@Marie1990x what DPO are you? My only symptoms last month were PMS ones so was a surprise to see a BFP (even if it didn’t last!). Sore boobs, cramps etc so you’re not out yet!

what supplements are you taking?

all just digitals! The CB one is 10miu so it’s quite sensitive. I didn’t get on with the FRER ones last month so don’t think I’ll invest in those! I will probably hold off testing anyway just because ignorance is bliss at this point

Yes, this cycle has been the worst cycle!! I thought that it would be easy to recover from it in no time such as getting my LH peak because my hcg level was 12 when I started to bleed. That really messed up my mind because it was such a low amount of hcg! I am now relieved. ❤ Can't wait to use all my exciting new technologies to monitor, record and collect the data of the future cycles! I love knowing what is going on! Hahahahaha

I stopped drinking this Feb and I had a can of cider when I had a CP last month. Then I drink no more. Good luck to you this month!! Baby dust to you!

I just got AF!!! I am no longer in the limbo of the post CP cycle!! I am now free!! I cannot wait to see what is going to happen in this new cycle!😀 This cycle is going to be a normal one! So today is officially CD1 for me!

@GreenPickle Congratulations😊hope you had a lovely day! I stopped drinking in March/April and the husband joined me about 3 weeks ago. We said we would give a few cycles without any drink a go, to see whether it makes us more lucky. We will see!

@Marie1990x @LucyCL I tested this morning and also a BFN. Still in my TWW (7dpo) but couldn't help but test early, probably shouldn't have. Feeling a bit deflated, had some twinges a couple of days ago but now in hindsight that could have just been a coincidence. The only symptoms I remember having last time this early on was back pain on one side about 7 dpo, which I don't seem to have this time so I am mentally preparing for AF.

TWW last time felt much easier and faster for me. Maybe I need to let go of control but that is easier said than done 🙈

13 Dpo, BFN.
However yesterday my CM was watery and wet. That usually means there is a rise in estrogen. However based on Mira chart, this morning there is a further drop in pdg and a slight drop in E3G. In my case, AF will be due tonight or tomorrow morning (I think).
My LH level went down slightly however there has been a slight and steady increase in LH since it reached the bottom after ovulation.

I finally have the data of wrist temperature. It doesn't tell me the exact number however the deviation will be useful for me in the future.

RHR: As AF is so close, I am gradually getting my true RHR which is 60 at the moment so I wonder if it will drop further when AF is here. 😆I also think that it might be better to wait until afternoon to establish the RHR of the day.

My BBT remains elevated however based on the data I collected this morning, I predict that there will be a big drop tomorrow morning.
Would be great to collect all the baseline levels when AF is here then I can use them to monitor my health and potential ovulation and future pregnancy.

Also the baseline from the wrist temperature on apple watch: I wonder if it will be readjusted again when AF is here. Because my current BBT is elevated which doesn't reflect the true BBT/baseline when AF is due.

Does anyone know? I am still new to RHR and wrist temperature😁.
@ClassicQuill Currently I am using Health app with apple watch, Premom, Mira, Proov and Flo.

Health app and apple watch: RHR, wrist temperature
Premon: LH strips, BBT recording
Mira: female hormone levels
Proov: checking if ovulation happens
Flo: Extra information about CM and other interesting facts of what is going on inside our body each day

Hiiii!! I tested yesterday and was bfn so I haven’t bothered today. No symptoms other than feeling like AF would arrive, so I’m just waiting for her to show up. I think she’s due on Wednesday.

I’ve ordered my batch of easy@home OPK’s ready. Intrigued to see if these new supplements help in any way.

Do you have any normal tests that aren’t digital’s? Definitely won’t help not knowing when AF is due, I guess it would normally be 14 days after you ovulated?

I didn’t test on my wedding day! I had a sip of Prosecco. I don’t feel right drinking after the CP for some reason - just reminds me that I shouldn’t be because I should have been preggo!

im cd42 (lol) and 11dpo! May test tomorrow or Thursday… think im just putting it off because i dont want to see the words ‘not pregnant’ 😫 not sure when AF is due either so that’s not helping anything!

Sorry to hear about your difficult journey. The ovulation test strips are tricky sometimes. Do you keep an eye on your cm? That helps me when the strips are confusing. Fingers crossed for you this month 🤞

Congratulations to those who are getting their BFP! Very exciting and happy news.

I am heading into ovulation I think. I had three days of a flashing smile on CB but my premom cheap ovulation tests were testing negative until today. I had a static smile today and my cheap tests are getting darker (though still registering as low on the premom app). This is my first cycle after having a miscarriage in April so relieved that things seem to be getting back to normal. I am going to keep testing on premom so that I can catch the surge.

Really keeping my fingers crossed for this month, I am so ready to be pregnant with a healthy pregnancy.

Yes! I think that the bodies change all the time, you just notice it when you start paying attention. So don't read into the body too much. Good luck for Friday, let us know how it goes! X

Haha yes, you just notice every little thing during your TWW don't you! Our bodies are changing all the time and there's often no real explanation for it. Exiting for Monday! I'll test at 10/11DPO on Friday 😊 we're currently on holiday until Thursday which is a perfectly timed distraction!

I have to say that every month I've been convinced that I noticed many strange things and then I wasn't pregnant. That is to say that don't trust any symptoms. My strategy is to think "I hope it's a symptom of pregnancy" rather than "I think it is", and it helps me deal with the tww much better :)
I'm testing next Monday if I don't have my period, but I decided a few months back not to test before that because it wasn't good for my mental health. When are you going to test?

Hi @Marinaautumn! I am 5/6DPO and feel like I've also had an increase in white CM this afternoon! But this is only my second cycle off the pill so I don't know my cycle very well yet. I don't tend to get much CM at all though so it definitely feels like a change for me but we will see. When are you going to test?

Hi everyone! Congratulations on the BFPs to the lucky ones 😍🍀🎉 I am joining on 7-8 DPO. Trying for #1 since November.
I have been trying to "not think about it" but got a bit excited with substantial white CM today which seems a bit unusual. But every month I've fooled myself into thinking I had obvious symptoms so who knows. Baby dust for us all! ❤️🙏

Been away for a few days always get very depressed when AF arrived. Lovely so many are getting BFP's. Very short AF for me after waiting almost 2 weeks longer for it to arrive. Got my opks thermometer and pregnancy test packs through today. So going to be doing temps in the morning and ovulation kits late morning and hope I can work out what my body is up to :)

I just wanted to ask a quick question as this is baby #1 for us and not sure what to expect. Is it normal to have spotting for about 5 days before getting a BFP? Is that too long for implantation bleeding? I'm currently 10dpo and testing negative. I've had a little cramping and have been emotional but all quite normal for being 2 days away from AF.

The post CP cycle: Today is CD34 and 12 dpo, I had the most concentrated FMU of this cycle because I wanted to know when I am about to get AF.
Mira chart shows that my pdg has dropped again in one day and my BBT has dropped a bit. I did a FR just to be sure it was BFN. I am still waiting for my today's RHR to come up on my apple watch.
My luteal phase lasts for 12 days. Everything will get reset for the next cycle!
I will do a FR on 14 dpo if AF is still not here.
