How is everyone? Sorry for the silence (for anyone who remembers me on here before). Had to take a little break again as it was all getting a bit too much for me.
Currently under the recurring miscarriage clinic but have only had my 1st appointment (about 7 weeks ago) and still waiting for further news.
We started trying again this cycle (after surgical management back in March) and currently around 5dpo. Trying not to stress too much and just take each day as it comes

Remember the chance each time is often about 20 percent..

I know it can be very tough

Hi all, hope everyone had a good weekend. I’m on cycle day 2 now and have found the disappointment particularly difficult this month. I think it might be because I only started testing for ovulation last cycle and I thought that we had a good chance for the first time.

@RememberZen I’m pleased to hear that you had a reassuring visit to the EPU, good luck for the scan.

@InWithPeaceOutWithStress sorry to hear that the tests results weren’t positive, sounds like you’ve got some good advice about supplements. We’ve not yet gone down the route of tests yet and part of me is reluctant to as I fear we’ll be told bad news.

Yes, the EPU have been really good this time, put my mind at ease a bit, for a little while at least.
It will happen for you, I wouldn't put everything on what the doctors say, that's what I've learned, you only need one healthy sperm to make it there, I'm sure the supplements will help soon enough and dietary changes can only do good too!

@RememberZen thats great they’re checking you out, all sounds really reassuring. And thank you for sharing about your partner that is also reassuring to me and our chances, I expect it is a waiting game now for us, for the supplements to have a positive impact.

I hope everyone is well! Ended up in EPU today, trying to just get everything checked, lines not progressing and BBt dropping still as of today, was so paranoid it was ectopic. My blood work surprisingly came back good! Both Hcg and progesterone, I feel such a relief. Going for scan on Wednesday morning, said they just want to confirm everything looks good then.

@InWithPeaceOutWithStress my partner has extremely low morphology, we got told it would be unlikely for us to conceive naturally because of that, he's been taking Wellman since February and he just switched to proceive, which do look like there is a lot more in them! Holland and Barrett had buy one get on half price on these frequently, I know they are expensive.

I was looking at wellman vs proceive max yesterday. Proceive has higher levels of lots of things but is a lot more expensive.

With omega 3
And zinc

( coq10 zinc vit d etc are in it )
Then
Tell him to take another 15 mg zinc too

Can take 3 months to improve things

My partner has reduced morphology as of May.
And some stuff similar
But fertility clinic
Said wellman max with zinc in for 3 months
Then re test

@worldwidetravel2017 just zinc and coq10, started on that a few weeks ago.

Is he taking wellman max with zinc and omega 3
And an additional 15 mg of zinc too ?

Hello can anyone advise if I got my peak result on a pre non ovulation test on CD14 and then got a much lower result on ovulation test on CD15 which day did I ovulate on ?

Partners superdrug sperm test has come back and it doesn't look good at all. Motility of 1% when it should be over 40%, and only 1% with 'ideal form' when it should be over 4%. Feel a bit deflated now but it explains why we've not been getting anywhere.

I have found with those strip test they never got that dark - I was testing every day tracking progression and it did vary. Even at 6-7 weeks it was never a dye stealer. I’m now 14 weeks tomorrow which I can’t believe (still bloody paranoid though as have so few symptoms).

Thanks! I guess I can only take it one day at a time. I guess I should stop checking BBt now, but I like to keep for my records maybe, just incase, for next time. I'm just hoping it doesn't drop again tomorrow, I hate the early days, a BFP should be a happy time 🙏

@RememberZen that line looks decent to me - my CP never got that dark. Pretty sure my successful pregnancy was similar at same dpo. 🙏🏼

Thank you, I'm trying to stay hopefully, but at the same time I won't let myself, not just yet. Line looks darker today? but according to charts I should be 17dpo, I think it should be darker by now, also BBt dropped a little today. Going to see GP tomorrow to get bloods done.

I’ve got my fingers crossed for you @RememberZen, it’s so hard when we don’t have the certainty we crave.

The lower temps could be down to disrupted sleep or taking them at a different time or some other factor? The recent spike seems really hopeful to me!

This is my ff chart, looks like maybe implantation tried to happen, failed and tried again later? My BBt shot up this morning, but still low hcg today, I'm praying not ectopic 🙏
