Well, I guess I did ovulate because I was 36.19 this morning at 5:15, a full hour earlier than my normal wakeup. Used the adjusted temp here. Fym, now it looks like we're 2WW buddies as well!

Rushing off frantically as been up since 5:15 packing, now at work and trying to sort stuff out before being off to the pub!

Oh no....I just thought....pub...during 2WW.... I really don't think we caught it this time, only got in one BD 2 days before. And I can't not drink at my own leaving do, everyone will KNOW something is up!

FYM sorry you're feeling down. Hopefully the increasingly spring-like weather will help! I find it hard to be in a bad mood when it's still sunny at 8pm!

Lottie I'm right with you on the career crisis! I've been in my current job for just over a year now. It was nice for a change in the beginning, but I realize it's not the place I'm working or anything, it's just the job that I do that I don't like. I think I'd like to get into graphic design, but I'd have to retrain and I'm constantly putting it off. Always think that maternity leave would be the perfect time to do some extra training in the evenings - maybe an online course

PrePG · 11/04/2008 10:23

OMG about JBJ and Bruce Willis! You guys are too funny!!!! I love to watch the scene in Pulp Fiction when Bruce gets out of the shower if you slow it down you can ALMOST see something!

Lottie Brilliant name! Litmus Loo Roll! We could be partners!!!! But can you imagine trying to explain CM to the Dragons! HEE!!!

well just tried some retail therepy and bought an ipod and the hypnotherepy cd (well the mp3 download) just waiting for the ipod to arrive.

Trouble is Dh just realised how much we're spending (well me ) our food bill was £900 for 3 of us last month - no wonder I'm fat. Trouble is we're really close to an M&S food and it is so tempting to pop out. (PS DH is completely exempt from any criticism on spending as he doesn't have any credit cards - so he takes cash off me this means when we do a budget the only 'spending' is mine )

I just find I get so bored during the day wwith noone to chat to and mumsnet is often quite depressing....

I have really not been very good at posting this month. I never seem to get the chance to surf at work at the moment. Mind you, do I really want to be caught on MN at work...

ClairLesley · 10/04/2008 22:11

Sarah ... I agree 100%. IKEA is a hell pit when you're TTC. I find that plowing through the baby furniture section with my eyes glued to the ground in manner of furious-hippopotamus-en-route-to-the-Market-Hall alleviates aforementioned heartache.

Prepg ... genius idea!! I'd buy it and obsess over it any day. The girl at Babymad would sell a ton of the stuff each week

ClairLesley · 10/04/2008 22:06

Hairy ... poor you!! Poor JBJ too for that matter . I was just remembering the other day how I used to fantasize about Bruce Willis during his Moonlighting days. I was 13 and he must have been early/mid 30s ... I used to think how cruel it was that he was too old for me. Have you seen his girlfriends recently?? Hell, now I'm too old for him . I frickin' could have had him after all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh and random strangers being pregnant - console yourselves with the fact that their children won't be nearly as beautiful, intelligent and all round adorable as yours will be when they arrive...

HairyToe · 10/04/2008 19:20

Clair I know this is not the same thing at all really but your J-Lo story reminded me of the time when I was 13 and saw a story on TV about Sam Fox possibly getting jiggy with Jon Bon Jovi. I cried all afternoon (). Like I was in with a chance up till then or something...
