Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone else is at the start of their cycle and wants to make a little thread to go through the month together?

I'm currently CD2. I had a loss in February and this will be my first cycle properly trying again. Feeling nervous and excited. Hoping the loss was a once off 🤞🏼

All welcome to join if you are early on in your cycle 🥰

I'm feeling hopeful about this cycle but I know if I do get pregnant I'll be feeling very anxious. The excitement from last time might not be there initially.

I'm in Ireland and it says they're unavailable 😩💔 I could try order them from the UK but I'll probably have to pay customs 😫

I'm in Ireland too. I ordered the easy at home from the German amazon. Delivery was 8 euro but I swear by them. You won't be able to get them from the UK. There's a new policy after being brought in to deliver here to Ireland. A lot of products not being sent from UK to Ireland now

I've attached the link.

Can I join too. Recognise a few names here 😄 I'm 33, had a twin stillbirth and neonatal death at 29 weeks last November. This is cycle 5 for me.

Do you know anyone in the UK who would be able to purchase and post to you? Bit more expensive though I know

Did you try to search on Ebay? you can find them there as well.

jellyfish2 · 24/04/2024 22:09

@Bb542 ah that's why, how annoying!! The clear blue ones are so expensive. I'm already dreading how I'll feel in early pregnancy as I know the anxiety will take over.

@Bb542 I'm feeling positive about this cycle! Really want to be pregnant again. How are you feeling about it? Re ovulation tests, I use the easy at home ones. I've just ordered them from Amazon and they're in stock for me. Are you in the UK?

Rosyposy26 · 24/04/2024 20:12

I used easy at home and the Premom ones but found it difficult testing during the day. I’ve just got the clear blue digital and first time using yesterday got a static smile so peak fertility. Only have to test once a day.

Bb542 · 24/04/2024 20:06

@CapricornDiaries5194 ah I see! I'm 30 this year too, but this would be my first baby. Hopefully it happens for you soon 🤞🏼

What ovulation sticks is everyone using? I used to use easy @ home before my MMC but they're unavailable on Amazon at the moment. Anyone got any good/cheap suggestions?

Hi lovely. So nice we can go through it together. Are you TTC your first baby?

Hi dear,
No I am TTC for my 3rd Child, After 10 years of having my 2nd child. and back then i had no knowledge it just happened. but now its hard to conceive i guess because of the age I am 30 and this is my 2nd cycle.

Rosyposy26 · 23/04/2024 22:02

I ordered the clear blue digital ovulation tests and did first one this evening and got a static smile. Hopefully it’s true ovulation as I had a 45 day cycle last time and now CD10.

retrievermum · 23/04/2024 22:02

@Bb542 thanks! I’m okay, surprisingly not as upset about CP as I thought I’d be, crazy as that sounds! I think I’ve half convinced myself that a bigger age gap between DD and another baby wouldn’t be so bad, but not sure if that’s just me giving myself an excuse if it doesn’t happen!

How are you? Excited or nervous or a bit of both?

Bb542 · 23/04/2024 21:57

@2BabyOrNot2Baby oh totally! Cycles are so crazy. It's mad how they can go from being totally normal one month to 50 days another 😂

Also... has anyone already calculated their predicated due date for this cycle if we're lucky enough to conceive? 🙈 or just me? 😂

CD2 here! Just had a CP (and a 50 day cycle!), currently trying to conceive baby number 2!

Welcome @retrievermum 🥰 so sorry about your CP.
You're just behind me. I'm CD3. How are you feeling?

Of course lovely 🩷 welcome. I totally know what you mean about your cycles being all over the place. So many people I know (me included) had their cycles become longer while TTC. Must be the stress 🙈 is this your first time TTC?

Will be #2 for me. Ideally I wanted a nice little age gap and it's just getting further and further apart 😅

I only came off the pill end of Nov so it hasn't been TOO rough this time, no AF in December, but January and February seemed to be like clock work, then up in the air again for March and April! But saying that, I've never really been regular. I can count on one hand how many periods I had in the year I was TTC #1 and still have fingers left over 🙃
You're probably right, it very well might be the stress but you just can't help it can you 🙈 wishing you all the luck for this next month 🍀

Hi ladies, can I join please?
Currently CD2 I believe. Cycles suddenly all over the place so just come out of a 37-38D cycle 🥴

Sorry to hear so many have had previous losses, really hoping you all get your rainbows very soon 💖

@Bb542 I recognise your name from another thread, maybe one about the MC? My MMC was in Feb and we did TTC straight away but I don't think my body was ready so we've skipped a cycle and I want my period to arrive so we can TTC on the next one. I won't ovulate til around 15th may though which feels like ages away.
@JC084 I'm so sorry to hear you've had 4 losses, that's absolutely heartbreaking. Do you have any answers as yet? Sending you lots of positive vibes 🩷

My loss was in Feb too so it must have been from that thread. How are you feeling this cycle? Fingers crossed it happens for you this month 🥰

@Bb542 @jellyfish2
Thank you both for the comments.
It's been a tough year or so, especially this last month or so, but I'm Keeping positive.
Definitely not putting myself under any pressure for the time being and hoping I might get some answers at clinic next month.

@Bb542 I had MC 2/2 I bled 28 days after but was very light then waited 45 days and it was so heavy finished 3 days ago. I had a scan and they found what they thought was retained tissue. Hopefully that has all passed.

fingers crossed for us. I’m so broody also.

Bb542 · 22/04/2024 21:01

Rosyposy26 · 22/04/2024 21:00

I’m CD7 does that count my last cycle was 45 days after MC

Of course ❤️ welcome to the thread and I'm so sorry you've had a MMC.

I am currently on my second period since my loss and honestly it's horrible. I feel so sick and just low mood. I am so broody. I just want to be a mum so much 🥹

Hopefully this cycle is lucky for us all 🤞🏼❤️
