O, and basically on any given month your chance of conceiving is 25% at best, and that’s only if you time it perfectly x

@ploo ahh I think it can just take a bit of time for things to regulate themselves again. I think my longest cycle was about 80 days after coming off the pill when we were TTC before, and shortest was 40 days 🤦🏻‍♀️ I had a short LP too. Hopefully yours will sort itself out quickly. I ended up taking a cocktail of supplements to lengthen my LP last time. From what I can tell, my LP is 11 days now; so just about long enough hopefully! That’s nice our LO’s are a similar age though and that we are both in the TWW! I’m not holding out much hope for this cycle, but it was only cycle 1 for us anyway.
