Seems to be a trend - I too have only lost 1 lb although I'm hoping I've still got a bit of AF bloating, but guess that'll just mean I should show a big loss next week - ha ha. Am going to my parents for the weekend and they have super duper scales so I will weigh myself on them and if they say I weigh less I'll post it, if not i won't .

Actually DH and I off for a night on our own tomorrow night (leaving dd at grandparents for first time - yikes) so out for dinner etc so probably won't do the diet any good ! Will try and be good. My downfall will be wine.

It's over rated.

Problem is I'm using all of mine on the cookies, so accidentally drinking wine again ah well, it's only CD7 and this is going to be my last bottle for a while! Bad BAD week... not looking forward to scales tomorrow morning.

Ready · 10/04/2008 20:49

I've loaned my willpower to someone else

ShayeraHol · 10/04/2008 20:45

My willpower is just about lasting - have not yet had a cookie and they've been in the house for over an hour! He's eaten 3 which I think means one left, so not that much longer to hold out I hope

LenniEd · 10/04/2008 20:39

Hi all,

Am dreading the weigh in tomorrow, feel lardier than ever tonight!

Today's food (didn't do yesterday as it was a rubbish day )

Breakfast: Small bowl of Shreddies - I also used to boycott Nestle but have got lazy recently, will have to start again. Still boycott Esso though, even on the motorway much to DHs frustration!

Snack: Piece of birthday cake (sorry - still got some left!)

Lunch: Soup and slice of granary bread

Dinner: Stir-fried veg, rice and a yoghurt (and a couple of chips stolen from DH)

Now if only I could go back to last night and not drink most of that bottle of wine....

Wheelybug · 10/04/2008 20:09

phew ! I can rest easy now...

... or rather Malted Wheats

Ready · 10/04/2008 19:38

Bingo

Wheelybug · 10/04/2008 19:08

She seems to like them...

(desperately tries to think what nestle do that waitrose does IYSWIM) - Shreddies ?

Ready · 10/04/2008 19:07

Nope. But are they nice? Cos I have banned dh from Nestle Cheerios

Wheelybug · 10/04/2008 19:06

cheerios (dd has waitrose 'multigrain hoops' - not quite so catchy)

Wheelybug · 10/04/2008 19:05

Wheatabix

Ready · 10/04/2008 19:05

It is Waitrose own brand of a popular Nestle product... but I am boycotting Nestle, so needed to find an alternative

Ready · 10/04/2008 19:04

Wheely ... I will give a clue.

Ready · 10/04/2008 19:04

I stopped eating Special K when someone pointed out that it has glucose fructose syrup in it...

Wheelybug · 10/04/2008 19:03

cocopops ?

ShayeraHol · 10/04/2008 19:03

Hey guys

Today's food -

Breakfast: muesli (finished the box now, switching to low fat multigrainy thing!)
Lunch: Cheese & tomato sandwich
Snacks: Special K minibites, grapes, brazil nuts and weetabix oatibix minithings
Dinner: Cheese & ham toastie

Mr. Hol has just come back from Sainsburys with a bag of cookies. I'm sad now Anyone got any spare willpower going?

Ready · 10/04/2008 19:03

Guess again Lottie

Breakfast: Cereal with skimmed milk
Snack: Cup of rooibos and 2 jammy dodgers (I'm so predictable)
Lunch: Egg roll, banana, 2 satsumas
Snack: Cup of rooiboss and a few dry crackers (needed savoury)
Dinner: Cereal with skimmed milk

Wheelybug · 10/04/2008 18:53

my food guzzling today -

breakfast - porridge with raisins (AGAIN)
lunch - pitta with hummous and peppers, cucumber and avacado (AGAIN)
Snacks - too many mini choc and courgette muffins I made with dd and she proclaimed 'I don't like the green bits'
Dinner - lamb stew

If only I could stop the naughty snacks.... that will be my aim next week.

I did a run too. Only about 20 minutes as I was getting back into my running plan after a week or so off with flu.

I have to have breakfast too - don't like cereal though, manage porridge but would rather have toast.

Just to pre-empt Lottie ... your dinner sounds lush!!! Dh is out today, and as usual, I can never be bothered to cook for just me, so I will have a bowl of cereal. Tut.

Ready · 10/04/2008 17:16

I'm a bit of a dragon when it comes to breakfast ... I always have cereal, I couldn't imagine being able to do anything if I hadn't eaten breakfast.

I too am bored Lottie bored of not knowing if I have ovulated or not yet
