How do I get pregnant?

Apart from having lots of sex I mean

We have been trying for 10 months and nothing has happened yet, what else can I do?

We have 2 children already so we know it "can" happen, it just isn't for us this time

Any tips would be very welcomed

after a year it is wise to see your gp

get all the basic tests done

Get rid of all your maternity clothes and baby stuff. Worked for a friend of mine - twice!

I haven't used a kit or anything but I do have fairly regular periods so have been guaging it by that.
