@Gee12347 i really think you are looking at those photos! I think the digital tests need more hcg to show up as pregnant.

I’m going to do a FMU with a regular test tomorrow and hope I will see a good line.

@Peonyyyy yeah my cycles are always regular, if not always early so missing a period is very unusual.
I did a digital test a couple of days ago which was “Not pregnant” so I’ll re do that in a couple of days and see!

@Gee12347 definitrly looks like a positive line there. Do you have regular cycles?

mine haven’t been as regular after my son - I’ve found I have a lot of spotting either end of my period now so hard to tell when my true period starts and ends which makes knowing when I ovulated tricky - which is why I was so convinced I wasn’t pregnant this week!

this will be my 3rd baby, I’m still not convinced I’m pregnant, keep getting mixed responses saying my test is negative but others saying definitely positive! So I’m not sure, I’m 4 days late for my period and no sign, although my tests are really faint, so am worried about that x

@Gee12347 dont worry! This thread is for anyone who has done a test and not sure if it’s positive. I’m just posting again to update cos I did a test a week ago and it looked pretty much negative but I wasn’t sure, then I had what I thought was my period but is still just spotting! Good luck with your pregnancy, is it your first?

@Peonyyyy I can understand your worries, I’m a worrier too. It might be worth having an early scan to put your mind at ease once you get to that stage, I know I’ll be doing that! Please keep us updated, good luck! 🤞

@skr97 its crazy! I did feel really pregnant but when I got all the negative tests I told myself it was just all in my head… hence the drinking!

my period was due on Monday so it’s been 6 days now, the test I did today was not FMU so the urine was quite light in colour.

I have been spotting brown on and off since Monday, and did have a little red on wiping on Friday, which I thought was my period kicking in more but then today I realised it had been a week and still hadn’t happened so maybe I ought to test!

now naturally I am worrying about mcs (had 2 losses before my son, one with early bleeding) and I’m also worrying about ectopic. this is me though, I’m such a worrier!

spoke to the EPU who suggested I call the GP and try to get progesterone tomorrow as I had it with my previous pregnancy and I know they are now saying it can help prevent miscarriage if there is early bleeding. 🤞❤️

@Peonyyyy oh my goodness! What a rollercoaster. Tentative congratulations! I’m sure the drinking won’t make any difference, you didn’t have much at all and it’s so early on. When was your period due?

Hey girls, I’m just wondering if this is a positive or an evap line? I know clear blue are bad for the evap lines so need to double check!
I’m 4 days late for my period, however if I am pregnant the lines are super super faint considering I’m 4 days over due…

A couple of hours later, the clear blue has turned negative?
However, the line came up within the 3 minutes and definitely there before 10min!

Ok so I just did a test and I’m pregnant??? I’m concerned cos I’ve had drinks and caffeine, Friday night I had 2 cocktails and a glass of wine, and last night I had about 1/4 pint of beer.

im concerned about the bleeding, last time I had spotting it ended in a miscarriage. I just called my hospital maternity triage and mentioned I took progesterone when I was pregnant with my son due to previous losses, and she said to call my GP to try and get it tomorrow.

im in shock but also excited but worried this will end badly.

The test was a boots early detection, which measures HCG from 10. I must’ve ovulated much later than I thought?

Ah I haven't used that one! I have just purchased the clearblue 6 day early digital one (I feel like it's fairly new). I did get FRER from Amazon but it was BFN whilst my easy@home were vvvvfl so wondered if you had used the FRER!

Annoying about your periods! It's hard not to decipher stuff but I guess patience is key even though it's so hard. I think all you can do is wait and test and maybe just keep adding symptoms as they come to compare next time.

@GreenPickle it was a boots one, pink dye, this is the first time I’ve used them. I figured if it’s negative on the day my period is due then I must be out, hence the drinking etc 😬 (only a couple but still)

my period haven’t been as regular since having my son, not exact 30 day cycles like they were and generally longer overall with spotting before they kick in. It’s hard to say because this is the first month trying I haven’t been scrutinising day by day what my previous periods have been like so really hard to know if this is what normally happens or not with my periods now.

Plus I’m so busy with a toddler the weeks go so fast, and I track it on my Glow app but not whether it was proper blood or spotting.

I have one test left so will probably do it later.

Deffo another test! What early response one did you do?

Hey @skr97 i tested the day my period was due and it was negative on an early response test, I then started spotting brown so I was like oh yes that’s my period.

but all week I’ve been waiting and my period hasn’t properly come on, it’s just brown spotting on and off and I’ve had the odd bit of fresh blood when I wipe. I’m so confused now and I bit worried as I did have a few drinks this week thinking I was definitely out. I might do another test today as I’m a bit worried now.

usually my period has come on heavier/like a proper period by now!

@OnNaturesCourse Thank you😊I am feeling better already and planning for the next cycle. AF is due on Monday, the FRER today was completely blank, so I would only test again if late by several days
@GreenPickle I can see something on your test- good luck! All you can do is re-test tomorrow/in a few days to check for progression

10dpo! Took one this morning that looked neg but looked again later and saw a H I N T of a line (SO faint I thought i had line eyes) took this one about an hour ago and... is that a line? Not even sure anymore
