I have searched and can’t find a thread for anyone who’s Ttc this month!
I’ll be onto month 4 since I had a mmc of trying to conceive! I won’t lie when AF showed yesterday I had a full blown meltdown about it and felt like I would never get pregnant when in reality 3 months really isn’t that long!
I am very lucky to already have 2 wonderful little boys age 7 &3 but really would like a 3rd to make out family complete!

Hello everyone and so sorry for your losses.
I also had a 10 week MMC in February and this is cycle 3 since. I’m 3dpo and I think my cycle has regulated because I ovulated at a normal time this month.
@TicklishDreamer Your name sounds so familiar, were you in the September due date group by any chance?

AverageJoan · 25/04/2024 22:12

Can I join? Hoping to start trying again next cycle after a loss in jan, period due around 6th May but my cycles are long and unpredictable so could be a little after that

ThelastRolo20 · 25/04/2024 22:12

@TicklishDreamer thank you ❤️ we're flying back from holiday tomorrow and have a busy weekend planned. It very much seems like another life to me now, I'll reflect on it but I feel okay x

ThelastRolo20 · 25/04/2024 22:09

@Bb542 yes I think I'd be around the 25th 🙂

Objectiontime · 25/04/2024 21:53

I would likely be due end of January too Bp542

Bb542 · 25/04/2024 21:26

@Objectiontime that is so tough. I'm so so sorry. I can only imagine how triggering that is 😞 hopefully you will be able to have positive experiences at scans going forward ❤️

Bb542 · 25/04/2024 21:25

I really feel for everyone who's experienced loss or who is struggling to conceive. I hope this is a lucky thread for us all 🍀

If I have a successful pregnancy this cycle my due date would be the 30th of January. Is everyone else around the same? I was meant be due in October with my miscarriage.

TicklishDreamer · 25/04/2024 21:13

@ThelastRolo20 keep busy this weekend! Maybe do something nice for yourself!

@Mrscmay17 of course you can join! Hopefully this one is quick for you! My first was a whoopsy baby and when we went on to have our second I thought it would be easy but took 5 months! Then the mc happened!

@Georgethecat1 it’s a lovely age gap! Mind you I find my oldest harder work than the little one 🤦🏼‍♀️
I know what you mean about being terrified to be pregnant again! I had to really sit down and work out if I wanted that third baby and if it was all worth it earlier this year!

@TicklishDreamer I have two kids around the same age with a miscarriage in Jan and potentially another (chemical I was a few days late but refused to test) in March.

Just got my period today and cried. I’m unsure if i want to ttc but I also really want to complete my family. I had a TFMR in 2022 and it’s broken me, I’m so scared to get pregnant. Could someone just pass me a baby instead?

I think I’m ready to ttc….

Objectiontime · 25/04/2024 21:05

Good luck to all of us on here. Let's keep hapoy and hopeful ladies x

@Objectiontime oh lovely it's so bloody difficult and hardly anyone understands but we do! It's my due date this weekend but I'm feeling okay at the moment

@jellyfish2 ah yes! I remember you were going to be about two weeks apart, so glad period seemed more normal for you

Ah bless you, thinking of you for this weekend and you are right about people generally not understanding. Not too sure that any of my friends or even immediate family have a clue. I asked my brother if he remembered what my due date was and he just said what due date, typical.

Objectiontime · 25/04/2024 21:00

TicklishDreamer · 25/04/2024 20:38

@Objectiontime i can’t imagine due date coming up, mine would have been September and my youngest starts school nursery then too so if I’m not pregnant I’m going to be an absolute wreck! I’m cycle day 2 also! I’ve done a whole meal plan for month with food that’s super good for fertility I’m sure my 2 boys will love all the veg and not chicken nuggets! 🤦🏼‍♀️

@Bb542 I can’t look at newborns makes me so sad 😞

My trigger is scan pics. I found out at my 12 week scan. I'm ok with seeing pregnant ladies and babies but the mention of or sight of a scan has me blubbering. Hopefully we will get there soon.

Mrscmay17 · 25/04/2024 20:43

I'd love to join you all 💖have just decided to start trying for our 3rd. We were very lucky with our first & conceived within the first month! Our second took a lot longer & we had 2 mc in between. Who knows what is in store now. Hopefully some baby dust for all of us 💖💖💖

ThelastRolo20 · 25/04/2024 20:42

@TicklishDreamer @Bb542 the emotions around it all are bloody tough aren't they. But we have to remain hopeful, I'm very lucky to have a 2 year old already so trying to take a what will be, will be approach. Which is particularly difficult right now as 3 of my close friends are all pregnant with their seconds 🤦‍♀️

I'd love to join you ladies if I may, cycle 5 after starting to try again after an MMC in the Autumn. Cycle day 2. Feeling really fed up. Due date on the MMC pregnancy coming up and making things a whole lot worse.

TicklishDreamer · 25/04/2024 19:10

hello to all the new comers!
@ThelastRolo20 I’d be the same thinking it would have been due date so must be meant to be! I keep thinking it must be this cycle because baby would be due in February and that’s when I had my miscarriage!
I never realised how common miscarriage really was until I went through it!

@Bb542 my emotions are all over the place since my miscarriage too! It’s been awful rollercoaster of emotions!

I'm glad I'm not the only one. Have felt so sad the last few days for no reason. And so, so broody. I saw a newborn baby today and nearly burst into tears 😔

jellyfish2 · 25/04/2024 20:21

@ThelastRolo20 sounds like you're getting the fertile week covered! My period properly started today so CD1 for me. Feeling more hopeful as it seems to be a bit heavier than the pretty much non existent one that was last month.

@Bb542 I have googled so much and saw that people who have light periods have conceived just fine. Especially if your periods have always been somewhat light whereas mine never have.

@Bb542 it can take a few cycles to fully regulate but people absolutely conceive after a light period, and remember that was the result of the last cycle - it may be more back to normal amount this month so fingers crossed 🤞🏻🥰

Bb542 · 25/04/2024 18:49

@jellyfish2 my period has just ended and it was so light 😩 I've always had light periods but this one was particularly light. I'm hoping it's nothing to be worried about 😟

Bb542 · 25/04/2024 18:47

Can I join too? I'm on CD5. Second period since my miscarriage in February. Anyone else's emotions all over the place? 😅

Sorry for your loss OP and everyone else who has been through miscarriage 💔😩 it's tough!

ThelastRolo20 · 25/04/2024 18:26

@jellyfish2 my cycle seems to be around 2 days shorter these days after surgery in Jan, don't know if I'm ovulating earlier or shorter luteal phase - hoping it's the former! 😬

Where are you in your cycle now? X

ThelastRolo20 · 25/04/2024 18:24

@jellyfish2 I'm sporting quite the hangover today but managed to DTD twice and also plan to tonight, Saturday and Monday 🤞🏻🤞🏻
