Hi, I’m 2 DPO on cycle 1 TTC baby no 2. Anyone else want to join for some company? Already driving myself slightly mad 😜

@GoldieMam 😢 I'm so sorry. Hope you're ok

GoldieMam · 28/06/2024 18:21

@ploo not a happy update I’m afraid. Started bleeding this afternoon šŸ’”

Aww yeah that's quite a lot of different ones isn't it. I've heard the boots early test ones are good. I used FRER last time too. I hate clear blue ones other than the digital
Fingers and toes crossed for you. Let me know how you get on x

GoldieMam · 27/06/2024 22:03

Yeah Easy @ home, Sainsbury’s own, clear blue digital and non digital šŸ˜… must have spent a small fortune on tests! I’m hoping one day I’ll see a big jump but just taking it a day at a time for now

ploo · 27/06/2024 21:58

šŸ™ what tests have you been using? I'm assuming you've tried all different ones

GoldieMam · 27/06/2024 21:52

@ploo 16dpo so I’m aware the odds aren’t in my favour šŸ˜“

ploo · 27/06/2024 21:50

@GoldieMam ahhh fingers crossed. How many dpo are you now?

GoldieMam · 27/06/2024 21:46

@ploo still having positive tests but still pretty faint so not really sure tbh! Still having symptoms and no bleeding. My BBT is also still elevated above baseline!

OP posts:
ploo · 27/06/2024 21:43

@GoldieMam oh no so sorry to hear that. Sorry for the delayed response. Are you still having faint lines?

GoldieMam · 24/06/2024 20:47

@ploo think I might be having a chemical šŸ˜“ lines are still very faint and I can’t see much progression. Going to try another CB tomorrow but not feeling hopeful

@GoldieMam how are you getting on?

ploo · 19/06/2024 07:11

Yeah last time when TTC DS I took b6. I've not been able to take that this time until the day after ovulating because I couldn't get hold of any so maybe a full cycle of taking that will help. At least I'm onto the next cycle now though

GoldieMam · 19/06/2024 07:04

@ploo that must be frustrating for you. I’m sure you already know but I hear of people taking supplements to extend their luteal phase and they seem effective!

I'm not sure. My cycle last month was 24 days. I got to 25 days this time. Premom says I wasn't due until the 25th but think it calculated that 14 days after ovulating

GoldieMam · 19/06/2024 06:22

@ploo oh no, so sorry! Were you due on today?

ploo · 19/06/2024 06:14

I'm out. 8dpo again 😢

ploo · 18/06/2024 20:13

Ahh it's hard isn't it in the TWW wondering what signs/symptoms we can go off. Hopefully the nausea is definitely a good sign for you!!
I'm ok thanks. Keep getting this feeling at the bottom of my belly almost like an uncomfortable pressure feeling and some shooting pains but could be anything. I had cramps/twinges a few days before AF came last cycle so I'm just trying not to symptom spot too much. Are you still going to test on Thursday?

GoldieMam · 18/06/2024 07:56

I’m okay thanks, felt very stressey yesterday (like PMS) so wondering whether that’s me out this month. I’m feeling quite nauseated most mornings and some evenings but at 7 dpo it’s too early to be related so maybe I’m just loosing my sanity šŸ˜… how are you?

OP posts:
ploo · 17/06/2024 21:27

How are you both holding up?

ploo · 13/06/2024 21:32

Ahh I've got quite a few that I bought last month which isn't going to help 😬
I'm driving myself mad already googling stuff šŸ™„ I need to do something to pass the time in the evenings

GoldieMam · 13/06/2024 14:39

I only have one easy@home test so going to have to order some more but will wait until the weekend to order them to avoid temptation!!

@HRHXO ahh how nice that there's a few of us in the same boat (or similar)

I plan on using cheapies and then will confirm with an FRER. That's what I did last time I conceived anyway and then did the digital test to see it in writing!

HRHXO · 13/06/2024 13:27

@GoldieMam I keep asking DS if he wants a baby brother or sister and he says no šŸ˜‚ but he loves his cousins and other children so I think he will enjoy it once a baby is here lol. I plan to use a cheapie easy@home test and maybe a boots early test too. I have a CB digi and CB blue dye but they're not as sensitive so I'll wait to use those.

GoldieMam · 13/06/2024 12:29

@HRHXO welcome! Ah lovely, how do you think your DS will be with a younger sibling? Eeek Monday is so soon, how exciting! Will you guys use first response type tests? I just used a CB last time but I know they’re not the most reliable!

HRHXO · 13/06/2024 12:19

I'm 5dpo so a little further along but this is also cycle 1 ttc baby no2 and my DS is 2 in August so quite similar! I think I'll probably test 9dpo which is Monday but I usually like to wait until 10 or 11dpo, I'm just dead eager this month for some reason lol x
