my lovely WW scales say my BMI is 27.3. Does anyone want them - I think I've gone off them and I only bought them the other day....

I'd like to swap them please for some that say I'm 10 stone and BMI 22 like in the old days before DS....

Claire, FF did that to me too last month! It's so rude, isn't it!

Minxi, yay! Looks like you could have BDed at a good time, I reckon FF will put your O on CD25. I am feeling quite smug in my chart-interpreting now, I really had a feeling you would O that day. Not that I spend loads of time thinking about everyone else's ovaries or anything....gosh that sounds weird

PrePG · 01/04/2008 10:42

Thanks Claire, Ready and Sarah.

Ready, my pre-o temps hover around the 36.1 - 36.2 mark as well. I don't imagine anything is wrong with my thyroid because I don't have any other symptoms and we did manage to get pg first shot first time around.

Claire, I haven't posted my chart, but this is my first cycle since my mc, which started on the 15th or so. I'm on CD18 and spotting, but haven't had a temp shift yet. Pre-pregnancy I usually didn't ovulate until CD18 or so anyway. But I've got no other signs that O is approaching, CM seems to be no where in sight! That said I did manage to take my temp an hour earlier than usual this morning - DH set the alarm for an early meeting and I didn't know - so that coupled with the time change and I'm not really sure my chart is accurate anyway!

Ready · 01/04/2008 10:03

Is it obvious I am chart spotting and popping back?

ClairePO, how are you feeling?

Ready · 01/04/2008 09:59

Nappy, love the symmetry of your chart post-ov

Ready · 01/04/2008 09:56

How is everyone?

Rattling, are you about honey? Not seen you on here for a while, have I just missed you when I have been scanning? Is everything ok?

All updated for another day, sun is shining beautifully.

Ready · 31/03/2008 21:33

A lower temperature can suggest a thyroid issue... however, I spoke to my GP about this, as someone once said this about low temps, and I, of course, panicked... a lower temp on its own is not enough to indicate a thyroid problem - so don't worry.

I got my thryoid checked and it was fine, and my temp sits about 36.1- 36.3 pre-ov... if you have other symptoms then it might be worth checking it out, as the thyroid is important in conception

Ready · 31/03/2008 21:29

Ok... my bbt book says ?For most women, 35.6 to 36.7 ºc taken orally is considered normal before ovulation, this increases to between 36.1 and 37.2 after.?

So... not clinically dead

sarah76 · 31/03/2008 18:36

PrePG, if you're nearly clinically dead, I'm right there with you! My personal low is 35.64, and I'm regularly under 35.9 before I ovulate. I think there's something wrong with my thyroid though. I'm due to get my TSH repeated because it was high last time they checked. Perhaps means I can finally be diagnosed with hypothyroidism, which I've long suspected!

ClairePO · 31/03/2008 18:30

PrePG I just went to look at your chart - I couldn't see it on the thread so apologies if this post makes no sense compared to your current situation re spotting.

My first cycle post mc (and by that I mean from my 1st period on) I had spotting every day until I ov'd. Yet I had not had spotting after stopping mc bleeding until my first period. Looking back after having charted for a few months I now see my cycle was not back to normal as I also had a short LP that month.

Anyway like I say not sure if you are in the same boat and if you are then just to say my cycle was back to normal the following month.

If you go to my link in the charts thread it is the first cycle I charted.

PrePG · 31/03/2008 18:15

Thanks Ready...I was just worried my temp was so low I was nearly clinicly dead!

Now if I only knew why I was spotting this cycle after miscarriage thing is frustrating {tapping toe impatiently]

Ready · 31/03/2008 17:52

Prepg, I missed your note about the time affecting temp... Yes! Definitely. I will round up one hour this cycle because of the time diff. Don't panic... I may have missed someone else answering your question... sorry if I am just repeating others

ClairLesley · 31/03/2008 17:41
