@RW269 Nothing planned at all, so I'll just be refreshing here to see what everyone else is up to. I've still got one test left from last month, which I will likely use tomorrow or Friday even though it says use from day of missed period, and I found a test at the back of a drawer that I think expired in 2022 that I might try just for giggles, though even if it is positive I'd still buy another one just to be certain.

@peanutmm have you got anything nice planned to keep you distracted until it’s time to test / AF ? :)

@SummerSun24 oh definitely, the tracking is a game changer, I definitely think mines a full week later than my apps predict! Hahaha it all blends into one doesn’t it CM / after sex 😂
it’s just so tiring having a solid 2 weeks ! Constantly on the hunt for energy hahaha I hope next Friday rolls round asap for you with some good news!

Oh god bless you @RW269 it's horrible isn't it! Things are a bit meh, need to start tracking ovulation as my app predictions aren't the best I don't think with slightly irregular cycles! Also not 100% on where I was with CM this month as sorry if tmi but erm 'left overs' from doing the deed are quite similar? So hard to tell what's what! So shag week is more like fornication fortnight which is a bit tiring really 😂 so if no success this month I'm gonna try the opks I think and hope I don't get too bogged down in them. According to app I am 8dpo at most I think. Waiting untill next Friday to test thought to be sure.

Hi all, just joining for all the 2ww fun 🙄I think I'm around 9dpo and symptom spotting like a champ. I appreciate not feeling alone with my craziness.

For those of you who are testing negative and are already late, with my 2nd I was convinced I was pregnant and had pregnancy symptoms in line with when my app predicted I should have ovulated, but was still testing negative a week late. I figured it must just be in my head, but then at maybe 10 days late and no period still, I tested again and it was finally positive.

@SummerSun24 it’s like the tww nerves x10 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 still nothing showed up. Going to start testing daily now I think starting tomorrow in hope! Luckily I’m working tomorrow and Friday so that’ll keep me more occupied todays been my day off and I have done nothing except sit and stew thinking about it and having a minor breakdown every time I go to pee incase I’ve came on 😂😂😂

@SummerSun24 thanks I was hoping for the same result 😂 we decided to try for our second when we were abroad for my friends wedding and I got pregnant that month! Was totally relaxed and not in the midst of tracking ovulation etc 😂 I'm starting back to acupuncture on Monday aswell so 🤞🏻

Oh and @CoolSummer89 absolute classic!! Waiting for all the big things to happend not least the gas engineer!!

@elsa15 I'm a jan baby and I've always loved it! Was always a chance to mop up on Xmas presents 😂 plus lovely to have something to look forward in the new year.

@RW269 my last cycle was like that, 5 days late and such an agonising wait when you just want to reset the clock to CD1 again 😩 fingers crossed it's either here soon or because of late ovulation and something brewing!!

@Daniki my LO was conceived while I was on holiday. There was alot of drinking and hot tubs involved 😬 but I was most definitely relaxed and have a happy healthy 16 month old on the other side!!

Was waiting in for a gas engineer today who DID NOT SHOW. Honestly. My life is just waiting, waiting, waiting at the moment.

😂😂 @CoolSummer89 I have always said that if I get pregnant I would love to be put in a coma for the 9 months it's the only sure way to beat the anxiety!! I would be the same,it would make me feel so bad and nearly ruin the next few days but don't because this is the earliest you could implant!

Oh @elsa15 I am so sorry to hear this. Please do let your GP know that you had a chemical, just for their records. Probably be helpful if you need their advice later down the line. But as you say, amazing (although bittersweet) that you have had a pregnancy.

Best of luck for the next cycle @Daniki - you inspire me every day with your resilience! Definitely drink on your friends wedding day (make sure you have lots of water at the same time). I think anything pre implantation is fine as long as you stay happy and relaxed.

@ThingsLineUp Ach, sorry to see that AF has arrived. There is indeed a May thread. And thanks for the reassurance re: Proov being a bit experimental. Will see what the next few days bring.

I just went to take my every-other-day LH test that I do for the second part of the cycle, when the time went I saw it was stark white. Only bl*ody well took a cheap HCG test by accident. No way I would be testing positive now as I am only 6dpo, so not only is it a waste of a test it still hurt a bit!

Someone please put me into a coma for the next 4 days??

AF arrived anyway! 🙃 least it wasn't extremely delayed. Now into the next cycle!

Do you think alcohol has much effect on us for implantation? I have a wedding a few days after predicted ovulation day, you think it will matter? Like il defo drink I know I will as it's a good friends wedding 😂

@elsa15 I love when people are able to see the positives in an awful situation. I'm sending you a massive virtual hug. I was discussing this recently that I used to have a list of months I didn't want a baby to be due but in hindsight that seems a luxury for people who don't have fertility struggles. I'd just like to have a baby and no longer care when

@RRAEE that must be so frustrating! I have really long cycles but I always know that when I get ovulation symptoms I'm getting my period in two weeks. I can't imagine how annoying knowing it should have come but hasn't, especially when TTC. Hopefully youll get some clarification on what's happening really soon

@Kirkikins yeah i did, only missed a day or 2 of testing when i was away for 2 nights (assumed it was then) but we DTD enough to cover it all just incase even covered later in the cycle to be safe this time. Ive never ever been this late CD39 today usually my cycles are around 28-35 max but mostly around 31 days. Im assuming AF will show at some point as i keep feeling like i'm going to come on but then nothing and been like it for days. So god knows whats going on. 😅 just want to come on now if im not so can move on to the next cycle.

Hi everyone, just wanted to update you all. AF arrived today. So disappointed but I resigned myself to the fact a few days ago. It is later than it’s supposed to be so I think I have had a chemical pregnancy given the positive tests I had a few days ago. So upsetting but just need to move forward. We will be trying again this cycle, I know people avoid it for Jan babies but when you’ve been trying this long I don’t think it matters to us when a baby would be coming. Hopefully better news next cycle. The one positive I can take away is that my body CAN get pregnant, which has never happened before.

I cannot even imagine how frustrating that must be. Did you track ovulation??

AF has arrived for me so I'm officially out. Is there a May thread? If not, I'll carry on lurking around here with all you lovely ladies!

@CoolSummer89 Ideally, according to Proov, your next three should be high for a "successful" ovulation. But I'd take it with a pinch of salt - one is enough to confirm that ovulation happened (and even without that ovulation may have happened, these types of tests are newer and aren't quite as accurate as opks or hpts).

The cycle I tried it I only had one positive test but I've no other signs of a progesterone issue so will follow up with a blood test in a cycle or two if I dont conceive but not rushing to buy the supplements they're emailing me non-stop about quite yet 😂

@Kirkikins hopefully you get your positive soon 🙂 I'm 6 days late now and still nothing either way 😪

8dpo and I've put my back out (obviously not TWW related) so I'm hobbling around like a 90 year old whilst trying to organise a 6 year olds birthday party..... This wasn't the ideal way to stop thinking about testing but..... It's working. Did test this morning and convinced myself there was a hint of something but I don't think there was but I know it's still a little early to be testing.

Am trying the Proov progesterone tests this month and done my first ‘implantation window’ test and it’s come back as medium. When ideally it should come back as high.

Hopefully it improves over the next few days. If it doesn’t it’s something to explore for future cycles!

It took me so long to realize we maxed out on comments and switched threads. 😂
