Thought it was time we had a new home, seeing as we've almost outgrown the old one. So in honour to Scorpio, Sybil, BB and toomuch (hope I didn't forget anyone ) here we are - in the company of pregnant (and cheerful) ladies

Yeah! Roll on the beginning of August! What you need of course, is a friend who can send you a large, tasteless, very brash 'CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NEW JOB' card - we did this for a friend and she immediately(well, after handing her notice in) put it up at work. What's the new job?

Went to see allergy consultant yesterday - well, yes, you are allergic to paracetamol - or, you have a reaction which isn't strictly an allergy.... I suppose it might not be the codine that we thought - and, of course, you might be able to have ibuprofen etc, but we can't tell without testing..... so another trial for me then! Apparently, if I'm not allergic to codine, the chances are I'll be able to have ibuprofen etc - so I'll do a codine trial in the hospital and then, if all OK, ibuprofen at home (or, more likely, in office!) on a day when they are normally working in that department. What joy. It would be really nice to be able to have some form of pain killer other than alchohol

xxx for HN and Gilly! Would be good to have 2 bfps at a single go!

nomoremagnolia · 10/07/2008 17:21

YAY!! Roll on the 5th!!

Thanks for the helpful hints about IUI Gilly. I hadn't heard about the wheat bag. Think I can do the no exercise bit and laying around nicely - though it does put paid to my efforts to lose the few lbs I put on on holiday As I am very lazy, it doesn't take much of an excuse!

Hello everyone

Well, Ireland was wet, in fact I think there was one day out of 15 where it didn't rain. However, it was very relaxing and perfect timing for my last cycle before IUI . (I even managed to "surprise" DH a couple of times)

No time to catch up properly but Gilly I think we might be cycle buddies for IUI (I'm expecting my next cycle to start around next Sunday) with IUI around 25th / 26th July, though I'm not sure if the Clomid will affect my usual early ovulation.

Mistlethrush Glad you had sun in Devon and DS was well behaved.

Big wave to everyone else.

Gilly - i just think listening to her would really help.

mistlethrush · 07/07/2008 16:25

The only thing I can help with is that a friend of ours was having problems ttc - in fact, 2 mc in a row - and found out during 2nd mc that her dp was having an affair. She chucked him out. She since found a lovely new dp, conceived, has lovely ds and got married - all over the age of 40. So its not too late to give up hope. I hope that you have a good evening and its not too blue.

Mimi will be 12 weeks on Friday, where is the time going? she is getting so big already

mistlethrush · 07/07/2008 08:31

Hello all - back from a mainly sunny holiday in Devon. Ds has been reasonably behaved most of the time - only breakfast issues have been a problem this time really which is good. Spent lots of time on beaches and not doing much.

Ready · 02/07/2008 21:39

I certainly have been watching the tennis. Love it. Oh, and we went to a good friend's wedding, which was brilliant. The celebrations started on the Thursday and finished on Sunday.
Work has been keeping me super busy too.

How are you all?

scorpio1 · 02/07/2008 20:08

nah, tennis not my thing

DH is off to Norway tomorrow for 5 days the lucky git

Think we are getting a Sleepi

Mimi is 11 weeks on Friday

How have you all been?

nomoremagnolia · 02/07/2008 19:12

It's been quiet on here - are you all out in the sunshine or watching the tennis or something?

Mind you, that's the normal sort of day in terms of the amount of input required by ds.... What a lot your've got to look forward to! No more will you be able to do the few things that you had wanted to do - or if you do, the one thing that you do manage to do takes all day to achieve!

nomoremagnolia · 27/06/2008 21:55

Phew MT you'll need a break after all that
