Currently TTC number 2 and struggling after getting pregnant fairly easily with number 1 (on cycle 3)!
Thought I'd start a thread so we can all support each other. Anyone else on their TTC journey for number 2? I am currently on cycle 7 and have ruled myself out already as negative pregnancy test at 10DPO. Each month I convince myself that I am pregnant! Experienced a chemical at cycle 3 😩

Sorry @NattyPeer, it's so disappointing isn't it. I'm going to buy some cheapies so I might test later or tomorrow. I'd be 9DPO if I did ovulate on CD14 🥴

@NattyPeer thanks lovely, I needed to hear that. I keep thinking do another test do another test but I'm going to wait until tomorrow when I'm 10dpo now. Trying to stay positive!

@HRHXO heyyy! I took a test and stark white, I don’t feel any different so I think I’m out to be honest! With DD I was extremely tired and hungry! If you have symptoms that’s a good sign! The easy@home ones would be extremely unlikely to pick a positive up at this stage hun so don’t lose hope! I have hope for you!

Hey @HRHXO - sorry to hear it's a negative 😩 you're still in technically but I know that white stick staring back at you is beyond shit.

I've only got CB digitals at home and it's too early for them so gonna try and hold off a bit. I'm not sure I even ovulated this cycle so know what it will say anyway 😒

Morning ladies, back after the weekend. I feel like up to 9dpo is so boring and not a lot happens so I didn't have much to contribute. Anyway I tested 5am this morning with an easy@home and it was stark white negative which has really disheartened me because I have been having symptoms that I've felt when I was pregnant with DS (albeit much later on, I don't recall any symptoms during the TWW but I wasn't really tracking that time either).

How is everyone else feeling?

@LemonBitter yesss I completely get that! I make excuses too! I have only told one person! It’s so annoying when people keep asking 😩my temperature keeps going down so I know I’m out of the race already!

It's annoying and so frustrating... I feel like because I have a 5 year old as well EVERYONE seems to think I'm pregnant / asks if I'm pregnant / asks if we are having another. I just want to say I'm bloody trying to but instead just bat it off and make excuses 😐

Have you told anyone you're trying?

I will test tomorrow but I know it will be negative because 0 symptoms!!! Just annoying! @LemonBitter

Same @NattyPeer . I've literally had zero symptoms and not even sure I ovulated so I'm taking this month as a negative before I even test 😂 are you going to test tomorrow?

Hahaha! I personally don’t think it will happen for me this month but who knows! When I was pregnant back in January I was extremely tired but I can’t remember when I started getting very tired! But I feel nothing at the moment but I know implantation can take place anytime now haha! I have been positive previous months but doesn’t get me anywhere haha! Nothing to lose taking a test on Monday @LemonBitter

@NattyPeer I would be doing Monday if I were you 😂😂 always have intentions to wait until missed period but unless I'm really distracted I can't help it! I'll probably be the same this cycle even though I probably didn't ovulate 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yeah I'm still going but it's all still low. We aren't going to be able to DTD the next few weeks anyway so I'll just wait for AF and rest 😃

How many DPO are you @NattyPeer? When are you going to test?xx

@LemonBitter keep testing like @Mummio92 said as ovulation could still happen! I’m ok thanks hun, just plodding along! TWW is just rather annoying tbh and the time drags on!

Eughhhh thanks @Mummio92 @NattyPeer ... I'm feeling a bit better, thinking it might be hayfever but that doesn't explain the lack of ovulation ..

Honestly it's so frustrating as we both work away a lot so this is the first cycle we have been around for CD 13/14 and it's just typical 😩

Anyway sorry to be a downer, how are you both doing?

@LemonBitter yep I reckon you still haven’t ovulated, I think once your body has tried to Ov once but been delayed from illness it’s likely to take another 7-10 days to try again, so I’d still keep going with the tests through to CD 24 even though it feels tedious.
If nothing at that point I’d probably just wait and see what happens period wise and reset from there.
