Soooo I tried tablets similar to this stuff a couple months back, BUT they didn't seem to make a difference and had a lot of other ingredients in.... this one has the stuff we need and only that ingredient 🤔 So we shall see! Everyone's opinions different on how often your meant to take it etc... but I've been doing 10ml once a day since CD10 (your meant to take it around 5 days leading up to your ovulation) I'm going to continue it today, may even take two lots one in the evening too! Then stop after tomorrow so I've covered the whole window! Like I said before I am willing to try bloody anything nowadays 😂

Ooooh sounds like you had a busy one too! How fun with the festival though, which one was that? I bet your son loved it, even though I can imagine how stressful that was 😮‍💨 Crowds and a toddler do not mix well 🤭😂

So I ended up leaving the CB tests this time round, we are finishing off my easy@home strips and the Pre Seed.... I've also jumped onto the English version of 'Mucinex' for this cycle 😂 It's a cough syrup from Boots if there's one local to you 👌🏻 Lorrrddd I deffo have more fertile CM this month! Not sure if it's because I've been trying to drink more water or if it's genuinely worked from the medicine 🤔 We shall see!!

I'm on CD14 today, so we are both in sync again.... I've just gotten my PEAK this morning.... We did the SMEP method as well this time, so will BD tonight and then for 3 more days in a row 👌🏻 I think we've managed to time it well so far!

I hope your weeks going ok, my minds been elsewhere trying to sort out our re mortgage, so that's helped take the pressure off a bit! I'm glad you've managed to distract yourself a little as well 🙏🏼

Sorry for the radio silence, we had such a busy weekend, plus this month when AF hit it really got to me 😞 Feeling a lot better now though, onwards and upwards 👆🏼 CD6.... now planning on what approach to do this month! Still can't wrap my head around the whole 'have unprotected s*x and you'll get pregnant' malarkey they used to throw at us in school.... then here's us planning for a baby and not getting anywhere 😭🫠😂 Gotta laugh about it otherwise I'd cry!

I'm still debating whether to get the clear blue ovulation sticks 🤔 not sure if I'm wasting my money as I know the LH strips are just as good 🤷🏻‍♀️ I feel like I'm just trying to grasp at straws 😂

In regard to DTD.... it's so hard isn't it.... especially when it's all planned, it takes the fun away and also puts pressure on the men! We've tried all sorts this end.... one month we DTD for a solid 10 days in a row.... I felt so sorry for the hubby 😭😮‍💨😂 But I think our plan is to follow SMEP this time.... plus maybe use some Pre Seed which we've got leftover from last month, can't hurt right 🤷🏻‍♀️
Have you tried SMEP before? What do you guys usually do?

Mine came this morning 😞 I've had a good cry, grabbed myself a massive coffee and Oreo donut on the way home from the school run today, going to stuff my face with a tonne of comfort foods and then try to stay positive for a new cycle 🙏🏼 Easier said than done 😭 But we've got a few events coming up which I'll be able to have a drink at now, so got to think of the positives 🍻

Ooooh sounds like you've got a good month planned also, are you going anywhere nice!? ☀️ I'm so glad to hear your getting the testing done through a clinic first and it's not costing you an arm and a leg, it's nice you've got that savings as back up, but like you said if you can do it without chipping into that, then you've got that to use on something else later down the line 🥰

I haven't heard of that place but had a look on Google maps and it's about 2/3 hours away from us I think 🤔 We are West Sussex 🥰

Going to look into more supplements this month and maybe try out the 'Clear Blue' ovulation sticks to see if that helps 🤔 I've heard good reviews on them, but I'm sure the cheapy sticks do the same thing! I'm just willing to try just about anything now 🙏🏼

Feel like I might dive into the world of supplements for next month and so on.... I've been taking folic acid and Vit D since both losses, so nearly over a year now 🙏🏼 But the hubby isn't on anything 🤔 so may be worth a look into it!

When is AF due for you? Hopefully we are late bloomers 🙏🏼 I think I'm due on either Friday or Saturday... I have that gut feeling she's on her way.... but I can pray she's not ✨💜

Try not to panic, I am sure there is a way to boost sperm quality etc.... I'm not sure if your on TikTok, but it might be worth having a search on there, I've seen couples talk about vitamins etc.... that help boost sperm levels 🙏🏼 I know it's not impossible to get the levels back up in a lot of cases 💪🏼
How old are you if you don't mind me asking? Please try not to let it get you down 🙏🏼 Having a plan sounds great and it looks like you've both spoken in depth about it all and have come up with a good plan 🥰
Are you UK based? I know there are options with IUI/IVF which may be free 🙏🏼

You wouldn't believe it.... My stupid ass woke up at like 5am, stumbled to get a glass of water and have wee..... that's right HAVE A WEE!!! Didn't even clock that I needed to take a test 😭😂 So I'm afraid there was no FMU test 😞 Of course I then tested with SMU and nothing was there.... I think I just had line eyes 👀 yesterday!

I'm going to try and hold out too... Will still test everyday.... probably in the evenings with cheapies too!

Aaaah I'm glad you're feeling more human, that was me yesterday! Had a bath, washed my hair, did the fall works and felt like a brand new person 😂 Deffo felt more human!

Yeah it's been a rollercoaster to say the least, I'm trying to keep the positivity for 3rd time lucky 🍀 But it has been so hard, I'm just trying to take each day as it comes! They did say our chances are lessened slightly with the one tube, but I'm trying not to focus too much on that! This will be our 4th cycle.... 🤞🏻

We fell fairly quickly with our DS too, it was a straightforward pregnancy etc.... I was then diagnosed with arthritis and had to be put on all these horrible medications, so it stopped us trying for our second until last year.... not the age gap we really wanted, but my health had to come first 😞❤️‍🩹

Keep the faith, maybe with this weird cycle we are having then it may bring us some extra luck 🍀🤞🏻🥰
