So, I'm CD 4 on cycle 5 TTC after MMC in Jan (which took over a year of TTC) 😞

I'll be testing at the beginning June

Anyone with me?!

🍀 🤞 🌈 ✨

I am 10 dpo and yesterday my "faint positive" line must be an eva because this morning I used FR and easy at home to test with FMU and SMU, they were all negative.
For the last two pregnancies, I got a very faint positive in the afternoon of 10 dpo. I was a bit deflated.

Neverthelss, I bought an apple watch hoping to use it to predict pregnancy in the future. However I am still very new to RHR and not familiar with its relationship with BBT. I started to wear it 3 days ago.
8 dpo: 79 bpm
9 dpo: 67 bpm
10 dpo: 63 bpm

However this morning my BBT has gone back up again. I'd be grateful if anyone could shed a light! 💙

Oh sorry to hear no lines today 😞
Will you check again later?
When's AF due?

those look like positives to me! I know you said the cheapie line showed up after the test window, but I have strips that look quite similar from Amazon and in my experience when I wasn’t pregnant no line showed at all, even after the test window!

apparently hcg levels double every 48 hrs, so maybe test again Saturday morning for a clearer result? if you can wait that long LOL

Thank you - I think I need to wait until it’s a strong positive to get my head properly around it! May have to lock the remainder strips out of my reach in the meantime 😂

Hi everyone, wasn’t expecting to be here as had planned to TTC #1 later this year, but been feeling off (running felt very difficult last week and this week, nausea, lower backache and mild cramps today). My BBT has remained on the high side.

My cycle seems out this month - I’ve been regularly 31 days for ages but this one is day 26 with period ‘due’ tomorrow. Natural Cycles is saying I ovulated early so today is allegedly 9DPO. DTD in what we thought was my less fertile window but that changed with ovulation day changing!

Took both these tests (boots early response and a cheap test strip) this morning and thought I could see the faintest hint of something on the boots one in the time frame, 10 mins later it was this line, the strip I couldn’t see anything until after the test window. Do EVAPs ever show as a very faint line first?

I think my body is convincing itself with symptoms, which is why I can’t resist testing 😅

Yes, GP is testing for all shown in the picture further down @LucyCL They won't outright refer for fertility testing straight away I don't think, but the blood test is a start. Very frustrating in the meantime.

I admit this is frustrating and with NHS, you have to wait for a while to get the appointment then wait again to get the result. It makes waiting so much harder. : (

I see it @LucyCL! Definitely something there. Time will tell whether it's an evap as it's super early. You should know in 48 hours with another test.

Sadly, for me it looks like another anovulatory cycle. FF thinks I ovulated CD12 as my temps shot up for some reason, but I've been doing 3 OPKs plus 2 digitals and they're all so far from peak it's laughable. CB digital advanced continues to flash but I'm pretty sure AF is on her way.

Attached my charts just in case anyone is interested to see how it looks.

Yes, I plan to use First response tomorrow morning.
This cycle after a CP has been a weird one for me but I used the Clear Blue fertility monitor to help to detect a rise in estrogen then 4 days later I got my peak. Is it also possible to ask your GP to do a fertility test to check your hormone levels?

LucyCL · 06/06/2024 12:15

spamOFtheDAY · 06/06/2024 09:12

Looks like it could be something 🤞
Could you take another to check?

@spamOFtheDAY I will take a First response tomorrow and that is when I got a super faint positive line for 2 pregnancies on 10 dpo.

KittyFantastica · 06/06/2024 10:50

@spamOFtheDAY I did wonder that too, but not according to BBT, and I was still spotting from the abnormally long period then as well. I think my body is just so confused by what's happened to it this year with two MCs.

I've always had really good peaks from
the cheapies and they usually coincide with both digitals I have. I think if I had ovulated CD9/CD10, the digitals would have picked it up. I don't log all of them, but I've been doing 3-4 cheapies a day just in case of missed peak, but all negative and the digitals haven't shifted either. My husband has been away a lot for work this month, but I've no idea when to jump him anyways so we're basically just doing any days he's home 😄

As this point, it looks so much like my last cycle that I'm convinced it's going to be the same.

