Well, no more plateau - I've gained a lb . Not been trying very hard this week though. Claire and FYM - fantastic results!

I seem to have plateaued (that can't possibly be the spelling?) too. Must try harder next week.

Have lost 2 lbs this week but I keep fluctuating wildly between 10st 2 and 4. Need to do something to make sure this is a permanent loss and get under 10 st. Have reached a bit of a plateau.

ClairePO · 02/05/2008 10:45

Well I stayed the same this week - not surprised as period due tomorrow and always get water retention. 4 weeks and 1lb lost PMSL, must try harder!

It did the ow thing with me too!!!

ShayeraHol · 26/04/2008 13:27

Claire - I was also told off by my Wii Fit yesterday, I have a body age of 40 (vs my actual 30), am obese and have a really weak left leg. Plus every time I stepped on it it said "ow"!

I've set a similar goal - BMI of 29 in 2 months, which is a stone off. Loved the ski slalom section, found yoga very useful, collapsed in the press ups and he called me a couch potato!

Wheelybug · 26/04/2008 12:11

Still the same weight ! no loss. Bizarrely I have worked out that my weight goes up by 3-4 pounds just as I'm about to ovulate and goes bvack down after. That doesn't explain not losing weight this week though as I have come down from higher !

Have run 3x 5k this week but still stuffing my face .

ClairePO · 25/04/2008 17:07

OK I just had my first session at wii fit and now understanding why I am not conceiving. I have in fact passed my wii menopause. It gave me a wii age of 53 (as in 18 years more than my actual age), told me I was obese and had poor balance.

I have set myeslf a wii goeal of getting my bmi down to merely fat within 3 months. Did all the exercises (some of them are bloody hard) and then did a fitness test again and my wii fit age was 43. This is obviously still close to my wii menopause.

I love salad - but doesn't it work so much better with some crusty bread on the side?

I am rubbish at dieting

ClairePO · 25/04/2008 13:23

I'm the same rattling, I love starchy thins, bread potatoes etc.

However it's nicer weather now so feel more like eating salads etc so hope that will help!

No loss this week (and only able to stick to this weight with judicial use of weight distribution on the scales). May have to put a bit of effort into losing weight - lots of exercise this week, but I need to work on cutting down on the bread and cakes. I just love starch .

Well done Claire

'tis Friday again Ladies! My lovely little yo-yo pound has gone again this week.

My wii fit has arrived, will have a play later. Am dreading being told my 'wii fit' age!

sarah76 · 24/04/2008 09:39

Going to put my starting weight up to 113kg, and thinking I might have to go back on the Weight Watchers. I only seem to lose when I write down every bloody thing I put in my mouth!

Ready · 22/04/2008 16:03

B: weetabix and a cup of tea
L: weetabix
D: (will be) fish, crushed potatoes, green beans and a tomato salsa.

sarah76 · 22/04/2008 14:54

Claire, I'm right there with you....there's a kitkat in my fridge which DP helpfully bought me this morning because HE was stressed and needed chocolate!

Went to our new gym for first time today....just a million more times to go. . .

ClairePO · 22/04/2008 12:57

Am having another crap week. Will have to try harder. Once I have finished the banoffee pie in the fridge.

ShayeraHol · 18/04/2008 18:34

No result from me this week - have been away on a conference for the last couple of nights, so a. no scales and b. a little too much food & drink! Very nice it was too - couldn't drink too many of the cocktails though as was presenting at 8:30 this morning (booo)

Ready · 18/04/2008 17:04

Well done losers

I haven't weighed as we were in a hotel last night... stuffed my face with fish and chips and haribo (not at the same time, I must stress!) so probably just as well there were no scales in our bathroom

I am going to be starting seriously on Monday (yeah, right where have I heard that before?) as it will be 6 weeks til my hol, and I want to be bikini suitable

ClairePO · 18/04/2008 14:58

Have lost a pound. I too need to start exercising ClairePO. We'll have to encourage each other. I'm studying hard at the mo tho so need a couple of weeks to get work done before I can think about exercise as well as uni work - now I'm just making excuses

Well done rattling... don't feel bad at all, you should be setting us a shining example

Well this is no good. I'm losing weight , but I'm feeling bad 'cos no-one else is . Can I just make it clear that I am just dropping back to my "normal" weight (12st7lb) after a fortnight of feasting. Anything below that will be properly worth celebrating.
