I've put me back to the top of the list AF arrived today so I'm now on CD1, Ds has been clingy all day and I've felt tearful all day....useless I am. Anyway, told dh we have to up the bding this month.....(he knew something was up when he got home so had a good sob - I'm always like this day 1 of AF so nothing new there !!)

Sorry Lottie about your dh feeling down. It's hard for us but I suspect very hard for them (we all talk about these things more openly don't we) - I suspect my dh would be exactly the same.....keep us posted.

Squack any more news from you ??

Squack · 07/05/2008 16:46

I test with OPK's at 6-7pm.
FMU is no good with OPK's.

Prepg, thanks for that
Ooh I thought it might be a bit triphasic, how exciting!

According to last month I should be spotting today with full flow tomorrow.
If I get another high temp tomorrow I'll be pretty happy anything over 98.6 would be brilliant.

Also when comparing to other charts on ff it's giving me a higher % of pg charts the longer I go on.

What do my temps have to do for ff to accord me triphasic status?

Do you know I'm not craving chocolate either how weird!

Still cramping tho' feel as if my period is almost upon me tbh. Everytime I feel wet I'm off to check and there's nothing but CM

PrePG · 07/05/2008 16:26

Yes, it looks triphasic Squack When I got my BFP, mine was too. Here have a look - I've made my second cycle on my homepage the one I got pregnant - PrePG's chart Fingers crossed for you!!!!

NSNA I think you need to test in the afternoon with OPK's (and after no peeing for about 4 hours or so!) because LH builds up in your urine as the day goes on. Can you test after work?

Squack · 07/05/2008 16:23

Comparing last months chart to this one, I should be spotting today with full bleeding tomorrow.

So wait n see will be the order of the day for me

I'll have a bit of hope if I'm clean tomorrow with a still high temp. Anything over 98.6 will be great, as temp should plummet tomorrow if cycle is a bust.

Squack · 07/05/2008 16:10

Hmm I'm just wondering whether my chart is going triphasic?

Has anyone else had triphasic charts?

NotSoNewAnymore · 07/05/2008 13:20

Thansk London Lottie,

What time do you use OPKs? I was using FMU before but never got a positive, I can't test during work hours as don't want to be carrying tests around the office!

Hi all...I have been lurking on this thread for a while as I have started temping (It is my first cycle after a MC at the end of march). I hope you don't mind me 'un-lurking' to ask you a question

I wanted to ask how (or if) you combined OPK's with temping? Do you wait until a certain CD or a certain temp shift? I tried OPK's with my first attempt at TTC but never really 'got on with them' (although I obviously O'd as I fell pregnant!) but am keen to give it a go again...especially as I am enjoying the way that temping allows me to understand my cycle.

Squack · 07/05/2008 12:11

Well tomorrow has the red square, then the day after is no.5 so maybe.

What does the red day mean, is that officially late?

rattling · 07/05/2008 11:17

Squack - Is that the 5,4,3,2,1 countdown to test day?

Morning girls...sorry to see you go clairv - come back soon.... what has happened this month - everyone is disappearing.

Ready have a wonderful holiday - relax and enjoy xxx

Lottie hope DP is feeling a bit better today, I'm not sure on results information at all. Can you see a private consultant to discuss and get results verified - that is what we did and he said DH was fine when the gp initially queried morphology or something... hope ok x

must dash breakfast frenzy ......

Good morning everyone,

Please remove my name from the list ... I'm going to take a break from MN for a while. Might help.

Best of luck to everyone. Hope there are lots of BFPs coming this way soon!

Will be thinking of you!

Ah well. Back to the top.

Hope everyone is keeping well. Sorry for disappearing again this month, but I was trying not to obsess. Did it work? Not at all, and yesterday when my temperature plummetted I was absolutely gutted. It is amazing what tricks your mind can play on you. Even though my ov was later than normal, I had managed to persuade myself that getting to CD34 was good. Why do we put ourselves through this every month?

Anyway rant over. Fingers crossed for Herby and Tink. We could do with some good news. It does seem like forever since we had some. Sorry about the results Lottie. DH/DP's seem to take bad news far worse than us. He will get over it, but it does take time.

PrePG · 06/05/2008 19:20

Oh, Clair I'm sorry

Clairvoyanttoo · 06/05/2008 19:16

Hey Lottie ... sorry your DP didn't get better news. Hoping there's something can be done ...

Well, FYM as of tomorrow you won't be top of the list anymore.

Started to spot tonight after I got in from work . Feeling gutted as this is the closest I've ever gotten ... chart looked like I might have just done it too

Herby ... hope you fare better than I did!!! Everything crossed for you.

Ready · 06/05/2008 16:57

*is... what they consider fine. sorry about that.

Ready · 06/05/2008 16:57

Rattling, it is strangely liberating not obsessing isn?t it? I am quite enjoying just having sex and not wondering whether to put my feet up the wall afterwards ? November will fly round (if you need it to) and I am sure you will feel like a newbie all over again

Lottie, so sorry to hear that dp is so crushed. I?ve just looked at dh?s SA sheet, and I can?t see anywhere a guideline figure for 25%... what was the gp referring to? ? I presume that means morphology, and as far as I can tell 15% what they consider fine ? but I also think I read somewhere that 5% is the true cut off for assistance being the only option. Did his sheet give a breakdown of the motility as well? It seems odd to just give a figure of 53%. It should be broken down, as far as I am aware into subsections (Rapid progressive; slow or sluggish progressive, non-progressive; immotile)? but that said there should be 50% progressive motility, so 53% is good!
I don?t want to add to the worry, but the sheet here says that volume should be 2ml or more. This is what annoys me, there is no standard across the country. My dh?s sheet has nothing to do with density. I wouldn?t even know what that means, is it anything to do with the count?
How do you feel? It is good that they said his sperm is fine for iui etc, they wash it and take out the best swimmers don?t they, so that is good news. Big hugs.