Could it have been CD10?
If so, defo timed DTD well 🤞

I never really get proper positives on the cheapie OPKs (I think it happens during the night maybe so I miss it) so maybe you caught the rise and fall?

9 dpo. LH level has been increasing also.
BBT has dropped and it might be caused by me breathing heavily because I am having a cold.
I have never see evaporation lines before. So is it an evaporation line?

@spamOFtheDAY and @MisssMarion I'm one of those strange people that have dilute FMU! I can't get a positive with it. Even on a pregnancy test, I have to wait until SMU and not drink anything!

I test 3x a day with cheapies once I get a flashing smiley or 'high' on the monitor, but have never had a proper line with anything other than SMU around 10-10:30am. It's bizarre!

MisssMarion · 05/06/2024 15:36

spamOFtheDAY · 05/06/2024 09:49

Thank you both @KittyFantastica and @MisssMarion.
Yeah it's still early. AF due on Friday. But I got my BFP at 9DPO last time so figured this was my cut off 🤷‍♀️

How are you getting on today?

Fingers crossed!! Keep us posted of course.

I'm doing ok, counting the days until I can test. I'm both so excited to test and so stressed to be disappointed. I try to tell myself the odds are it will be negative and it's not the end of the world, but I can't help but hope, especially as I've been feeling a lot of cramping the last couple of days (it's crazy how you feel every little feeling in your body during the TWW)... wait and see 😳

MisssMarion · 05/06/2024 15:12

KittyFantastica · 05/06/2024 11:38

My first pregnancy didn't test particle until 12/13DPO and my second one was 11DPO, so they can be different everyone time @spamOFtheDAY Keeping fingers crossed for you!

More uncertainly for me today. I was almost out of sticks for my CB digital advanced wand so ordered more. They come with a new wand, so I went through the motions of starting a new cycle with both 3 days ago. The old wand gave the usual blank circle for first test, then gave flashing smileys the last two days. The new wand has given blank circles all three days. My CB monitor has said 'High' for five days now and cheapies are all negative no matter what time of day or how dehydrated I am. Some consistency at this point would be so great. I conceived with the old wand and the monitor previously, so I do trust them. Last cycle was only 18 days, so really hope this one is more normal. FF thinks I ovulated 3 days ago due to some weird temps but I doubt it as no signs. Never expected to go so crazy over this stuff!

It sounds frustrating indeed, and I know how the uncertainty can make you mad. As a control freak, I find TTC hard to handle since so much is out of my hands 😣

FYI, with the CB monitor in December (first month TTC#2) I had 9 days of high until I got my peak on CD16, I was freaking out wondering if it was ever going to come 😣 It ended up being a 31 days cycle which was on the longer end for me. So there's still hope haha...

Gosh that sounds so frustrating.
It's annoying you have to go through the first "O" with the CB ones.
Have you done them all with first morning urine as I believe that's important due to measuring oestrogen (not just LH)?

I would sometimes get 7-9 days of flashing before a peak - it's worse than the TWW

Maybe just try to DTD every other day to cover all bases (if possible)?

AF arrived today. Suffering from killer cramps (have not missed these!) and feeling a little disappointed but trying to reframe it in my mind - I’ll be able to properly track this cycle (which I guess is technically my first cycle since removing the implant) and fx we will see a bfp soon.

Sorry to hear AF showed her ugly face!
Nice to start afresh ☀️

@spamOFtheDAY I agree with @KittyFantastica Try again in a couple of days before you really rule out this month. I don't want to get your hopes up but I don't want you to lose hope too early either 😌

KittyFantastica · 05/06/2024 08:53

9DPO is still waaaaay too early for most @spamOFtheDAY This is why testing too early isn't good, it really brings you down and the truth is it's not an accurate result yet because anything implanting will likely not even be producing enough hormone to be picked up. Positives this early are not usual.

I never got a positive before 11DPO. I tested on 10DPO last time and it was the starkest negative you've ever seen. I was devastated. Tested the next day to confirm the negative and there was a line. It's not over until AFTER actually shows up (or doesn't).

Give it a few more days :).
